Our salesman Ramone was awesome. Not pressuring, persuasive, or pushy in any way like most of the car salesman you encounter typically are. The sales manager on the other hand was typical, and like any other sales manager I've ever dealt with in the past. He stated that he had thousands more in the vehicle than the sticker price of which I never believe. He's in the business to sell cars and make money, I get it. In the end, however, we made a strong, no trade in, no financing required cash offer that we were comfortable with spending and it was accepted. Overall it was a good experience, I feel like I got a fair deal on the car, and I must add that Ramone is definitely in the right profession.

They were timely, courteous,

I received an oil change and the tires balanced and rotated. Everything was great... great communication very courteous. I get back to work and get out of my vehicle, only to realize that my back tire has wire showing and no one even bothered to tell me. I realize that this is not their fault that my tire looks like this however it would have made me a feel a little better if they had told me before I got in the vehicle.

The evening we went to Hayes was cold and wet. Yet, Stephen Rylee came right out in the cold to help us choose a jeep. It's story time folks. I'm a 24 year old girl from NC. My car broke down on a Sunday night and my car was towed to this shop bc I was told they could see it that day (Monday) for a transmission fluid flush and replace. My car was not diagnosed that day and I sat in the shop for 5 hours that day and was forced to find another hotel for a second extra night. I recieve a phone call at 8:45 that next morning from Matt Knuckles saying they weren't too sure what was wrong. Could break down again. Could not, could make it 1 mile could make it an hour, what do you want to do? So I ask for the flush and replace of my transmission fluid. I get there a little before 10am thinking I will be out of there in an hour tops. My father, who was in NC at the time, called in at about 1:30pm bc no one would give me an update or a straight answer just to be told that it was written on my service sheet that I need a whole new transmission which was never conveyed to me and I had never been given a copy of said service sheet. Otherwise, I wouldn't have stayed there FOUR HOURS when I could have almost finished my 5 hour drive home. I am extremely displeased with the customer service. If this had been 20 or even 30 years ago, I really would have been screwed since my family would have no idea if I was okay, I wouldn't have been able to find or pay for a hotel since I had about $200 left and no way to have rented a car. At the end of the day, they covered the cost of the rental car I need to get home, fixed my car in a day, gave me a $200 discount on a nearly $4000 repair and met me half way so I could pick up my car. This isn't even the whole story y'all. So much is left out, I just hit the high points. Don't go here and if you breakdown, don't get towed there. They should be ashamed.

Unusually long time before getting your title and license tag, something the dealer needs to initiate.

I have bought several vehicles from Hayes over the years . I have always been pleased with sales and service . I will continue to purchase vehicles and use their service department from here on out.

The Dealership was very friendly to a new customer. Mr Madison was professional and answered any questioned that we had. He went out of his way to find the car that we were looking for. He gave us a great impression about the service that this dealership provides. We shopped 2 other dealers prior to going to Hayes and this dealership goes above and beyond to help it's customers.

It is easy to write a review about crappy service, lousy products, etc., but I find that when praise is worthy...it should be given. This is one of those times. This is my second purchase from Hayes CDJ of Gainesville. Once again, it proved to be a positive experience. I had visited at LEAST four other dealerships and had been in contact with approximately seven dealerships total in an attempt to find the best deal. Let's face it. We work hard for our money and we certainly want to get the most out of our earned dollars. (They are also working hard for their money and need to make their living as well).
Once again, Hayes came through. The staff is always courteous and easy to work with. They're not aggressive, they're not pushy.
My salesman (Jonathan Varner) was amazing. I know I probably irritated him, but he remained professional, courteous, and when all was said and done...it was his good attitude, and his efforts to get the deal done that had me return (in addition to a great deal on my choice of vehicle). On a side note, John Quante, the finance manager, made the transaction entertaining and painless. In fact, I don't recall EVER having THAT much fun signing documents. Hayes is truly a great dealership operated by great people. Just know what you're buying, research your vehicle(s) of interest, shop, and compare, and you'll no doubt have the same great experience. HAPPY CAR BUYING!

Bought one car from them never would buy again from them. Added in a warranty that they said they were giving with the car. Hid cost in closing under other on financing form. Dishonest

I am a returning buyer!!! Every time I am looking to buy a new/used car, and I have bought both they are very friendly!!! Unlike other places where they are pushy and hateful. Hayes is always nice and does a good job on our Jeeps! Bruce Franklin is the Jeep Expert there and he simply the best Jeep guy in the Business! He really know a lot about Jeeps!

I went to this dealership to test drive a new RAM. I was not expecting a deal to be made. The sales staff bent over backwards to provide me with a vehicle that matched my requirements and offered a very fair trade value on my existing vehicle.

This was one of the best dealership experiences I have ever had. I have driven Ford trucks since 1991 and this was my first purchase of a Chrysler product. Very happy so far. I highly recommend this dealership.

Stay away from there Pre owned lot. They are the stereo-typical used car dealer. Do not waste your time like they wasted mine. The guy I dealt with,Clinton talked about how they were "Straight up". They are not a quality dealership! DO NOT GO THERE!!! Also,notice how they respnd to good reviews and not the negative ones. That tells you a lot.

Jonathan was great. He was knowledgeable and didn t push us to purchase a vehicle. We had our toddler with us, and he was very patient and kind. Appreciate him very much!

Beware of the V. I spoke with Vivek about a couple of new Ram trucks advertised by Hayes. Vivek told me the tucks were there in Gainesville. The Bait. When I arrived the next day he pulled the Switch. The trucks I called about were in Lawrenceville not Gainesville. I was suspicious before I arrived because of the stock codes, L is Lawrenceville, G is Gainesville and B is Baldwin. I did buy the switch...it was on my list anyway and a certified pre-owned. I m sure Vivek is still proud of how skillfully he pulled off his bait and switch.

From the time I walked into the door until I signed the papers and drove away in my new 2017 jeep renegade latitude, my experience was the absolute best.

Of all the vehicles I ve ever purchased in my life this was the most pleasant experience Chris Corry did a great job and I m very thankful for his assistance during my car purchase experience.

Very nice place. Keith was nice and helpful. However when I got my car back there was a part that wasn t put back on correctly when i went to pick it up. They were able to fix it right then but for the price I paid i expected it to have been done completely.

Everyone in the body shop was very helpful & courteous to me from explaining what needed to be fixed on my car to how things would go time wise on the repairs & it all got fixed in 4 days. I wouldn't recommend anyone to come to your Dealership your service repair Supervisor lies and cheats customers i paid $398.98cents for my 2004 Dodge Ram to have check out and when i got my home there was no Oil in my freaking truck your supervisor Spence completely lied about everything about i was told my engine was blown that was the case so i will never bring are recommend anyone to bring there vehicles to Hayes Chrysler Dodge Dealership

Absolutely terrible service. So over priced for simple repairs. It took a week to have them put in a fuel pump and was charged over $1000.00 never ever again

Tyler Boucher and the finance team were truly excellent. They got me into the car that I wanted at a price that I could afford.

I was in a wreck that totaled my last vehicle in 2009. Took public transportation when I could and walked when I had too; for three years, I was turned down because of my low credit score and history by every dealership and credit union. Then I purchased a bit of a lemon hoping to get to work and back home to Maxi million (my dog), until I was able to afford reliable transportation but, that didn't work out so well either. Then there was Hayes.. Well, let me just say, I was blessed by an Angel name Tracy B. whom not only worked it out for me, she picked me up; because that lemon could not have made it to the dealership. God bless you Tracy..I love my 2010 Hyundai Elantra.

We have purchased the last (4) vehicles from Hayes and each time a awesome experience. From the discussion of the vehicle all the way thru finance. Knowledgeable, sincere and will do what it takes to make it happen. Also very mindful of time as no one wants the 4 hour experience. Our automotive engineer Erik processes very quickly. Across the board Hayes exceeds all expectations.

I had an appointment to bring my jeep in on Friday and when I arrived I was told they were running at two hours for just an oil change and tire rotation. I ask if I could bring it in on Monday and they said certainly. When I arrived on Monday the waiting room was packed. They did manage To have my car finished in just a little over an hour. That pleased me, but I think it was a little long for just an oil change and tire rotation. Customer service was courteous and apologetic

We've gotten two great vehicles from Hayes, assisted by the amazing BREANA for both vehicles.
My husband's Grand Caravan was the first vehicle that we'd purchased and we can honestly say that it was a thoroughly enjoyable experience from start to finish!
Who can say that about buying a car, and actually mean it?! Well, we sure can!

Shortly afterward, a few months later, I needed a replacement vehicle for myself when my trusty '02 Chrysler T&C had finally had enough...but, with having over 350,000+ miles on her, I really couldn't complain!
I knew that I wanted another Chrysler vehicle (they've treated me well so far) so we knew immediately where we were going to look for my vehicle...and again we can honestly say that we are very happy that we did.

At this time, we've had both of our vehicles (one is a 2015, the other is a 2017) for over a year now--maybe even closer to two years) and we're *still very happy* with both of them!
We love our vehicles; they both look great and they are still running great!

On 02/16/19 my wife and I had been looking at trading our 2012 toyota 4runner in on a CERTIFIED PRE owned 2018 chrysler 300s. We understood that we would be carrying over some of the owed amount on our 4runner. Apparently this particular dealership wants you to give them your trade and charge a premium for their cars and they do not want to budge on price. We were not the only couple in there that day either that got low balled for our trade in. Once they figured out that we were not going to just settle for what they were offering especially when they had a 4runner very similar to ours for almost double the price they offered us for ours it was like they just wanted to get us out of there at that point and told us they would call us back in an hour or so. Never heard back from them. So in short if you are planning on trading in a car or want a dealer that will actually work with you i highly recommend that you go to a different dealer. I will never try to deal with this dealership again.

I recently had a tree fall on my car while going down 85 and thankfully my insurance sent it here because not only did they make my car look brand new but they were super nice and regularly updated me about the cars progress.

Yes, so far I really see it as wonderful. I just got it a few days ago. but I really like the people there, all are very friendly. Tim treated us like we were family and it made us feel eased at my choice.

We visited Hayes CDJR of Gainesville to potentially trade my wife vehicle in for a used SUV. They had a vehicle that nearly fit my wife's desires perfectly. We test drove the vehicle and looked it over after it was cleaned and did not find any issues. I was not quite happy with the cleanliness at first so our sales person Breana had it sent right back to detail and had them go back over it which came out great. Breana is very professional and not pushy at all, as well as the supervisor/manager. With very little back and fourth on numbers, we were happy with the final price and went thru with the purchase. I would highly recommend the folks up at Hayes of GAINESVILLE. And be sure to ask for Breana!!

Thursday, I took my Jeep in for a multi-point inspection because I am planning a trip. I had an 8 am appointment, was greeted within minutes of my arrival. My order was located and my car was taken to be worked on by a very courteous and polite Jorge M. He advised me that it might take as long as an 1 1/2-2 hours. At 8:56 Jorge came to advise me my Jeep was ready to go. I paid and was out of there. I feel that I got wonderful service and left happy with Hayes Chrysler-Dodge-Jeep of Gainesville again.

Tracy was the best and had the best advice to give on a car! She was so humble and sweet and I will be sending more people to her. Best employee at Hayes forsure!

Absolutely the best, easiest most pleasant new car buying experience I've ever had. The staff is incredible. I was driving home in my new car less than two and a half hours after pulling in- amazing considering I had to pick a car, test drive, trade in, finance, and get the wife to agree. Outstanding!

Service department is horrible, didn t even bother to do all I asked for them to look at in concerns of my vehicle. I went for an oil change and they didn t explain all they had done. They had me waiting for a very long time. I don t think I am going back there again.

The service dept.was helpful & friendly . Just there for an oil change . Got there at lunch time so it took a little longer . Took some time to look for new models . Sales Dept. Got involved took a lot of time . But ready for a new one yet.

I gladly drive the 45 minutes it takes for me to get to Hayes when my JGC needs attention even though there is Jeep dealership only 4.6miles from my house, and a second jeep dealership 9 miles from home. The customer service at Hayes has been exceptional each and every time I ve dealt with them and the service department has been equally awesome. I highly recommend Hayes!

Getting a warranty is taken care of. People are good to deal with especially Brittany McConnel service advisories. She was speedy and very helpful. No complications. Service writer very personable and helpful. Will review more later.

I had the oil changed and tires rotated. I requested a new sun visor clip to replace the broken one. Technician got grease all over the visor and one place on the overhead. Called my service representative and he asked me to bring the car back in, but this could have been avoided if technician s work had been checked prior to me picking my car up. It s a 47 round trip mile for me.

I had my brake pads changed at Hayes today, and my service advisor, Nick, was very helpful and kind. I was prepared to wait for 2+ hours, because at other service departments, I ve always had a long wait time. They had my Jeep serviced within the hour, and my total was less than what I was quoted! They did not try to push me into services I did not need and respected my time. This is the BEST service experience I have ever had.

Update: I visited this location, again, to have my oil changed and to have a regular inspection. Despite being incredibly busy, my vehicle was serviced in a timely fashion, and I received exceptional customer service!

I ve used Hayes many times, they are inconsistent, unreliable and highly expensive. I ve not been consulted on work that has been done to my vehicle and things have been repaired incorrectly meaning I m back and giving them more money. On several occasions I was forced to use the same service rep despite begging for another one. There was a day I was sat there for 5 hours. The service rep they forced me to use could not answer any questions and I ended up having to speak to someone else and actually stop the tech who was working on my vehicle myself to find out the truth. Sadly they are the closest company that can repair my Jeep but I know I will never consider buying from them or bringing any other vehicle there.

I am very young and recently purchased my first car here. i feel as though they tried to take advantage of me and my lack of knowledge due to my age. i ve had many problems with them and bought my car 6 months ago and still have to deal with them & mistakes & the miscommunication that were made. might as well not pay for warranty ~ they make the rules up as they please when it comes to warranties.

I purchased a 2010 Dodge Ram 1500 in October 2011 and returned in May 2016 to trade it for a 2014 Ram 1500. My first experience was great. After driving 4 hours from Tennessee, it was nice to deal with such a great sales team. The second experience was good and the salesman, Jonathan Varner, was more than helpful and did a great job to make sure that I was getting what I wanted. The sales team seems to worry more about how much money they can squeeze out of their customers than they were 5 years ago. I may return to Hayes for my next purchase, but I will have to consider other options before driving 4 hours again. Overall, I am more than happy with the truck and while I didn't get the deal I wanted and know was possible, I feel I got a better deal on the truck than I would have gotten in TN.
