don't get me wrong this park is pretty cute and perfect for small children to play and if you want to cool down on a hot Texas summer day I say it's just okay because I'm used to a bigger one with way more rides is all. I do wish the lazy River was bigger and if they had a little bit more tubes for people. But my daughter loved it and that's all that counts!!

It was super fun!! I went with my bestfriend and we ran around and had fun for hours. We begged for more time after it was done. Slides are sturdy and trustworthy. The life guards are freindly and helpful. love it!

The rides an everything else was wonderful but the thing that made me take a star off was the concrete. It was so hot it gave me burns on my feet which caused blistering and the peeling of skin. Otherwise it's great water park!

Employees are exceptional everytime me and my boys go to enjoy a relaxing couple of hours. They make sure to clean after guests leave their chairs or tables. If your unsure of anything I have had supervisors actually take the time to help me figure out what I needed to know. I enjoy going there just a simple day out that can be enjoyable.

Its more of a kid park. Not a lot of rides for the hefty price. I'm sure the food is overpriced as well. Also why do they charge the same for kids and adults once they are a certain height? Seems a bit dumb. Otherwise it's a bit of fun, not worth the price though.

I really enjoyed going here. It is pricey to get in but fun. Has something for all age levels. You can bring in your own food and drinks but there is a price to do so. Make sure to bring in your own sunscreen if not the sunscreen there is price gougingly high.

Waiting in line for 30 minutes passed opening. No one has come out to tell us what is going on. It s cloudy but not rainy. The lady in line in front of me called the front desk and supposedly life guards were told to not come in based on the clouds so even if they wanted to open they can t because they are not fully staffed. She was told there is no way the park will open before noon. People are leaving and are pretty mad especially those that drove for hours to get here like us. Wow, not cool Hawaiian Falls!!

The oldest of the locations, so it looks a bit run down and it's smaller (Mansfield has the cleanest, newest and biggest location) Place could use a fresh coat of paint. Still fun, certainly more reasonable pricing than it's competitors.

OMG! This park is very underrated and think it should be given more praise. The staff was very helpful and the slides are a blast! I think this is the best Hawaiian Falls Waterpark! Don t listen to the bad reviews because this is, in my opinion, a FIVE STAR WATERPARK!

This review is a long time coming but I have to express to the staff my immense thanks for making our event so fun and memorable. I was in charge of our elementary school's 5th grade graduating class end of the year tradition which was A Day at Hawaiian Falls on 5/30/2019. I started planning this day in January with the help of the wonderful group manager, CJ McKellen. I was expecting a turnout of ~90 people instead our final count was 138. Nevertheless the last minute arrivals and changes did not phase CJ. I was literally texting additions to our group non stop it seemed on the day of, only to have her reply "we got it covered" each time. She kept a polite and professional composure throughout. Our group was designated our own covered area with picnic tables to relax in. This was fantastic! It allowed us to keep our belongings together, to eat together and to get a bit of respite from the sun. Parents and kids expressed their gratitude and positive impressions throughout the day and tbh I couldn't have asked for a more perfect day. Once again many thanks ~ Sincerely Martha

I really liked its attractions, my favorite was an orange slide. However, on several occasions there were no floats for the places and what they sold was a bit expensive, after that everything was incredible, the water was neither cold nor hot, it was fresh.

Lifeguards were attentive! A lifeguard checked on me while I was lying face down on the shore which i have never had happen at other pools. They were careful about keeping life jacket kids behind the red line in wave pool. Saw the EMT tend someone having a medical issue. I was impressed at the safety measures and attention to safety. Social distancing was pretty minimal, but it is an outdoors pool, so this is very standard for most businesses of this sort. The pina colada at the snack stand was fantastic! Several rides opened only during my the last 2-3 hours of the day, like the half pipe and drop-out extreme slide. Would have been nice if they were open longer, but with covid, I was just glad they opened all the rides. Loved this family friendly fun time. Keep up the safety.

Wish they had a little pamphlet or book for season holders & staff leaders r not helpful. The illusion of having perks with pass is just that if you don't visit all 5 parks then u get one luau 1 dive in movie etc and no one knows what date it is at that location and time. My 17 yr old daughter passed out right outside gate from heat exhaustion at closing time and it took some kid who looked 16 15 minutes to get to us he beat ambulance by literally 20 seconds. Had no first aid training it seemed he would just repeat what I said and had no supplies on him. Very disappointed & not quite as safe a feeling if something major were to happen. It took them 5 minutes to get walkie talkie to work to get the first aid guys attention literally100 ft away GETTING ICE CREAM!

I go pretty much every year, and I don't know what negative things to say about it. There aren't many rides; there are about maybe 4 rides. There is two pools, a lazy river and a kid zone. Very family friendly, don't go if you're looking for adventurous, scary rides (go to Hurricane Harbor) instead. Very packed during the summer times, long lines for rides (given). As for the cost of food, it's like every other amusement/attraction/water parks, bit over priced but it's good.

Wow this water park of awesome. There was something for all ages. We didn't rent a cabana but I would suggest doing so if you can afford it it's kinda pricey. Also I would suggest bring your own food I'd you'll be there more the 6 hours. We spent 5 hours and didn't even realize it. The kid areas were really nice, my 4 year old loved it. My 3 year and husband loved the wave pool. We will visit again.

We bought season passes online and made ou first visit today. The water was cool & the sun was shining. The rides were are run quickly and smoothly. Everyone was pleasant and helpful... and it was NOT crowded! My kids had a blast. Only downfall was that they were out of the actual season pass cards to give us, so hopefully we won't have any trouble getting in next time.

I'm so disappointed. Went there today with two girls. First we were in dipping dot line for ice cream. First girl got cotton candy flavor then employee said sold out of cotton candy flavor with my second girl. I asked will you have more later for second girl...he said yes ! We went back about 2 hours later and they were sold out of every flavor except Chocolate Mint and Cookies and Cream! Sold out of French fries! Ordered a unsweet tea, was told only sweet tea. Ordered two Dr. Peppers....was told you were sold out of Dr. Pepper! Ordered a burger. The burger was pink in the middle. Yuck! The shaved ice was closed. I would expect more from you. This is the start of summer and you are sold out of everything! What the heck! On the positive side all employees were very friendly and the water seemed clear and clean. But the park itself looked run down just since we visited it last year. The wave machine was barely producing any waves. The bucket drop seemed like it was only 1/2 full. It was very disappointing. I feel like I wasted my money today.

For a small waterpark, there were plenty of activities for all ages and fear-ranges. When you enter the park after bag check, you will find Keiki Kove first. This splash zone area is meant for young children but teens and adults were playing there too.

I would give zero stars if it was an option. I personally feel like it should be shut down until they can get more staff. This is a water park & SAFETY should be your number 1 priority. Unfortunately it s not! I have reported two different times to the supervisors who sit in the ac office all day instead of walking around checking on their team. 1. In the kiddie area kids who were unattended without an adult, were climbing up the little slides while others were going down. When several of the adults told the life guard she shrugged her shoulders like she didn t care. I told the supervisor thinking they d take care of it. Then here we are come back for another trip & kids are piled all on top of each other going down the turquoise twisting slide in the kiddie area , not being told when it s ok for the next to go down or to not pile on each other. When we told the life guard she said oh well we are short staffed! we tell the supervisor- they don t even come out and say anything to the lifeguard -nothing. We go over to the deeper area where you can walk across the big floats. One life guard to the whole deep end, while families and a daycare is in there. If you don t have staff then don t open until you do! It s the parents job to keep up with their little kids but it s also yours to ensure you have lifeguards on staff that are paying attention to kids & not getting hurt or killed. Why is it that at over locations we see the dummy doll & they are constantly testing their skills to be on top of things & supervisors walking around and at this location nothing?! Silent drowning is serious and it s going to be really sad one day if that happens while your life guards are looking around at the sky or at different locations then the pool doing an up & down watch!

Closed for 2 hours on June 22, and their website did not list the times for the Champions day event. So when you arrived, you found out that it was from 9-10:30 and you missed you chance. Disappointing visit today.

We love Hawaiian falls and are so thankful that we live so near to one. Decided to go for the season passes this year and are not disappointed at all. They have fair prices and offer wonderful perks to their season pass holders. We go weekly at different times of the day and even when they are very busy, the lines move quickly.
