Recently my mother is staying there and nothing like praise. Good care, delicious food!

Protocols are more important than warm care and attention.

My mother got a cerebral infarction in November 2018, which is why she became paralyzed left half-sided.
She has successfully rehabilitated in the Mechropa rehabilitation center for 5 months. She was eventually able to walk independently with a brace around her left, paralyzed leg, behind the walker.

On 10 May my mother was transferred to Zorginstituut Loosduinen, where she was going to live permanently.

She fell out of bed on the night of 14 to 15 May.

I would like to make the following prominent:

1. Staff have forgotten to lift the gate on the bed, causing them to fall out of bed.

2. Getting out of bed alone is impossible for my mother and only works with the help of staff.

Staff is therefore clearly and demonstrably in default!

So she fell out of bed at night, nevertheless I am not informed of her fall until 4 p.m. the following afternoon! I ask the question: "why am I just being called?" To my dismay, the answer was two-fold: "We were busy and we were in a meeting, but your mother is in a lot of pain and the doctor is now her".

Then went to the emergency room, where it was found that her left hip was broken. She was operated on 16 May and after a few days she was returned to Mechropa for rehabilitation. So in the end she had to start all over again. And the fall completely destroyed her previous successful rehabilitation.
My mother continued to have unbearable pains after her hip surgery for which the doctors had no solution. The hellish pain was fought with morphine. Eventually all this led to her unforeseen death.

As a daughter, I am left with a very bad and angry feeling. What primary care should be, closing the gate at the bedside, appears to be approached rather irresponsibly by the staff in practice.

That is why the what-if question continues to nibble. Her last weeks were in and in sad. This could have been prevented!

MY MOTHER WAS ON THE GOOD WAY TO GET ANOTHER BEAUTIFUL LIFE YEARS, BECAUSE IT WAS NOT THAT GREAT NEGLIGENCE IN YOUR CARE ORGANIZATION HAS GOT ITS FINAL DEATH.
I WILL NOT HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOUR HOME WITH ELDERLY PEOPLE OR TO WHOM ALSO THAT SHOULD BE CAREFULLY GUIDED AND TREATED!
