Wonderful time with the family. Spread out area, not too crowded.

No lines, great, friendly staff, clean. Food is pricey. Definitely be back!

The place was awesome because you can have fun, and the kids area looks like it is so fun and they care about you.

Nice kids park, the slides are old and they need newer slides for the amount of money they charge

Had an awesome time with the family. Of course they are setup to empty your wallet but if you go in aware of that is tons of fun.

I didn't know this hidden gem was here. My family and I had an AWESOME experience with some friends. I can't wait to go back next year!

It's really beautiful but you will get really burned

Everything was awesome I had a blast we were there from like 10:30 to the time that they close I really recommend for everybody to get on the torpedo

I had so much fun that I did not noticed how sun burnt I was until I got home!!!! It is not cheap but I cannot believe I went on the torpeado slide!!!!! I felt my stomach leave me as I free fell straight down!!! My family and I were thrilled!!

We're season pass holders, I love that it's nearby and there are a decent number of options for what to do while you're there, but I wish the lifeguards seemed more attentive.

Great family parks near slides current river goes to children around lifeguards on every stand very secure and hey not a bad little water park people you can bring in a cooler with only so much food but you do pay a fee they have concessions there with your great I had the hot dog chili ball buster it was awesome don't feel up to much go people you'll cramp up and die the swimming pool keep us safe is is Bob bone interviewer I'm out

A fun place to bring the kids, has a little bit of everything, good food and drinks a little pricey but that's to be expected. Overall great place!

It is a good place to visit for what they charge the equipment is good. The day I visited there were two slides without working, so I don't give the 5 stars. The place is clean. They allow you to enter with food.

Awesome waterpark to take the kids to during the summer. Love that it's so close and has great rides. Never long lines when we go during the weekdays.

Had a great time. My Grandson was on the go for 3 hours. The staff was excellent and very helpful.

We went for the wags and waves day. It was well put together and everyone super friendly. Unfortunately it got rained out, so we never got a chance to swim with the pups.

My two kids and I went to Hawaiian Falls ALL summer. We loved every single experience there. My kids love the kiddie area and lazy river. I am always amazed at the lifeguards. They are constantly scanning the water and making sure everyone is safe!!! I really appreciate that HF provides life jackets for the little ones. The parks is ALWAYS clean and has a very friendly staff. I especially thought the people working in the food areas were super nice!!!

Because there is no wait to get in they have showers and food and a kid area for young ones and life gaurd everywhere it's a nice park I love it!

Went here for granddaughters birthday party. She is 5 and her sister is almost 4. They had a great time. We rented a Cabana to have a table and shade. Cost way too much. Cooler fee also too high. Service was very good. All in all we had a good experience but the cost is really too high.

My daughter LOVES this Waterpark! Every year she has her birthday here. It's very clean and well kept. The lines to the rides are always short. Restrooms are actually clean for a Waterpark. The food and drinks are pretty good too! You are allowed to bring in your own food and ice chest with a small fee. I love the VIP parking they offer! Overall this is just a fun place to hangout during the summer!

This place has something for everyone...the kids really enjoyed themselves. I thought it was small but park is pretty big. The adults can even enjoy themselves on the lazy river.

It is safe. And I clean. But when it comes to paying if you do not pay attention, they do not make changes or modifications. Once you give them the money they do not solve anything.

The kids and I had a great time. I love that you can bring your own food. The park was very clean and so were the restrooms.

This place is really going down hill. We went on Father's Day (Sunday obviously) and the sno cone place was closed, the water slides need a good scrub down, and the dippin' dots only had 2 of the 10 flavors. We were charged incorrectly, and the refund has to be sent to their corporate office, so we are still waiting for well over $100 to be put into our bank account.

We have been here with the city passes and enjoy the day to the core . There are rides for all the ages and each ride is thrilling . Staff are so helpful and do the security . Definitely worth visiting for a day and in a city like Dallas I should say a best way to relax yourself . This is the bast place to go in the city pass . One thing that can make experience better is the food , I didn t find many options for food . The ones which are available had long queues . Worth adding more stalls

Me and my family went here in 2018 we loved it had a blast here my kids been addicted to going here since lol we had so much fun I can t believe I went up and slid down that big slide lmao it was fun doe we had a nice to the employees are very helpful, kind and professional love it love it love it

Not many slides, not great food, but close and we always have a good time. Also, they have good service. They are.always very friendly.

Absolute worst waterpark ive ever had the displeasure of going to. We stayed for a total of 1 hour and only touched the water for a total of 10 minutes because it is over packed. There were no tubes available and the tubes you rent weren't an option cause we had to leave our stuff in the car due to there not being any lockers available. I will never be back and I will do my best to prevent anyone from waisting their money here.

First and last time visiting Hawaiian Falls in Garland or anywhere else for that matter. My 10 year old son was hit in the head by a 20 year old man throwing ice cubes at other kids. Called what appeared to be management and her stupid response was "well he looks like he's sorry he did it". The offender wasn't thrown out for reckless behavior or anything. Owner claims to have a safe environment for families but that wasn't our experience. Extremely expensive for a terrible experience. "Big Kahuna" Owner needs to straighten up the park before someone gets seriously hurt or worst.

Ohhhh we had so much fun!! Ate a tasty pizza for lunch and the kids enjoyed it too!!

Water shoes is ideal as the walkways will burn your feet. It is expensive but there is fun to be had.

Great water park a little concentrated and in one place. Kids love it. Lazy river is a bit short but that's cause it's lazy!

The truth was crashing the photos to take my children but with those dogs in all of the park that dirty I imagine that the water is not even better and I do not dare to go, it is good that I first check before going.

The food isn t very high quality and both the food and beverages are overpriced. The staff was very rude and even pushy at times and the bathrooms weren t very clean, but short waits on lines, fun rides, and a reasonable price of admission make up for the negatives.

While the waterpark itself is great, the only restaurant they have there (sharkey's) has the absolute worst service. It is so bad it almost feels like they are playing a prank on the guests. Like at any moment there are going to say just kidding we aren't this bad. But they are. They are soooo slow, they get your order wrong, ignore you, and are so disorganized. I waited 25 minutes in line even though there was only 1 person infront of me. 30 minutes for a pizza they said would take 8 minutes to cook. Another 20 minutes to get a refill on my drink and 15 minutes for someone to acknowledge me when I needed a to go box. The entire ordeal took over an hour and a half. It would have been way faster for me to leave the park, buy food, and bring it in, not to mention alooot cheaper. I can't single any one employee out, they had about 6 of them there doing the job of 2 people and they were all horrible. The experience at Sharkeys literally messed up what would have otherwise been a great day at the waterpark. If they were my employees I would have fired them all on the spot and would have had good reason to.

P.S. all the other guests around me felt the same way, they were all complaining just like I was. One lady yelled "can one of you take my order I've been standing here for 10 minutes!!" I saw 3 people go up there and complain that their order was wrong.

It was so fun I will go every weekend with my friends

don't waste your hard earned money like I did for this place. terrible customer service. Staff acted like robots and had no human sense or emotions were in them. they refused to give me an time extension for my 4 tickets that were unused for the next season. now I am out $92 and got nothing but expired tickets.

Had a great time on the last day. Be mindful of small children in the wave pool. The only reason that I'm not giving them 5 stars is because they don't have enough guards in between posts.

Went with my four children, gradeschool aged and below. All had a great time.

Well since im a ten year old you would probably expect me to love it but the food it a little over priced and it isnt that good

Awesomeness. .not too big, allows for my young kiddos (buddy system of course), to leapfrog from one activity to the next. Staff is super friendly, and professional., especially Tadum. Went above and beyond to help me get settled. Thank you. Sarge

Not a very big water park the slides are basic. The wave pool and lazy river didn't have near enough for people to have tubes theirs only like 20. Not enough to do I got bored.

Small over priced but its fun in the sun for the little man

Going there with kids if you're a teenager could be boring but otherwise it's aight
