Hawaiian Falls Waterparks Review

This a a great place to take the family!!! If they had chicken nuggets and French fries it would have been 5 stars, because that's all my kids will eat at these places! Lol! Still great fun!

The workers were so rude and nobody seemed like they cared or wanted to be there. We planned a field trip there and told them we had children with special needs and they need accommodations. They are NOT accommodating for children and adults with special needs. They act like we are bothering them when we ask for things and they are so rude. Some of our kids need life jackets and need an adult with them at all times even on the slides to keep them safe. They were not pleased when we asked for these accommodations. They advertise certain days and times for kids with special needs but I have a hard time believing that this actually happens.

The park itself was great, they do need more lifeguards though, the people in the park were making messes and destroying the property and no one took notice except the customers.

Cool place to bring a family and have loads of fun!!! It's a bit expensive for a day pass and a meal is why I only give 4 stars but it's a must do for the family oriented.

Great experience kids loved it and family 4 pack is a great deal it is cheaper than I individual 4 tickets and came with lunch and food was great as well staff was great as well

This is the third year having a season pass. Every year it seems to cost more, and get less. The coupon books given with the passes use to have more options. Also they seem to have redone the menu, and it's horrible. Little options like gogurts, and popsicles are gone. To expensive for hotdogs and pizza. They also use to pull a cart towards the end of the day with $1 ice creams. Kids and mom both loved it, that too is gone. We haven't gone as much this year, and seriously thinking of skipping passes next year.

It's usually really crowded, they started skimping on there season pass holders coupon book. They used to have more food options. Just seems like they are ripping people off now more so than ever.

Very expensive tickets and not very big. Never coming back again.

This is our second year having season passes and we still enjoy coming and hanging out and making memories as a family

Excellent place to cool off and have fun in its pools and slides

There are only 4 slides but the wait time to get on the slide wasn't longer then 15 minutes, but the food is on the higher end

It was good. Just remember the lockers to put your stuff in only take cash. We were stuck carrying our back pack all day.

My daughter almost drowned 15 ft away from oblivious lifeguard in the splashwater reef. Not impressed with bored kids not paying attention. There were a ton of kids and I lost sight of her around a slide for a split second, found her struggling and crying near the lifeguard.

Kids love. Discount on Mondays and also discounts on entry after 3 PM. Recommended. Employees are very friendly.

Can we bring in our own canopy? I saw a family with a tent. If so, that would be awesome. Some people don't even use the tables but to leave stuff on it and the people that need the table can't use them.
My 3 year old loved the kid area. It's got lots of things for them to play with.
Great thing that we can bring our cooler for only $15. We packed it up.

Great time, great staff, big enough that you aren't running into people. The line to enter moves super slow but it would be a software issue so I am not complaining.

Loved getting out for a change. I think they're a bit lax on the customer cap.

Older place good for our first time to a water park.

A little disappointed this year!!! Last year we received a coupon book with lots of good coupons for the season. This year we got 6 coupons that have to be used M-Th.
Also went to the Colony this weekend & a major ride was shut down due to lack of staff.
We go to Garland frequently & you have to wait like 10 mins for a tube because people take them in the wave pool or lazy river.
They increase the prices & have lowered all the benefits of a season pass holder.

The pool of the little ones is very bare of the paint of preference, wear shoes for water!

Never been there before had a blast. Everything was so clean. Even the staff was amazing. We had a great time. Ans we shall return thank you. To everyone

A little pricey for the size of the park but the slides were fun and the lines were short on a holiday weekend (July 5th)

Close to home, free parking, park was clean, had a great day!

Great, different pools, several environments, several tables, chairs, aya there are floats, lifeguards, incredible trampolines, must arrive early to enjoy to the fullest.

Overall the area is pretty small and there aren t many rides. You could ride all of them in 2 hours. Don t get me wrong or anything, I had a good time and all but in my opinion it wasn t fully worth it. It was a tad bit expensive for the tickets as well. It was clean and they did allow you to have coolers. That was and upside.

Great place to swim. Food is okay. Brisket was not what I expected. Price was good. Guards need more attention to kids swimming.

The bathrooms are always clean, the maintenance people are realy nice and always keep the park clean

A wonderful place for all ages. Lifeguards pay attention to every place that they can see. Lazy river moves at a good place but dont stand still or you'll get knocked over by either a tube or the strong but slow current.

Bad service! Dont know her name (The fat red head with freckles) She does not check bags, so any anybody can be bringing in knives, guns and this idiot does not check bags. After I told the manager Kelly in the front she actually told me I was being rude. I am the customer, and their should be a level of respect. In my opinion that Kelly is an uneducated person with no service skills! Very rude staff, arguing with customers! There are signs all over the park with bible verses, they should have the front staff read the bible. I've been to several theme parks in the US and all allow you to bring water to the park. This park charges a cooler fee of $10.00 (I can understand for soda but water)
That is the Christian thing to do!

Management 0 Stars. HORRIBLE. I would LOVE to go to Hawaiian Falls tomorrow, but I can t afford the gas!!! When my family moved away from the Hawaiian Falls we used to live beside, before this season even opened, we were not allowed to get a refund on our season passes. Now we hold 4 season passes we can t use because we live too far away to make the drive!! DO NOT BUY SEASON PASSES!!! Come hell or high water, you won t have a chance for a refund for ANY REASON. Furthermore, it only saves you maybe five bucks, so not worth the risk.

Safety 2.5 Stars 2017 After an intense lightning strike, park manager had to make a phone call to decide if she should tell people to get out of the water. What!?
And My 9 year old had to alert the lifeguards of a child who was unable to swim that had been swept into the deep. This child was screaming that she can t swim as she bobbed up and down and the lifeguards were oblivious.
2016 - I have never seen such an effective safety system as this park has. The lifeguards are extremely well trained and very focused on safety at all times. I have seen multiple practice drills keeping them on their feet. They rotate from location to location preventing fatigue and loss of focus. They use a whistle system where one lifeguard whistles when a manager is needed and the others nearby point to the whistler while still watching their own areas. Managers are quick to respond most of the time.

Cleanliness 5 Stars Not always perfect, but always striving. Restrooms are being continuously monitored and refreshed. Trashcans are not overflowing and are conveniently located throughout park. Water is clean due to a highly effective filtration system.

Food 3.5 Stars Sharkey's is okay with brisket, pork, hot dogs, nachos, and pizza. Many days their menu is more limited. They don't serve fries or chicken. They serve Lays potato chips, but not with the double pizza choice. Their tea machine has been broken all summer and they don't provide lids or straws. Pizza is mediocre. Hot dogs are pretty good. Small drinks are given with Meal band. Why do some parks allow MiniMelts to be a Sweet Treat, but Garland doesn't? They claim MinMelts is an independent business, but that's inconsistent with the other parks. Garland does provide ice cream treats and cotton candy for the Sweet Treat band. Sometimes they'll allow funnel cakes and sometimes they don't. It depends on the day and worker. All food is over-priced.

Really nice water park but watch your account if using debit card. I got double charged at one of the food stands and did not notice it until I returned home and had no idea who to contact to fix it.

Must visit, u can spend the whole day here just dont forget to buy the cooler pass. Fill up the cooler with plents of food, water and plents of snacks. They do not have alot of swag memorabilia. They food pass is also worth it if u expect to go more that 3 times

Great local place to bring the kids for a few hours.

Smaller than I expected but the lines weren't too long for the rides, which made things alot more enjoyable!

This place is very nice, what I don't like is that the tires or floats do not have much air and another thing is that they need to fix the wave pool x because the ground is very scratchy a girl fell silent and scratched her knee very ugly and one wants to sit on the shore of the wave pool and it's super fast and Cala very ugly x please fix it for the next vacation to be able to go back with my family

Great for kids, fairly reasonably priced for admission.

We rented a Cabana, which is so worth it in the long, hot summer days. The young girl who took are orders for drinks and food was exceptionally nice and friendly and went above and beyond to see that we had everything we needed and kept checking on us.

Not tons of options for slides and on some you even need a partner. I am pregnant and can't be my husband's partner for tubing. They have a small lazy river and a couple different places for kids to play.

It was our first time coming and we had a great time. There is something for everyone to do. My kids ages are 16, 13 and 6 and they equally had a blast. Definitely coming back.
