Worst service ever . I just bought a membership pass . Since then I tried thousand times to contact them .,but it is an impossible mission. Whoever managed Hawaiian falls district or regional should do a follow of their call service and email contact service. It is tottaly nule.,zero.Ghost .,not exist .

You can take a pic nic after 3:00 it's half price admission the place is big . No "adult beverages" small lazy river but awesome slides and kids had a blast . Wave pool is nice .

Super fun they have rides from fun to scary levels 1 to 5 I love the lazy river and the pineapple express ride
All the rides are choice, the service is excellent and the snacks really hit the spot. I could have spent ALL day floating in the lazy river. The toys in the kiddy play area could use some repair and I suggest you steer clear of the Hawaiian Half-pipe, it is a back breaker. My 9 y.o. is still having trouble walking 2 days later from that one.
Beats Hurricane Harbor! The cabanas are cheaper, the staff is pleasant, and it's a much more relaxing atmosphere.
I like this park and would have easily gave it 4 stars , but they have no feeding station for mothers and babies . With the park catering to famil6I don't understand why they have not had one put somewhere. I asked for cool area to feed my baby and got told to go to the restroom. Smh
It's ok the staff was rude and acted like they didn't want to be there I guess it's a better family place for smaller kids it could definitely improve

Beware of potential kidnapper loitering inside of Hawaiian Falls Garland, TX. She stalked my 7 year old daughter at the playground, trying to "win her over" and lure her further from the playground while simultaneously determining who she was with and where my daughter's friends/guardians were located. She would follow my daughter and overtly praise her - it was excessive and obvious. My neighbor was watching, from the side, yet very closely to understand what this lady was doing. He quickly determined she was absolutely alone and focused on pulling my daughter away. He stepped in when he needed to and confronted her. She immediately became nervous, attempting to explain herself, lying when she said she was with her granddaughter. Witnesses stated she was alone and confirmed that at the time the park closed. Her description is below. She is very easy to identify by appearances, especially her gold teeth, crowns and fillings, more below. The manager at the park was notified, but did not take immediate action. She only took a description. I was not at the park, but I am taking further action. Please beware in the Garland, TX area, Hawaiian Falls, and take note of the description of this lady:
- white female, early 60s
- grayish/white hair with 2 tone black hair towards the bottom and roots
- gold teeth, gold crowns and fillings everywhere, very obvious especially towards the back of the mouth
- approximately 5'5" heavy set approximately 180 pounds
- generally very creepy looking
They're super nice respectful a little pricey but for the kids laughter and for the fun that they have it's well worth it I mean my niece is they don't lock the lake but they love this water park it's like really convenient and all the rides and stuff is free Donovan you really pay for is the mission to get in and then your food and drinks that's it but it's really good if you never been y'all deserve to go once I will recommend it to anybody
So my daughter loved this place, we went for a company event. Went I left I had a rash from my ankle all the way to my thigh, I had to get a steroid cream to make it go away. Many of the other employees were throwing up, had diarrhea, one persons son even went to the hospital. The food was horrible, the burgers are that fake meat and I don t know what the hotdogs could have been made of, Probably won t be back.
Great place to take the family! And the peparoni pizza at Sharkey's was Amazing and the price was normal for a large pizza... their were 4 in our group. We had fun filled up on pizza and enjoyed the lazy river... go check it out for yourself!
We prefer this location to The Colony. The layout of the park is better, the lazy river is better. Both locations are great though. Highly recommend the season pass.

My feet burned the whole time, be prepared over the summer! They need at least another restroom. Had lots of fun otherwise!
