Love Harry & David. The people are super friendly and you get to taste all kinds of samples :-) just remember to bring your wallet because you are not paying for low-grade stuff here it is all top quality yummy stuff

I love this store. Their chocolate milk was the best!! Their apples were crisp and yummy. I bought their mustards and grapefruit jelly- candy. Also their cheeses. Plus I got a cactus glass which was the cutest thing! Best of all we made a new friend, Sandy. Ask for her by name, Tell her Pam and Michon sent you. You won't be disappointed.
So fun shopping at Harry & David's. Everyone is helpful and many different things to choose from. Bought a $240 box of goodies for $36. Perfect. I have guests . Cheeses. Spreads. Sweets. Crackers. Meats. Pears. And so much more. And the red & black box perfect to store items in guest room!
I was stunned at the sheer variety, where di you start (stopped in & spent the better part of an hour) & more $ than I intended, awh the deals & speciality items, yum!
Pricey but tasty. The Medford location is central to their catalog operation, so quite often there are some great discounted boxes. Shop smart, shop SMart!

It's a large store and a bit intimidating. However, there's deals to be had compared to the mail order process. The pears are always very good.

I love Harry & David and had to stop by the store while in Medford. I love the Royal Rivera Pears. Definitely recommend the factory tour if you have the time.

My wife and I have been buying and shipping gift baskets from Harry and David for many years now. Something bad has happened this year however. Their quality control has gone to heck. All three of the fruit baskets we shipped this year to friends and family arrived with rotten, moldy fruit.
That was not bad enough, when we try to rectify the situation their customer service was absolutely no help. We spent two or three hours on hold. In the end, all they could do was offer to send replacement baskets not until after Christmas.
We had enough after that and we turned it over to American Express. Very disappointed.
Like a kid in a candy store, so much to sample. Excellent wine selection with local winery taste testing. Picked up 3 nice bottles
So many choices between chocolates, cheese and so much more. Yes it can be pricey but you are purchasing quality and there are many sales going on. I picked up a wedge of Stilton blue cheese for $1.50, my favorite and my find of the day

We received a gift basket 3 weeks ago from friends from the East Coast. We don't know how much they paid and certainly we so appreciate the thought. But close to $50 for a few apples, pears and small cheese and crackers! Seriously. The pears smell like the paper they came covered with to keep them cold and fresh. No way getting around it. After the second one which tasted terrible, nothing like pears, we threw them out. Spend the money on a restaurant gift certificate or something else. As a recipient of a gift, I would not use them.
We went to get the 39 cents a lb peaches. Not too crowded today because of the rain.

The store was great. They had so many things to choose from. Even got ten bucks off after I spent fifty. That was a great surprise. Love coupons. Employees were very helpful and polite. Next time I'm in Medford I will be stopping in.

It is always fun to stop in the Harry & David store when you are driving through on the I-5. If for no other reason, they always have samples out. I also love the selection you will find here and they clearly put in a lot of effort to select local provisions to stock next to their own signature products. This is especially try for their beer selection, wine selection, and cheese options. Enjoy the friendly staff and curious finds you will stumble upon every time you visit.

Such a fun store! Great gifts! My family loves the samples, especially the moose munch. They have great sales! The produce section always looks fresh. They have a great wine selection and often have wine tasting. The employees are always welcoming. We went to the breakfast with Santa this year and it was fantastic! The kids really enjoyed one on one time with Santa. Seating for adults was very limited, it was a tight space. I would 100% recommend breakfast with Santa.

The tour of the factory was well worth the price, especially when kids 12 and under are free! They take you on a shuttle to the factory and get to see them make mouse munch, chocolates, and bakery items. The country store is full of delicious treats ands savory items. It's perfect for buying high quality fruit in a great variety, varieties meats and cheeses, and of course delicious chocolates and treats. They have several samples to try and I'd say this is a must visit place.
The folx were super helpful and they have a great beer collection.

Great products with lots of variety. Karen gave outstanding service, along with the young man in the produce section (I didn't get his name). As a matter of fact everytime I have been in Harry & David's in Medford the service has been excellent. Overall a terrific place to shop for the special things Harry & David are known for.

I loved this store. It has really gift Ideas and great tasting treats. I got the cherries and fruit covered in yogurt. I would recommend both if them. Its worth to stop by the store whenever passing by Medford.
Aside from all the Moose munch offerings, it is fun to do the "wine tastings " and meet local Winery staff and make purchases of their signature wines.

This a local favorite. The quality of the products here are second to none. They are very particular about the quality of their fruits and vegetables and I have never been disappointed. They have Taylor's products here which are very delicious meat products. All in all, they have their own orchards here in the rogue valley and this place is highly recommended.
