Awesome fruit, cheese and beer with outstanding service to top it off!

Great little store! Some of there karne brand stuff is a little pricey, but they're fresh fruit is fantastic!! Definitely worth a stop by!!

Samples throughout the store gave us a chance to narrow down what we wanted

Harry & David has a wonderful wine section! Even has samplings of a few daily if you can't make your mind up! Try the Willamette Valley Whole Cluster Pinot Noir, it's awesome!

We did a tour of their factory. Very enjoyable and informative. Made us appreciate their products and their prices.
Tour would be much much better the tour guide used a microphone. Alot of information missed. Not everyone able to hear and understand her.

If you have not taken the tour would highly recommend it. It was very impressive.

Right around Thanksgiving was the best time to take the tour. We saw their priced pears, chocolates and candied popcorn being made and ready for shipping -and were given samples of course!

Nice selection, was ignored by staff. Literally stood in front of them and they didn't make eye contact or respond. Definetly not happy with that.

Harry and David is one of the oldest and most respected businesses in the Rogue Valley. It was the quality is going down so much since they've moved to a more modern type manufacturing facility but it's still good stuff.

Let them bless you and treat you like a king and sell you the bes tof the best in produce and fine food s and wines!!

Cute small shop with gourmet foods. The tour was fun as well. Be sure to go early if going on Fridays to see the chocolate shop while it's still open!

Well if it's great country food you're looking for, this is the place. From a variety of honey and jams to fresh fruit and other produce, they have it all! I never knew how wide of a variety of fresh foods they had. Better advertising would help this store a lot!

I always stop in here when travel up and down I-5. Sometimes they have great deals but not always. Love the Moose Munch.

Always a pleasure to shop here. I couldn t find the pears I was looking for and asked for help. I was provided great customer service instead of just being told where I can find the pears the store representative walked me directly over to them. This store has everything from local fruit and veggies, moose munch, jerky, beer, wine, ciders and so much more. They have automatic sliding doors so easily accessible if you are in a wheelchair. They also have very clean restrooms, which when you are traveling is a bonus!

Not many sales going on at this Harry and David's probably due to the Coronavirus but the store is really pretty and the store has a lot of pretty things and is very clean

We ended up with a full cart of goodies and gifts. The check out ladies helped us buy cold packs and styrofoam coolers to drive it home to the Midwest.

Worth the visit for the samples alone. Got a fruitcake. Moose munch is not to be missed.

Always a nice place to get gifts for family members out of the area. There has yet to be a time I have not found a good deal that I was not able to pass up. They even have wine and beer tasting certain days and times of the week. Great way to widen ones personal selection. The kids love doing the factory tour and trying the variety of samples they normally have.

Awesome tasting day here. We easily spent 140.00 great gift to others and yourself.

Way too expensive. Not something where all 4 of our children can choose their own treat.

I loved the store, the staff was kind and the tour is just fun if you like information, local culture/history, and how they make that yummy popcorn.

Since I spent four grueling months working at thier bakery I understand why they have cut out liquor filled chocolates. ..but honestly guys..the chocolate is your best product. .outstanding in fact. I sent truffles instead this year...my family loved them..I love them..even after making them!!! Bring back the variety in your chocolates please.

What an amazing store, great selections of their products you cant get other places. The tour they offer is very nice. The staff is polite and very helpful and samples are cool.

The service is different than any other store in the mall. It feels like they want to help you, they're very friendly and the samples are always awesome! It's so cute inside, it feels sort of rustic and traditional. And if you've never had Harry and david product before, do yourself a favor and check it out! The company is based in Oregon and lots of their product is made in medford. They have some of the best chocolate that I've had there! Cheers!

Great for gift ideas but over priced for what they offer. Yes, the quality of the products are superior but would definitely wait for a sale.

Very unique place. Took the tour. Which was really nice. Lots of nuts and chocolates and desserts stuff. Lots of different flavors of popcorn.

No customer service skills at all. The "Barbie doll" cashier didn't even know what baklava was.
