Beautiful building but customers and attitude to my wife, a wheelchair user, and myself, heavily tattooed, was appalling. Neither of us enjoy being looked at like we had defecated on their plush carpets!

The store got breathtaking atmosphere, you have to try at least a cappuccino with pastry.
Went for a coffee with a cake. Okay, expensive, what do you expect. When I wanted to pay I needed to ask 3 of the 5 waitress to get me my receipt. Very slow process.
My card get declined. However I used my card everywhere in London without problems. Why in this place it is not working?
Went through the maze for 10 minutes to find a atm on the 3th floor. I decided I did not want to give a tip.
Came back to pay. The amount was 31.05. I gave 40 and it took them a good 3 minutes to understand I wanted 8.95 back.
They decided to give me back 8 and really wanted me to beg for 0.95. I choose not to do this. Effectively they got a 0.95 tip without my permission. Very annoying staff, so a 1 star review for me. What a hassle to have a coffee

I like there all the brands and experienced staff who serve us in a professional way. In a word it's enjoyable shopping centre which has great presents to buy. Decorated with a great design that can be pleasant for anyone.
A special place full of wonder. The christmas department is a little poor currently but the food hall is full of xmas joy. Loved the cake bar
I don t like their ever changing layouts. It is so confusing and you keep on missing stuff because the layout.
Luxury at its best. Expensive but excellent products. Outstanding atmosphere. Staffs were very attentive. Definitely suggest their flower and chocolate section. One of the best shops in the whole world. Security was also very good. Huge range of items.
Nice historically famous superbig supermarket! It is closely associated with Princess Diana and the richest people of Dubai! Its architectural beauty and glamorous variety of expositions mostly are breathtaking and unforgettable! It is not enough one visit! Service is superb and prices are worth the place! You really will enjoy spending your money for food, clothes, footwear, etc of worldwide famous brands!

Went to the perfumery at the top floor of Harrods. Had an amazing experience at the Tom Ford boutique. The sales associate was extremely helpful and gave a lot of advice. Definitely recommend checking it out. The fragrance range at Harrods is amazing.

This really is just an attraction, if you want to buy then go and shop elsewhere, pay less, get more options for returns and get looked after better. John Lewis etc.
We bought an iphone that was faulty, to get a refund we had to return into London. Would have been avoided if I didn't buy from here, and customer service took 3 weeks to suggest I could post it back, didn't care, no apology.

They say that customers are important but when you actually have a problem and contact them through the customer service they don t even reply nor they try to compensate when it is their fault! I would expect more from a luxury store like this!
It s very difficult to shop at Harrods despite the amount of stuff that is available; this is due to the amount of people that are browsing there s absolutely no way of getting staff attention or asking for help as everyone is always preoccupied or nowhere to be seen. All that negativity aside the aesthetics of the place are superb and the overall atmosphere is good.

It was a great place with many different brands to chose from. I myself got a couple of pieces but since the time I visited it was Boxing Day. The place was tooo crowded and there were hundreds of people in one section at a time it was horrible but not necessarily their fault they did have great sales !!
Nice store, the staff however won't talk to you unless you look like you have a tonne of money. We tried to make a purchase, and not for some trinket, but couldn't seem to find an employee who wanted to help.
Harrods has more a role of a museum than this of a store because probably eight people on ten visit this Department Store without buying something due to the too high prices of the items for sale. For instance, a simple little fan costs more than 100 pounds. The building is composed of five floors of eight large rooms each and to the sixth floor, there are many perfume stores of famous brands. I highly recommend visiting Harrods because almost all that is for sale is of a rare elegance. The only small issue is that there are too many rules to follow like carry his backpack in front or not taking photos of many stores like this of Rolex watches, but this code of conduct is understandable because Harrods is a luxury store.
Harrods is an experience in its own league. The store itself is out of this world and one cannot navigate it without a map. Fortunately there are information points throughout and the staff are quite happy to give directions and provide maps. I should mention too that the prices are out of this world as well!
To find what your looking for is hard. Because the signs are just outside the department your looking for.
This is the only one true unique place to shop in London, with heavy heritage and scenery such as the stairs area.
Be prepared to look at some ridiculous price luxury item around, same item would be cheaper outside such as the toy department toys.
It is worth to buy things from the harrods section usually that is the most crowded area.
Make sure you have a map to know where you are,often too confuse, especially trying to find the lift you will find yourself keep going in circles.

Gotta check out the food halls people. The food collection is amazing, I recommend the zebra Cronut. Even if you are not into shopping, definitely worth while just going in and check out the pairing on the ceilings. Lots of luxury goods, not my thing, buy have to say they do have a great selection.

I don t get what all the fuss is about Harrods, it s just a department store with high end brands, the same high end brands that are everywhere. The food court , if you can call it that, is outstanding but you better be ready to spend. $$$$$

It's a huge place, anything you can imagine you can probably get here. Prices reflect the status of the Harrods name, but you can find cheaper items if you have the time to look.
Service wasn't pushy at all; plenty of staff, all very helpful and professional.

Luxury department store, often very crowded. It's possible to find everything. Generally the goods are pretty expensive. It's a real landmark of London. Once in life it worth a visit.

And a lovely time was had by all. Wonderful window shopping without the windows. It is unbelievably huge and they managed to convert us from looking into actual buyers. Their foreign tax returns desk is a huge plus.

Great selection of stock (found something to buy that I'd never seen in any shop before). Always very busy. Stressful for me as an autistic person. Friend slipped on a shiny floor in toy dept, which could've been very serious if he'd hit his head. There is no way it's sensible to have a floor that slippery & unsafe. It is huge. I think you can find almost every thing in here but I didn't really enjoy it. It is too big to be a single store.
Awesome iconic department store. If you eat here I recommended you splurge on the fish and chips. The chips aren't really anything special but the fish is easily the best I've ever had. I never knew white fish could taste so good.
Travelers should note that much of the tea and chocolate can be found for sale even cheaper in the Gatwick airport location (there's no tax there). So if you are flying out of Gatwick, buy your treats there.
Harrods is a luxurious and high end Mall in London UK. All the top brands of the world of apparels you will get here. The ambience is great, the quality of material is the best, so the pricing is also expensive. The staff here are well trained to help you, they do not disturb you, when you are looking around, but, when you want to ask something they appear immediately and help you. The food Mall is also good.
