Went for a coffee with a cake. Okay, expensive, what do you expect. When I wanted to pay I needed to ask 3 of the 5 waitress to get me my receipt. Very slow process.

My card get declined. However I used my card everywhere in London without problems. Why in this place it is not working?

Went through the maze for 10 minutes to find a atm on the 3th floor. I decided I did not want to give a tip.

Came back to pay. The amount was 31.05. I gave 40 and it took them a good 3 minutes to understand I wanted 8.95 back.

They decided to give me back 8 and really wanted me to beg for 0.95. I choose not to do this. Effectively they got a 0.95 tip without my permission. Very annoying staff, so a 1 star review for me. What a hassle to have a coffee
