Architecturally stunning. Egyptian themed. Tip- Start at the top and work your way down to the gift shop on Lower Ground. However, with it being under major refurbishment Aug 19. This has become a rabbit's warren. Got lost. Many times. This place is for VERY VERY DEEP POCKETS. Worth a look. Frightened to touch anything to be honest. Best part is the gift shop. But be prepared to pay in there aswell

Amazing store, we especially enjoyed our walk around the food hall. Don't forget to take your credit card because it is amazingly expensive - this is not where normal people with regular jobs shop Finding the toilets was a nightmare, signage wasn't great and the style the store with lots of doorways off to different places, made it hard to find what you were looking for.

Terrible experience. I went there on Saturday afternoon and it was really really crowd. People everywhere just to take pictures and nothing more. I suggest to go there during the week cause probably there will be less people. Take a map when you are there cause is like a maze

Great window displays. And sumptuous interior. Nice just to browse through it. Excellent Laduree restaurant next to the food hall with attentive staff and excellent savoury meals, cakes and liquorice macaroons. In the toy department they have a great variety of pretty marbles in different sizes from mahoosive to wee. Best time to come here to buy anything is during the sales.

I can easily and categorically say that the customer service is the best one in the whole UK I have experienced in the last 18 years (and I have been around). I was very impressed with staff asking you whether you need any help and directions. I forgot my loyalty card and one of member of staff went above and beyond to help me. They also gave me directions around London. It is massive inside and the decorations are very impressive. Very ancient Egyptian theme. The prosecco bar is an experience you have to witness (I won t spoil the surprise). Very good quality food also.

Disappointing. We traveled to London and my mother was looking forward to experiencing this store for the first time. She unfortunately started to not feel well. I went to customer service to see if there were wheel chairs available, only to discover that this great store doesn't keep track of them. There was a sweet woman at customer service that tried to help. Sadly, while she was trying to place the call for help, she kept getting the run around. How hard is it to make customers sign wheel chairs in and out? Or to put something in place to make sure that wheel chairs are all returned to the same area?

They said everything you want to buy (well almost everything) they have it. Perhaps a bit exageratting but this place is really impressive. Shoppers' heaven. From top branded products to fancy sport car & crystal guitar. Really nice and helpful staffs too. I was ushered by a counter lady from one hall to the other to get what I was looking for. That's top service. There also some good selection of restaurants too. Amazing food hall.

Well what can I say? It was as good as usual. The staff here are always very helpful. They had a lot of food samples in the food hall, which actually helped us make decisions and buy some Christmas presents. Bought some lovely blue cheese in a Harrods porcelain pot. Was delicious, wished I bought some for me! This will always be a fabulous shop. Highly recommend.

Harrods is lovely shop to explore. Even if you cannot afford the majority of items you can dream. Food Hall is wonderful and there are plenty of things to buy which are good value. Visit the lower ground floor where you can afford to buy something and you will be spolit for choice.

It is like a wonderful maze of different countries and different areas. You can be in Egypt one minute then in modern luxury the next. I spend most of the day here exploring and eating the best sundae I've ever had. Prices for luxury goods I found a bit cheaper than in Taiwan so that is a plus!

EVERYONE working here is helpful and happy, literally everyone. Five stars for Herrods having the most enthusiastic crew greeting and selling. It s an experience you need to have while in London. The escalator alone is worth the trip, but there is so much else to see and do.

We had lunch at The Coffee Bar in Harrods which was an amazing experience. The food is excellent and the coffee, as you would expect, totally amazing. The staff are so attentive without being overbearing and looked after us so well. It is a bit pricey but it was worth having some time out to relax, enjoy good food, and people watch for a while. It is in a superb location but sometimes you may have to wait 10 to 15 minutes for a seat to become available. Enjoy a good lunch at Harrods Coffee Bar, hope you love it as much as we did.

Most reputed and expensive shopping store in London. All expensive brands of watches, clothing, perfumes, Jewellery, groceries are available. Freshly grounded coffee and fresh meat and fish are available. Parking nearby streets are free after 6:30pm everyday and free on Sunday all day. Not to miss location for tourists visiting London

A must visit, the most exclusive department store in the world, love the food hall, however to my taste a lot of the food is not as exceptional as before, the price still exclusive, flavour isn't.

As another review said, it's hard to rate the store as a whole when there are good parts and bad parts. However, as my overall impression left me feeling "I don't want to go back, I'll go to Selfridges next time", I have to give it two stars, which Google refers to as "disliked it". Positive areas: + Hermes @ Beauty Hall, very helpful gentleman. + Laduree, classic service and not overcrowded. Negative areas: - Dior men's, completely ignored. - Louis Vuitton men's, completely ignored. - Prada men's, completely ignored. - The entire menswear floor as a whole, really. I stood for at least 10 minutes in each store, waiting for someone to come assist me while browsing the bags alone. This was most irritating in Louis Vuitton, as I was wearing several items of theirs at the time, so I was clearly identifiable as a regular customer of the brand. Harrods as an institution should not be putting a black mark on LV's card, when I have had nothing but exemplary service in every other Louis Vuitton boutique and department in the world. It is not a question of waiting as I am used to LV being busy, but rather no eye contact being made, no greeting, no apology given, no host to "triage" customers nor any sort of indication they were aware of my presence in the store that left me feeling like I had made a wasted trip into town. I didn't fare much better in the ladies' accessory hall Louis Vuitton either, but that was more a case of their queuing system not working on a department store mat with no defined entrance and exit. But at least there was some sort of queuing system, unlike upstairs on men's. Overall I won't bother to stop by when next in London.

Always a wonderful experience looking at all of the great quality food, clothes, accessories and fine jewellery and watches. We always have a coffee and a big piece of chocolate cake in The Coffee Bar which is in the bakery hall. Great service and quality and such a treat! Never find it snooty in Harrods. Nk one minds if you can't afford the things and they don't mind you looking or asking about them. As it should be. Don't hesitate to visit.

It was nice to go in the week here as it wasn't too busy. The toy department was lovely but a lot smaller than last year which was said. No sweetmince was disappointing, as they are already out of stock, but the staff in the toy department, women's fashion, watch department and the lovely man that serviced us in the bakery were a delight to meet. Lovely day

Amazing store selling just about anything you could want from Nik Naks at a pound to electronics, furniture and jewelery at many thousands of pounds. The food market is amazing with every type of food from various countries all in one place. Great store well worth a visit .... even if it is only to get a Harrods carrier bag.

Nice big place, a lot to see and experience. You should not that there is a lot of people here and the prices are sky high. It's a fun "must-see" thing in London. The place is very beautiful outside and in, and they have a very nice and helpful staff.

We went shopping for Christmas ornaments the lovely lady helping us was fantastic Then we bought a coat. Well just to say it was a nightmare and we ended getting a different coat sent to us. I would call out names but my lawyer said not to. I though loved the floor staff and one customer service manager the rest can well...

Omnia Omnibus Ubigue, all things for all people Harrods motto. Founded in 1824 now has 330 luxury departments and over 1.1 million square feet of shopping and cafes. You can purchase a gold bar here, and they make their own British Teddy Bears for around $25.00.

You can easily spend an entire day in here The Market was my favourite. The displays were very thought out and pleasant to look at. The crowds on a Saturday can be a bit overwhelming. The prices are definitely on the expensive side. The gift shop had plenty of options to choose from. One of the chefs in the pizzeria serenaded us with a beautiful Italian song, so romantic

So this is what it is like to window shop! We stopped in here and the opulence is UNREAL! Every floor is laid out perfectly with $600k Excalibur timepieces, to Harry Winston 1c rings, to Cuban cigars, to ultra rare wines and more. Just go in and walk around! I personally liked the gold handrails on the stairs! Great place to "car spot" as well. It's the only time I have ever seen a Koenigsegg!

Unique, wonderful iconic department store. With many restaurants, you will not go hungry. We had lunch in the Mediterranean restaurant and it was the best meal of this type that we have ever had. The chicken shawarma and lamb shawarma as the best I have ever had. Everything was very nice including the service. We walked several floors before we went to the food court. The baked goods are outstanding and mesmerizing. I recommend you eat before going there! You would need days to do this store justice, so organize your trip ahead of time or prepare to be overwhelmed. A must visit in London.

Beautiful place however my service was terrible. Took over 30 minutes to check if they had my single item in storage. Then I went to gift wrap it and then didn t want to simply put my item the box I had just bought. Didn t ask for any additionally complicated wrapping. Apparently it takes 7 extra pounds and 30 minutes to put the item in the box . No extra wrapping was needed. I don t understand.

This place is quite the experience, went in here not sure what to expect. As you walk from room to room you re greeted by scents and aromas some of which you re familiar with and lots I m sure you would have never imagined finding here; vibrant colors and vivid items. This is an all around cool experience as many have said, you ll find everything and anything. Let s say you can go buy some clothes get appliances and do some light grocery shopping at the same time. Worth checking out if you have some time.

Great service, in food hall you can find anything what housewife dream of, best olive extra virgin, teas, sprinkles for cake. Salad bar is absolutely best! Only wish I had if Harrods could have more healthly, gluten free and dairy free products

Always so packed with tourists you can barely move. It s also an absolute maze with improper signage. Going there is mostly a box ticking exercise just to say you ve been. The only things worth doing there in my opinion is checking out the Egyptian themed escalator, the monument to Diana and Dodi (which I believe is to be relocated soon) and visit the Godiva cafe to try their unbelievably delicious hot chocolate.

Insane store. Has alot to offer. Staff are super friendly. Shout out to the young man who works at Saint Laurent who let my boyfriend try the boots with no judgement. We had a very good time and felt the quality and the London experience.
