Most amazing store i have even been to in the WORLD
Great store with lots of valuable products
But it's soooo crowded
Fantastic selection of all kinds of food, clothing & anything else you might need
The shop is extremely large and well worth a visit. It is however very expensive, it has a vast range of items from food, household goods, clothing, jewellery, toys. It's a good few hours to shop properly. It is a very beautiful building . please click LIKE when you have read my review. Thank you
Truly next level . A must do for all visitors to London. Friendly and helpful staff, loads of things to see and buy
Great food hall with my favourite Champagne and Oyster Bar.
my all time favourite spot for fish and chips, staff here are professional with best manner, every penny that were spent here are for good quality.
The opulence in the store is fabulous. The food Hall was welcoming and the staff were friendly and accommodating
The old harrods is no longer the actual. Great products available to buy especially in the superbrands area but it is getting too much overcrowded. Missing also the old food hall.
Always a treat to come and view the goodies in here. The new food hall is fantastic with many sumptuous flavours on offer. It'll be expensive but worth trying them all. And they even have a Vegetable Butcher!
If you like watching sooo mich glamour and high prices
It's a very luxurious but very great place where you can find both clothes. Great food and etc. It's maybe the one name people recognise from the shopping area and that is for a reason. It's old, long established and it is not a shopping mall. It is Harrods.
Amazing.cant even imagine that such a wonderful shopping place in London. All items available under one Roof.
Nice and famous shop mall in London and you have see it
What can one say about Harrods which hasn't already been stated.
The day of our visit ( Saturday ) it is very busy. Despite the sky high prices; it appears Harrods is not affected, especially overseas customers who are in abundance.
The service and presentation of items for sale is outstanding. Staff well versed in their products.
Outstanding.
We particularly enjoyed the toy section, with our kids. There were a number of staff doing live demonstrations of various toys, which was fun, and had our kids mesmorised. The shop is absolutely enormous!
This was our first trip to London and Harrods as an iconic UK department store was a must visit. It is massive - you could easily spend a full day here (or more!). We especially loved the food halls and I personally loved admiring all the dessert behind display glasses.
We promised our children ice cream so we stopped at the Ice Cream Parlour. Pricey but hands down, the best ice cream we've had! It was so good, our kids ended up licking their spoons!
We also purchased a handful of icon Harrod's souvenir items for ourselves and friends back home. Again, a little on the expensive side though we expected that.
We did have an unpleasant experience on the fifth floor though. My husband was simply browsing and told an associate such when approached. The associate directed my husband to another section that would be "more appropriate" for his browsing needs. That was rude and just snobby. Let's just say, we left that floor rather quickly.
5 star service, as usual, this tome from the Toy department. Just came back to London finding out my ex-husband hadn't bought the "Santa Presents" for our son (who had been with me on holiday), so I jumped out of car and ran into Harrods!
Walter in toys helped me personally get all the items and took them with me downstairs, putting me and all the gifts straight into a taxi!
Huge, beautiful building filled with luxury quality items. Lovely staff. Not just a place to shop but a place to view so many amazing sections. Not enough time to view it all.
Harrods is brilliant! With all the big brands in one place topped with exceptional Customer service.
Perfect spot for an indoor stroll around and see all kind of goods from all over the world. Very good food in the food areas. The wine and whiskey section is also always worth a visit.
Great food..service
And have more collection of the bags and clothes..
But the fish market have not good smell
Amazing brands. Lots of choice. Fantastic toy department.
Bit expensive, but still good to go and have some memories
I dont like Harrods.
Too busy. Over rated. Some great products but most of it you can get else where.
Doesn't feel as exclusive as the name suggests and I always come out feeling harassed by the sheer business of the place.
Won't be going back.
Nice day out to see exceptional items which may come at a premium price. It has many floors and restaurants. Highlight of London.
Very disappointed on this visit had no Christmas sparkle or atmosphere, didn't stay long
Amazing experience and travellers from other country's I would highly recommend visiting this shop it is truly a part of England.
Perfection
A wonderful Shop but it is just too Crowded. There is no room to move and even less room to do any shopping.
Best shop in the UK, had lunch & a couple hours browsing & buying, absolutely superb shop.
Lovely shopping centre with plenty of branded goods.
Lots of lovely products. Clean and safe environment
We visited the Rolex store in Harrods. Even though we didn't buy anything, Hamid was very polite, patient and welcoming and showed us several watches. We were impressed with his impeccable, warm service and his extensive knowledge of his products. We will definitely buy a watch from him in future if we happen to like one of them.
A very overpriced department store, a lot of the things you can find on the high street for half the price, although they do have some things that you wont find on your high street, but you would be paying well over the odds, still a pleasent experience.
The store was lovely but expensive. I went because it's a London institution but it wasn't my thing. I found the food to be expensive for what you get.
Fabulous absolutely fabulous never go to London without going first time I've been Christmas busy but marvellous
Lovely place. I came from the USA just to see it.It was very crowded and mo sense of order. I was waiting to order a Christmas dinner platter but shoppers just kept walking in front of my ordering and the staff waited on them so I left.
Amazing store, big variety. Friend and welcoming atmosphere.
Great place for shopping for people who want the very best in clothes and other department store type products and don't care what it costs.
Night scenes of the building is gorgeous! But inside the building, it is just a boring shopping mall~~
For content and the staff I would give 5 stars, however this Christmas the window displays were generic and not at all "amazing" this year - they're all about the commercialism. You can't get near the place for Mercedes Vito vans and G Wagons either so it's become a place I will avoid next time in London
This shooting mall is one of London's finest and most prestigious shopping mall.
Friendly staff, beautiful building, got what we went in for.
It's a crowded dept. store. If you're from NYC and dread Macy's this is triggering. The food section was the only cool part.
Love, love looking round Harrods so much to see. Everyone is so helpful, kind and always with a genuine smile.
Thank you
Beautiful, the decorations and items are luscious and reminds one of a Christmas Carol. Definitely a store you want to visit and treat yourself to tea either at the tearoom or on the ground floor.
Way too busy... not worth the crowds... unless you're a shopaholic.
During my visits to London, I ve shopped at Harrod s 3 to 4 times and it s each shop has been consistent in delivering an exceptional shopping experience. While a large shopping destination, they have been masterful in making the experience personal from the moment you are greeted with a warm, friendly and caring smile at the entrance through to the various shops. Love it!
Incredible! Everything I expected from Harrods and more, the staff are professional and helpful and helped make my visit an experience to remember.
Super upscale department store where you can find all the expensive things that you dont need. Good just to visit and take a look how people spend money. The store has great design though despit having low ceilings
Amazing time we had shopping in the sales and dining x
Excellent place, even if things here are out of your reach , well worth a visit
One of the most famous London's shopping mall. Expensive one.
On the ground floor (or -1 floor) you can find some delicious foods, including tea, coffee, pastries, meat, fish, cookies, sweets etc.
Definitely the best store in London. Selfridges is miles behind...
Horribly overpriced, ostentatious and flamboyant. It makes me a little bit sick to see the prices people would pay to be in designer clothes when there are so many in poverty. It's a beautiful old building, however, and it's worth a look just for that...probably.
Amazing shopping centre and of historical significance. Not only a London tradition but top products. A must visit in London without a doubt.
Finest shopping place on earth, youll ll find stuff from all over the world. Take your time you ll spend your money and lot of time there... enjoy it
Gorgeous. Love the decor, but the toy shop & book store was just fab.
You can literally get lost in Harrods. We love it.
So many things to see and so much on offer. Make sure you visit the food halls, amazing.
My children made a beeline for the toy department. Staff are very friendly and attentive, my toddler took particular interest in the ride on car, which staff were more than happy to demonstrate.
Every member of staff you come across greets you with a smile and a polite offer to help if needed.
Harrods is a must if you are visiting London
One of my best experiences as it was my first time in London. It was pretty crowded - but definitely worth the experience.
If you are bored for most of the day, great to spend it here.. Just browse the weird and wonderful things that's on sale. Live the food Hall and furniture section so I can dream about buying something from there one day!
The place seemed to have a difficult layout and not shopper friendly. Some staff can't even speak English!
Mostly Eastern European I think by the accents.
Staff couldn't explain how to find a department but took us there, while not good at speaking, were excellent in customer service. I wonder if brexit will change this?
An immersion in a tipically egyptian atmosphere, mixed in a luxury location and exhibition, of every things, that you desire.
Gorgeous and huge store.
Egyptians wallls stairs and colums.
Wonderful place. They have everything you can imagine. Although the prices might sometimes be a bit high, they make up for that with their service, arrangements and wide variety of products. There are not nearly enough retailers that have this quality standard. As said previusly, it is mainly interesting for the higher classes. Luxury products and fabulous foods
I love the food courts in Harrods, even if the rest is less affordable and therefore a bit less interesting. You can't help but appreciate the artistic cakes, perfect pastries, endless bakery products, deli items and other delicacies though. The gift shop on the second floor is also an interesting visit - and a good excuse to ride in the beautiful elevator
What more can be said about this treasure, just live visiting it even if I dont spend! Staff are so professional and smart
Great place to visit and shop the kids love it too. Everything in there is of expensive makes but the kids toys and food hall have affordable options. The tech section is mainly mobile phones and TVs and a decent camera selection.
Picked up some tea and enjoyed showing the kids around the food halls and toy department. Great fun.
What an iconic place. Absolute classic and a must see!
If you visit London, you have to visit Harrods! Amazing!
Would highly recommend if you've missed leg day at the gym.
The experience is amazing
There is a pizza restaurant in the store. the Italian experience is very nice there is a lot of nice Staff. Did we mention that they give you hand wipes at the end of your meal?
What's to say about glorious Harrods that has not already been said? Staff are very helpful and courteous, a whole plethora of luxury goods, extravagant surroundings, fine food....and all the rest! Of course, it can be ridiculously costly but as I am a longtime RBKC resident I visit each month with my family if not just for a day out!
The Harrods Food Hall is a must visit when you are in London, even if you aren t interested in the rest of the things that a huge department store offers. The food hall is multiple rooms filled with everything from pastries, fresh produce, meats, prepared sandwiches, cheeses, gourmet coffee, etc. Each section is artfully displayed with people working the counter who can answer any question under the sun. Prices are high, but also reasonable for the quality that you are getting. There really isn t a place to eat these amazing snacks you just picked up, so take a walk to a nearby park if the weather is good to enjoy whatever you discovered. Toilets are a bit hard to find, but are generally upstairs in the clothing areas. There are maps and helpful people around to ask. This last visit I also noticed there are reject packages with slightly damaged high end chocolate, macaroons, etc on top of the display counters in some sections. I tried quiet a few things almost 50% off just because it wasn t perfect!
As always harrods gets better with time. More departments bigger range food ice cream high tea. They got it all
