Very expensive products can be found here, including cosmetics. Clean luxury mall for one with high shopping budget. Staff can be friendly if you're looking for items there. Be ready to spend a bomb if you are shopping over there.

Incredible selection of high end retailers. Anywhere from dresses (casual, wedding etc.)men's wear to watches, jewelry, toys, and tea! Worth the visit as a tourist and although expensive, the gift shop has lots of options for souvenirs for loved ones. Would also highly recommend having tea or trying the champagne room for a quick drink (again, prepare your wallet!).

Very cool place. Highly recommend! Food is tasty and reasonably priced. Menu offers many interesting dishes with some unique details. Thai craft IPA was also really good. Better to book in advance.

Lovely place. Be aware that this is a shopping place, very expensive stuff. But overall very well arranged, staff always helpful and educated. Make sure you try their strawberry cheesecake. I had it and it was one of the best I have ever had. The coffee was good as well.

Harrods is just pure class, pull up in the car at Hans Cresent entrance. Instead of driver opening the door, the door staff will. You can have a chat with them and have a laugh. Every staff will direct you to the department you need. Spend every Friday here to grab some more stuff, absolutely amazing place. I can happily say Harrods is my second home

The place is simply endless... it would take days to explore all the different departments. It is quite attractive from a touristic point of view but probably not too practical when it comes to buy something specific unless you are familiar with the huge place. It certainly is something to visit if you go to London

Cell phone coverage is a real issue here, but that's normal all over London, I also can't advocate the WiFi... The air conditioning needs to be increased as it can be very hot inside which the staff agreed also, the signage directions are not thorough enough and it's easy to get lost inside or struggle to find the toilet.
But nevertheless it's a fantastic department store with a MASSIVE range of products from all of the greatest and most sophisticated brands in the world. Easy to spend an entire day in here as you can dine inside also!

Excellent exercise in guessing the price of goods. Cannot get my head around the prices, but I expect if you can afford it then you will buy it. One day maybe. Put aside a good couple of hours to visit all departments. PS. Food hall is the best part.

It's more a tourist attraction than anything I guess. There sure are a lot of things you can buy, but there are surely cheaper places than this, and with a much smaller crowd. If you have tons of time to kill and cash to splash, and it's raining outside, yea, maybe this could just be the place you need.

Meh. I thought it was going to be a bit more impressive. Smells strongly of cologne throughout with many people using daddy's oil money to buy tons of expensive stuff. Would not recommend if upper middle class or below. The neighborhood also gives off a weird vibe and the place feels so upper crust it begins to feel gaudy.

Just an insanely busy store. The market has tasty bits but feels impossible to get around to much. It s a must for the photo and experience but now that I ve done it, I ll skip it on future trips to London.

A visit to Harrods is mandatory when in London. It is considered a British institution. If your pocket is deep enough then Harrods can become your playground. From furniture to cameras, shoes to food, all high quality.

Store is absolutely amazing. My daughter loved the fact that staff interact with children in toy department - there was a man who was showing her magic, she loved it.
Bit disappointed that technology partment was closed due to being moved in the next few days.
Staff always very helpful.

The death of retail hasn't affected this place at all! Bustling building with lots of departments. High-end fashion, and goods. We toured the home furnishings, and food shop departments and were highly impressed! Definitely check this place out if you visit!

I have always loved coming to Harrods. It is a bit of a tourist trap but the service is always impeccable even if you are not dressed up and I love the restaurants. If you try and go at a slightly less busy time (evening or early in morning) you find it less of a hassle getting around.

Relatively expensive, but worth it for special occasions. When I went, they were redoing the beauty hall but they still had a few interesting make-up brands that are not that easily found in the UK (Anastasia, Hourglass). A short distance away, the food hall is great. In the chocolate space, I bought some Neuhaus truffles, but they also have Godiva and other smaller/more artisanal brands. The bakery is incredible, with a variety of beads and some really nice desserts for all tastes and pockets, starting around 6 pounds. It looked like the desserts could be taken away or enjoyed at the counter. I ended up buying half a (huge) loaf of sourdough bread and a whole cake (Tarte tatin). Both were really delicious and no more expensive than what you would pay in your usual hipster organic street market. Recommended.

Hi, hello, please visit this place so you have the experience. It s unlike anywhere else. The details put into the building are incredible. Every area I walked through was more jaw dropping then the next. I love their signature blend coffee. Food court is amazing, with everything you could ever dream of! I WISH they sold simple signature T-shirts and Crewnecks, I m thinking the traditional Harrods script in gold on a green, like one of the shopper totes they offer. Unless those exist and I missed them? I just think they would $ell.

Very large store to suit all. Great collection of designer labels. Lots of staff, very kind, helpful and attentive. Different from any other department store there is. Cannot be beat. Amazing toy department for the little ones. Highly recommend a visit here

I went today with my kids and on bank holiday monday, we got there about 1pm was not too busy. I have been a few times over the years and taken my 6 and 11 year old to the grotto and was packed out . We only ever buy maybe a chocolate souvenir or something in a harrods bag, Although as we live on the outskirts of london in a deprived area and can't really afford much its a nice place to go and dream. The one thing I will say about harrods is its the Staff from security to all staff in general amazing., We always ask anyone where this is that is , and they are so helpful and always genuinely wanting to help. My kids played on the arcade machine for free over an hour , we sat and watched tv they didn't say anything , my wife bought a lipstick after spending 2 hours looking for a color but i didn't mind as we just checked out all the decor and hidden place just to be found in this massive place . Its like walking in to a billionaire's house . Just amazing but it's the staff that make harrods thats what makes it "There is only one Harrods" wish I worked there even for a day for free......

Great experience just to look around the food halls etc, but the women's clothing section was so old fashioned, nothing for a young person and very very overpriced for the poor quality materials of some clothing.
The toilets were amazing, like stepping back in time to a luxurious mansion.. and FREE too.... well done Harrods

It is amazing. Us plebs only go in to see what we can't afford and have a dream that maybe, one day!!!! You expect it to be expensive but the basic key ring and fridge magnets have gone up nearly 100% since last year. These are the type of items that visitors buy just so they\we can say "been there". Didn't even get any "whoops" biscuits as they didn't have any, disappointed!

Everyone knows what Harrods is. Our experience is that the greater percentage of people can't afford to buy anything more than a Harrods pen. To me, it gives a false sense of monetary value and commercial reality. Oh yes and it's too damn hot in there.

Unfortunately a lot of the staff are on a different planet displaying egotistical attitudes.
The concept of friendliness and cooperative customer service seems not to be a core value here.
