Happy staff, and enough of them! There is always someone there to guide you to where you re looking for or to help you find what you re after. Even in all the separate boutiques you are treated with respect and the staff do their everything to make sure you leave with what you want. Pro tip best time is weekdays and avoid December like the plague!

It s Harrods, what can I say.....as fabulous as ever. You need deep pockets and lots of loot .. the thousand pound/$ gym shoes tell the story. Need I say more ?
And shopping in the rest of London is fun, great mix of quirky shops, especially Carnaby Street...

Absolutely incredible. If I was wealthy I'd be able to shop and eat on the upper floors--as it stands, I'll stick to the gift shop and the take-out market :) First we wandered a bit in the gift shop, which has a great assortment of Harrods merch. Then we got food in the market hall--lovely options here, they will cook/warm up your items, although you do have to go outside to eat and hopefully find room on some of the benches at the back exit (or eat standing up)--prices were very reasonable considering the quality, but I wouldn't say it was 'cheap'. Then we explored some of the upper floors, enjoying the fantastic escalators and exquisite clothes and decor. Something we learned was that there are small cafes on each of the upper floors, with different menus and themes. A classic London must-see, if only to look--be warned though it is quite crowded on the lower floors.

Loved the new renovations especially the men section, the only thing that i dislike is moving some restaurants to the middle of brands shops area instead of dining hall for more organise.

We love a visit to Harrods to get a glimpse of the rich and famous. We settle for a Christmas week visit and get the benefit of the Christmas lights. Make sure you do NOT miss the food court on the lower levels. Yum!

Great place to go to for Christmas shopping or Black Friday. I go up there often to do photography up there as I study it. Amazing photo opportunities you can do there. I often get a sandwich or baguette and they are delicious! The food hall is my favourite place to go because I love food. Here are some photos of the food here that I took.

This is a great place to visit , but I would consider it more like a museum visit where you can buy the excibit items and less of a shopping center. The prices are way too high on everything so unless you're a millionaire you should buy some place else. They do have a lot of interesting and top tier items there so I enjoy my visits there every time.

5*. Staff at every door coming in and out. Beautiful and elegant items inside this store. You don't have to be wealthy to enjoy the experience. Which one is as you walk around. Food court is great. With huge options available for vegans and meat eaters. They sell high end items. Nowhere beats Harrods. In my eyes from 23 years living in the capital. This place has ALWAYS stayed number one.

Touristy, busy, gaudy, and overpriced. Was acceptable because of the old style english charm and etiquette. But even this seems to have disappeared and replaced with an unapologetic sales heavy money making machine.

Huge, massive, colossal and gargantuan still cannot bring justice to this place. This place has almost everything you need under the sun be it fashion, gaming or even food for that matter. I visited this in 2012 when I was around 12 years old and lost my parents admist the crowd. It took me over an hour to find them. Each time you step into a hall you can see 4 more entrances to equally large rooms which in turn seemed to keep replicating.

Harrods is exceptionally spectacular. Enjoyed my experience at Harrods London UK. Loved each shop and high end designer store. I traveled from Frisco, Texas, US everyone was pleasantly nice and lovely. Harrods carries exclusive items only exclusive to Harrods London UK. I was so excited to experience all the various shops at Harrods. From the prestigious and elegant products to the excellent customer care. I look forward to returning. Thank you Harrods London UK.

A place where you can buy few things, but looks amazing.
it s very crowded, everybody in a rush as they close at 6pm.
For me will be the memory of the place where my coat was broken due to the nails coming out of the doors randomly.
I will not visit it pretty soon.

Endless amount of options. I think the bathrooms are particularly hard to find, and the store can be really overwhelming because there's just so MUCH. Great place to peruse if you're not a local, definitely a feast for the eyes. Make sure to get food there, but note there's no place to sit down and eat it. Excellent for gifts, and excellent for pretty much any designer retail you could ever want!

Amazing place for shopping experiences and more. Always feel well looked after and the surroundings are just priceless. Couldn't ask for more from a place like Harrods. Plenty of shops to choose from, lots of nice people looking after you, always smells like a new perfume, just delightful.
I feel like a child in a toy store everytime I walk into Harrods. The high end brands and the distinct separation of shopping experiences and products delights me.
Love it.

Great shopping. Lots of luxury brands. Very expensive. The food hall was our favorite. So many options to choose from, but they were also very expensive. They really need a place to sit and eat the food. Some of the staff has a stuck up attitude, but others were nice. It's really hit and miss with the staff. The bathrooms weren't easy to find, and the people working there have terrible directions. Fun for tourists if you are ok with expensive, or just to browse.

Such a crazy store! It really isn't affordable for the normal human being, but it was cool to see and experience by walking around. Was most impress by the food areas. I mean where have you ever seen a grocery store in a department store! Well worth walking around and checking out if you are in the area.

The high end brands were on point in latest line. It was euphoric in these stores all so clean and shiny...immaculately order.
Staff of each brand so eager to assist and did it with a smile...nothing was a problem...as they said"no worries" ....simple and easy.
Had us a bite of deli ham wrap....oh my word....delish and so fresh greens in it. I needed a 2nd one.
Harrods always have what seems like a million people but not in any claustrophobic way...just spread nicely throughout the floors.

Thank you Harrods you made this island girl pretty happy..

The Harrods is simply the coolest, coziest, the highest quality shopping location on planet Earth and whomever says otherwise either lies or has never been here. It is beyond our ability to describe the marvels found within its huge premises. With so much to see that one day wouldn't be enough to complete a detailed tour, we can only choose one, maybe off the choir, feature: the Tea Room at the upper floor. It is so elegant, so otherworldly perfect, that my girlfriend and I would crave going back to the Harrods just for their afternoon tea. Forget New York, Dubai or Paris, nothing worldwide compares to the Harrods!

If you want to get lost very easily, this is a place to go. Things are very pricey and so many people pushing it's difficult to look. This was just pre new year but as we couldn't stop and look, we didn't spend anything.

Absolutely loved the experience of this shop. I have always wanted to visit here and I got the opportunity to do so. Spent a fortune but was worth every penny of it. I hope to go back again soon.

customer service was awful. The staff were too busy chatting and when i asked for directions. I have to say the steak was delicious and staff were very helpful and nice. Overall an alright experience and nice for camping and karate equipment.

Harrods in 2018 is a bit different to Harrods during the '90s and '00s. Although it is still THE luxury retailer, you can easily find reasonably priced items if you look closely and compare; this is especially the case if you are after home and kitchen accessories. You won't find better customer service and in-store help anywhere else in the UK, and this is what brings back a lot of their customers. Product quality really shines throughout their stock, and with increasingly similar prices, you really begin to question the existence of retailers like Selfridges.

It s a posh place to shop, and many things to peruse and sections to explore. The coffee bar in the middle is a nice place to sample and stop however the prices are extremely expensive. 16 GBP Lobster roll: not bad but very tiny pieces of meat. 10 GBP for a pour over coffee; just for the experience and most definitely not for the daily coffee consumption.

A truly unique store and it's beautiful on the inside and outside.
The choice of high quality merchandise is wonderful to look at whether you can afford it or not.
The food hall is just a treat for any foodie.
It's just a shame that it appears to have got smaller since the new owners took over.
Still my favourite store in the world.

A must to visit. It isn't as expensive as people make out. Yes they do have their overpriced items but they do also have reasonably priced items as well, so they cater for all. Make sure you have a whole day as its a huge shop with lots of floors to see.
