Hard to navigate around here. Looks nice on the outside. Plenty of shops and always packed with people.

The display, the quality, the atmosphere. Everything is top notch. +++ The service. Thanks to the Dane, Caroline, who gave us a very interesting description of the preparation involved. Unique experience.

Its lost its sole just another shop not an omg experience such a shame and the new criteria at Christmas to see father Christmas is just wrong

Be prepared. Most of the stuff here is outrageously expensive. So do not break anything.

Awesome look, Interier, Exterior - A lot of variety of Food and Bakery at ground level, But Latest fashion clothes are expensive. Over all good experience.

Usually love visiting Harrods. Unfortunately,there was an extremely rude assistant at the bakery section. Tried to grab the tongs from me. Not impressed. Don't think I'll recommend store to my guests anymore. They travelled from US and China.

Went to Maria Tash and had great service. I love her jewellery.

As always I loved this visit to Harrods. We went just for the cakes hall and I picked up this beautiful pistachio and cherry dessert and Cupcake. The service was fantastic and the food even better!

Good to have look around but Christmas dept a let down.

The cars around there are amazing and inside the shop is exquisite.

If you are visiting London, Harrods is a must see- especially the selection of foods on the first floor.

Probably the most well-known shop in London and the United Kingdom as far as tourists are concerned. Every time I visit, there are far more tourists than locals, who want to spend stupid amounts of money for a bar of chocolate with a Harrods label.

Don't get me wrong, there's lots of expensive, high quality items such as furnishing and everyday household items for sale. These are more for locals than tourists. Fine to shop here if you've got more money than sense.

The one thing I really like in Harrods is the food court. The food there is to die for!

At the fish bar, very nice refurb. Excellent fish and chips. Polite service.

Who cannot be impressed by the magnificence of the interior of the building and the individual selection of goods in the halls and sections within. Currently interior and exterior work being undertaken but with minimum disturbance to customers and visitors.

I would love to take my two sons to Harrods of London.
They have the most elaborate toy store and candy store with valet parking.
Harrods Of London is a shopping emporium with quality kids clothing and toys.
My two sons and I are making plans to visit the most beautiful kid s department store in the world this year.

As busy as expected at Christmas time, but turn down the heating please!

The staff were really into their jobs and loved entertaining the kids with the latest cool toys.

Tons of selection food court is busy and a but pricey but well worth visiting

Loved this place, it's huge. Come prepared to spend a few hours here if you want to see everything. There are places to eat here so you can take a food break as needed.

Super luxury place. Very expensive, but definitely something worth visiting.

What can you say its harrods. Everything you want and more. I actually brought a leather bag which was reduced and a great price. Only downside was the amount of people in there, it sure was busy!

Harrods is an amazing experience. They have created such a magical environment it makes you want to buy everything.

What a beautiful shopping mall! You can buy and enjoy everything here - fashion, beauty, technology, furniture, spa, dining, and more. They bring luxury to another level. It's a must-see if you are visiting London for the first time.

I went there and I was fantastic. I really loved it there. Going back there again next year in the Spring time with a friend.

Fun place just to check out. If you got money then shop here any other person should not be bothered.

Harrods has a wonderful dining area. Busy with lots of people in some areas. Staff is helpful and checkout is fast. We love their selection of small cakes.

Oh my! Visited Harrod"s for the first time 2 days before Christmas. What an experience!!

All the staff we encountered were a cut above ; very patient, calm and helpful.

And the food court?? Go for a look and take a sensible bag with you. Along with your credit card and an empty stomach

Absurd, overpriced, pointless. Couldn't wait to leave, only went because the kids dragged me in.

Bit of history this shop bigger than you might think food is very good some parts of the store are a bit up market for peasants like myself nice to see how some people live

Beautiful products, but the staff were not so friendly.

Adequate for those living in Knightsbridge who just need to nip out for a quick bottle of Montrachet, or for household essentials such as caviar or blue diamonds.

My staff inform me that their staff are of good calibre.

No faults here, therefore I award a score of 9/10.

Huge, great place to shop at, good service and a beautiful building!! An icon that still delivers, especially if one should have loads of money and possibility to not travel light... Bought two books and the cashier was really nice!

The bakery is THE best. But not worth the long queues and way too crowded. Only good if you want to see and be seen.

This trip to Harrods made me feel a little sad. It was not the magical place that I had been to previously. I understand that over time new brands will be brought in and others will move on, but it seemed as though the fun had gone from the place.
Will try again another time and hope I was just having an off day.

We all know this is one of the finest quality dep stores in London, and does not disappoint ( just buy a keyring if on a budget ! ) or just get a load of pictures, looks lovely lit up at night

It's nice, and u feel safe, I went to rolex to buy a watch and I can tell u that it is luxurious.

Mesmerizing collection ... All big brands under one roof. One of the best place to get latest trend and exclusive collection together. They have great collection at all unique stores. Great win collection at store. MAC store had all latest lipcolor shade. Mall. Itself is old .. doesn't give open feeling. That's the only drawback I can say.

Has lost its glamour. No different from ordinary shopping malls. True, all the exorbitant brand names can be found here but not the Harrods experience I expected. The food hall has some good but expensive food but nowhere to sit and eat.

Every time I visit I find exactly what I'm looking for with the help of the extraordinary staff with product knowledge which rivals any I've been party to,
This particular visit was to purchase a watch and to register interest in one too,
Ended up spending 3 hours here without realising as it's just so awe inspiring walking through the halls.
If you have not experienced Harrods it's certainly a must!

Try the fresh coffee Ethiopian and El Salvador beans. The pastries also amazing.

The only downsides to going to Harrods is the prices and how busy it is! The place is amazing though. So much stuff that you would want! Amazing selections and you could easily spend the day in there. Well worth the trip.

First visit, sadly a little disappointing, nice to look around, expensive, absolutely loved the architecture of the building,

Negative part is. It can get packed up by tourists who are not actually shopping just observing. But all in all its a good place to shop & very luxurious will come again

Cleand and nice environment. The staff was friendly and helpful.
You need a dress code for entering, or at minimum of casual (not trainers and shorts). - On their website you can find more details about this and about opening hours.
There are several levels on Harrods and you can find easily a map fornyour guidance. they have elevator.
The entrance is free.

Too many people. Took a few minutes to exit store due to so many people coming in and out of the entrance/exits to Harrods.
