Everything can be bought here. Too many tourists though... The staff is nice in some parts, but certainly not everywhere.

Online service is amazing!! I saw a lady with a shopper bag with Harrods wrote on it googled it to make sure it was present live line. Went to the site and ordered it Wednesday morning. I paid for 3-5day delivery as not in a hurry got a text Thursday morning telling me it would be with me between 12 and 1. Re arranged the delivery for next working day arrived Friday 11:45 amazing fast online service, well packaged and perfect! Thank you! My mum will love her birthday present!
When in London, Harrods must be visited. There is nothing quite like it in the workd. The food court is simply gorgeous, teaming with beautifully prepared foods. That alone is worth the visit - but if course there are all kinds of great boutiques and unique items. Don't miss it!
Glittering and an epitome of luxury shopping Harrods offers almost all important brands selling clothing, jewelry, clothing and accessories. Don't go there with a budget in mind. Splurge a lot. Taxis are easy to find.
I love to buy shoes here, especially at the Size?...The staffs here guide me in the different way from other shops. I am very happy here. Additionally, I would like to show you the collection of bags at Harrods. Things that tourists always buy back home as souvenirs.
Magical as usual!
Would prefer to see the gift shop on the ground floor again, just makes it a bit more accessible
Capital little shop! but the lifts are cranky and by golly the place is infested with tourists, making even a mundane task such as picking up my new Bucherer a real pain, old bean.
Must see for tourists. Didn't realised they'd moved dianas memorial to Kensington palace a year ago! Great interiors especially Egyptian escalators and lovely food hall... Friendly staff.
Harrods is a rabbit hole to a real life sometime scary sometime wonderful adventure. 1 minute after going in you magically forget where the exit is and it pulls you deeper and deeper. Then you come across exotic creatures like crazy rich arabs, mysterious widows, french cheese experts who are actually half human half cheese... Also I am pretty sure it has the moving stairs from Hogwarts too. Once you are out you don't remember much and you wonder why it is dark already. Magical place.
Legendary store. If you're rich, definitively go shopping here. It's just HUGE and full of absolutely everything from every corner of the planet. If you're not, still a nice place to visit and look at the architecture inside and grab that feeling of an old fashioned fair type store they maintain.
Disappointed how this looked during Xmas. No Xmas spirit to be found, low ceilings dark.
The employees should be more professional and well trained.. the good thing about this place is the egyptian heritage..
Haven't been to Harrods for a while and sadly my experiences with a few of the departments has fallen since my previous visits. It seems many of the younger staff now employed lack the attention to detail that all departments once had. As an example, i bought several items from Ted Baker and Boss, but found that visiting their own shops nearby provided a better experience. When visiting Harrods, I expect a premier standard of service and unfortunately I didn't receive it. Even a trip to my local John Lewis gives me a more personalised experience, where I feel that staff are more attentive.
This of course may not be the case across the entire store and indeed there was in improvement in Adidas and Nike, but sadly not in most of the clothing departments we visited, nor the TV and entertainment sections either. Went across the road and purchased from there instead.
What a disappointing visit.
Not much to say really. Harrods is Harrods.
Helpful staff, relaxing atmosphere and a great gentleman's lounge.
Always a pleasure to visit, browse and shop.
Absolutely amazing store.Definitely worth a visit.
Nice store, but it was nerve wracking, hardly any signs, how can people know where to go in case of any emergency?
World famous department store. Elegance. The Egyptian Room. A must when in London
No words to describe the extraordinary place that is harrods, from designer shoes to remote control drones of you've got a big enough wallet you can buy anything. Such an brilliant experience to walk around and you could spend all day in the superb building.
Loved it. Loved it. Loved it. A unique shopping experience. They claim that they can get you anything you wish from around the world on order. I did see a bunch of stuff that I have never seen elsewhere. The prices are, of course, on the higher side as expected.
The food hall is one of the greatest place in London. The food is very delicious, though it's quite expensive.
The top and luxery shopping centre with expensive price of antique and luxury items. Food, drinks, clothing and accessories and jewelry gold, silver and luxury watches and clocks you can find in different sections in the hall.
Not affordable for poor and middle class family to buy any items. Poor and middle class family just looking for prices and can't buy anything.
Biggest shop I have ever been in but an amazing experience
Not what I was expecting. Very difficult to find your way around. The marketplace was impressive. I prefer the other large store on Oxford Street
The building has six floors:food, clothing, beauty, technology and more. If you like the latest fashion and technology, you won't find a better place like this
Fantastic shopping experience in London a must when you visit !
Amazing as usual, really love the new Harrods Tea Room at the old La Duree location.
I Love to shop in Harrods when I'm in London. They always have the most stylish Fashions. Purchased a NASA T-Shirt & some stylish sunglasses which are
de rigueur in knightsbridge at the Moment. I'll be back for the FF (Fendi) & the PP (Philipp Plein) on my next trip.
One of the best afternoon teas I have had! They catered for our halal needs everything was just scrumptious and fresh. You could taste the quality in every sandwich and sweet treats. Would definitely recommend so that special day
Beautiful, however a little expensive store.
Beautifully designed.
You can't go for more than a minute without a polite employee greeting you... :)
A statement building in the heart of London, this place oozes class and potentious quality in all departments. If you want a bargain buy, don't visit here BUT if you want to treat yourself to the finest and shiniest then head to Harrods for your dream purchase. This place is easy to walk around and take in all that is on show, a personal tip: use the restrooms, they'll be the cleanest you've ever had the pleasure to use.
I went to Harrods for the Guerlain counter and the service there was excellent. They really went the extra mile for me. I only Mark it down because there was building work going on and I got lost twice.
Quite unique and a wonderful experience! Highly recommend to anyone visiting London.
Most expensive mall in London. A one place stop for all the branded clothing buyers. A place to have a experience of the type of brands available. Definitely a must visit place in London even if you are not a branded or luxury clothing buyer.
Superb art nouveau meat and vegetable dept with Edwardian glazed tiles. Many depts feature different architectural features some deco and others more contemporary. Many concessions within the store which is a labyrinth of corridors and floors sometimes difficult to navigate. Every conceivable item you would want to buy is on display usually of superior quality. Fashion, Jewellery, and cosmetics are in abundance. There is the Green man pub downstairs. i didn t like the vulgar Egyptian escalator and its associated cartouche installed by its previous owner but it may appeal to others as it is very ornate
Anyone still doesn t know Harrods? Apart from the Arabic essence (and clientele) that can put certain people off, this has to be the most complete department store experience anywhere.
Moreover, the food quality on offer in its numerous restaurants is matchless, it s food store a sightseeing visit in itself.
It s expensive, some say it s embarrassing as a presence, but it s unique. A gazillion billion Asian tourists visiting can t be wrong!
Just a visit cannot afford to shop there, looking at the prices your paying for the name, even Harrods bags are expensive, just to put your purchases in,
Very large store to suit all. Great collection of designer labels. Lots of staff, very kind, helpful and attentive. Different from any other department store there is. Cannot be beat. Amazing toy department for the little ones. Highly recommend a visit here
It is a great place to be with your family and spend some money! I love where there is varieties of brands and you can't choose which one to go to first! I always have such a lovely experience when I go to Harrods. It truly is a lovely place to be!
Well you have to be fancy rich to be able to afford something. But a walk through the 'shop' is a gift by itself.
What can be said lol its magical. Just be sure to get a Harrods loyalty card as it has some amazing benefits
Love being here. Quality products with excellent staffs.
One of the best things London and it's a must visit should be for everyone.
Unique, wonderful iconic department store. With many restaurants, you will not go hungry. We had lunch in the Mediterranean restaurant and it was the best meal of this type that we have ever had. The chicken shawarma and lamb shawarma as the best I have ever had. Everything was very nice including the service. We walked several floors before we went to the food court. The baked goods are outstanding and mesmerizing. I recommend you eat before going there! You would need days to do this store justice, so organize your trip ahead of time or prepare to be overwhelmed. A must visit in London.
The food hall was fun but overall a place that will make you feel kind of sick if you are sensitive to grotesque displays of wealth. I did meet a fellow Pittsburgher in the elevator that yelled Go Stiller's to me when he exited the car. A+ for that.
Friendly staff just wish the layout of harrods was more simpler and bathrooms well sign posted
Not as great as its reputation. The souvenir section is nice.
This is like M&S or Debenhams but for the rich kids. Like us Arabs. But no, if you have money. Go there and look around. Trust me. You will find something you like there. Fact!
Good for a look and that s about it. The selection of stuff they have is quite frankly ridiculous and most of it is hideous.
Beautiful. Elegant.. Useful staff, even if you're browsing they don't mind too much. Just don't be a nuance and watch where you walk... most things are so expensive it hurts but that's what they're there for, they have a huge range of brands and items. It's a pleasure to browse through seeing how the rich spend all of their money.
Nothing special! Maybe it worths only in the dark with the lights!
Far too many rude shoppers to make this worth a visit. The Harrods merchandise is overpriced. The food hall is interesting though and the staff are very good and friendly. Better off to avoid the crowds and buy from the merchandise store at the airport
I love Harrods! My favourite department store! So chic and luxurious.
Luxury food purveyor and merchandises. High end. Beautiful store.
Harrods is an institution and a must visit sight while in London. Over the past five or six years they have stopped selling as much Harrods own goods and become more of an collection of shops selling high-end designer brands.
The food hall is still exceptional though there are more eating counters than there used to be. You can find a very large variety of different types of meat, vegetables, fish, fruit or confectionary.
Harrods now have a lot of designers selling in store with the prices reflecting it. However the Harrods sale does contain real reductions and not specially bought in goods. A discount of 25% on prices during the sale is not un usual.
If you buy nothing else it is worth looking at the bears in the Harrods collections shop or even buying something small in the food hall to be able to buy one of the iconic green and gold bags.
Harrods have now opened shops at most of the London airports but nothing come close to the original store.
Harrods in my believe is not a place for shopping it is a place where you can go several times for different experiences
Good restaurants & coffee shops wonderful food hall
The sales men\women are well trained give you very good information about the products
If you buy cosmetics\perfumes you can get good samples
There are pet care several spas & healthy food Bar
What can you say about the world's largest department store? Harrods is as upscale as a department store gets. Any name band you can think of is on display and the food court is an architectural and epicuian wonder. 3Dr
Passed very slowly by on the bus. Perhaps if they relocated out of down it would be easier for traffic in this area :-)
Very quiet these days and only open Monday through Saturday 11am -7pm & Sunday 11.30am- 6pm .
But, still an amazing place
Great for shopping, dining and i love the fact it is baby friendly.
Removals 24-7 UK has delivery day from and into Harrods Stores
A really interesting visit. Especially the fifth floor technology space the wall is something to behold: a 146 inch Samsung screen.
Too crowded to actually do any shopping. Maybe weekend before Christmas is not the best time to visit.
Harrods is Harrods, what more can be said apart from magnificent.
Classy! Even if you don t buy anything it s worth a visit. Prices of course are on very high side but you pay for unique stuff.
Great Food Hall! All the big designer names stocked. Friendly, helpful staff. You can now even get fish and chips. Well worth a visit just to see the famous food hall.
Just visit!!! Harrods is an extremely attractive shop with each department, but incredibly expensive...
Historic department store for all your luxury need! Need a Rolex Watch, Gucci belt, Tom Ford Shades, or anything that will cost you a small fortune.
Lovely place for browsing or buying. A must see if in London and the area has lots of other places nearby to enjoy as well :)
Nice museum , just kidding, very nice place, love going with kids there
This is a department store you can find $1 fresh food and $1million diamond ring and everything in between. A great place where all international luxury brands and luxury goods are here. The Harrods cafe is really good too with delicious food and personal service. The food hall has everything a family needs too. This is one place you must visit in London, it is an icon!
Stunning but only for people with more money than sense.
Absolutely love this place. It's like a shopper's dream. The tea break is definitely a recommendation too
Yup. It had everything. Like Debenhams on steroids.
If you're wondering the price, you can't afford it.
Well worth the visit to experience. Easy to navigate.
My children were so excited to go and see the pet section. We spent ages walking around looking we ended up asking a member of staff to be informed that Harrods no longer has a pet section. It would be helpful if it was taken off the list at the escalator. We ended up with two tired and disappointed children.
beautiful. splendid art deco . obviously for the rich but worth visiting. also - fantastic food hall. magnificent food to go. I personally liked the gift shop, too.
A must visit place when you are in London! Classy, elegant and pricey!
This is a must visit if you are ever in London. It s a shopping paradise with all the big name brands and amazing variety of choices. It is also really huge with different sections for the whole family. They also had a whole furniture section which I wasn t expecting. I really liked that they had an electronics section too. The place was very neat and well kept and they displays were really nice too. It is worth noting that this place is really busy and crowded and you should look out for your kids because they might get lost if you aren t paying attention. Anyways this place is worth checking out and may take quite some time because of how big it is.
