Ordered a bed one month ago. The salesman said it would be delivered in 3 weeks and I had not heard anything so I went in and asked why then the salesman said 3 to 4 weeks. So 4 weeks pass still no bed, I ask again this time he replies '3-4 weeks that is the time it takes to get into the warehouse'. So he had omitted information at the time of the sale, changes the timeframe when confronted over failing to deliver in the promised timeframe. I do not recommend to buy from them online or in store.

Tourist hotspot which has lost its once fantastic character. If you are looking to buy luxury goods or clothes then i'd suggest going to Bond Street as you're likely to find much better service and less crowds. Staff will go out their way to ignore you if they see an Asian person nearby.

But listen this is Harrods. The bakery is outstanding, had the best cake in my life.
The staff are THE MOST POLITE human beings in London and it is huge. It is a day out by itself. If you are window shopper or on tight budget, or if you have couple of grand to spend, harrods is for everyone. You can just go, have a look and dream, just like I did.
It is a "must visit" if you are in London and you haven't been before. I personally find it more organised than Selfridges but that is just my opinion. Thank you to the Harrods staff for the great day. I am so glad they managed to come out of lockdown and still be operating nearly everything as usual. BRAVO.

Lovely place to visit, you can spend hours here, a little more expensive than places I shop at home but excellent quality products worth every penny. great to see so many staff around but I suppose as a major tourist attractions you need it.

This is mainly a giant shopping mall laid out over 5 or so floors. Each floor has its own theme from Menswear to Furniture to Christmas. Many floors also having eating venues, but their VERY expensive compared to most mall restaurants. If you go, just realize that you probably can't afford most things here, It is worth a picture or drive by, especially at night, but I wouldn't build an entire day around this location. This is mainly a giant shopping mall laid out over 5 or so floors. Harrods is a place which makes me feel magical, every detail it s amazing! I always eat the red velvet cupcake here!! The cake is so spongy and the topping is so creamy! You have to try this one for sure! And the flower boutique will make you wonder how beautiful nature is, all the colours and special combinations. I stood there and watched it for many beautiful moments. Stop by and smell the flowers

I LOVE HARRODS! It would be so much more fun to shop here if I was rich though. However, it is so fun to walk around and enjoy all the displays. The cupcake from downstairs is so divine and a great little treat after walking around for a few hours ;)

Stylish, quality shopping but with a price tag to match. The cafe was busy but tables available without waiting. Service was polite and attentive. Offering a glass of water is a nice touch. The English Breakfast tea was excellent and it was great to see leaves not teabags used. The 'braffle' a cross between a waffle and brioche was delicious as again the use of real cream made it a proper treat and something I would expect from Harrods.

An honour to be visiting and shopping here everyday. I love this amazing, abundant place, my local palace and place of love and vibrancy, full of great quality luxury items, food and place to be for inspirations and joy. Thank you for Harrods and the staffs that are always at their best.

If you want to see how the 1% live then have a wonder around. People watching outside the shop is much more fun. All the fancy cars and cafes. Go in and grab some food tho if you go. Some unique and decadent finds for sure. Tourist shop is on the upper level for stuff most of us can afford. Some of the art for sale was the best part to look at.

A gorgeous building, inside and out. The Harrods souvenir area was a bit disappointing as it was made smaller than usual and very cramped. I'm sure I bumped a couple of people as well as items as I walked around. Fortunately, they had reduced items which were somewhat affordable for us, so we managed to buy a couple of handbags and biscuit tins.

Not bad! I bought a few things here, some things are better just to look at than buy though, it can be expensive. There was a demonstration on the day I went, the security was quick to pounce on the troublemakers. Level 2 is best for souvenirs. Don't take a back-pack in or you'll pay extra. Glad someone told me this before I went.

Only had time to see a small part but it was so lovely. The decor and architectural features are amazing. I went into the gift shop and the gentleman that served me was really friendly, as was the lady at the penhaligons counter. Well worth a visit when in London.

I always go there in November every year in the run up to Christmas and recently, they made a few changes and that is by moving the technology section to from the 3rd floor to the 5th floor and it's got a lot bigger. It's a fascinating Department store to visit but everything in there is not cheap but worth visiting. I remember going to this store a lot since my childhood and it still has some great memories about it.

Harrods, world famous and renowned. We checked it out to see whether it really is worth the hype. And we were not too unimpressed with it. Loads of pedestrian traffic; ie loads of people!! Loads of stuff and they aint too cheap either. But browsing and shopping through all the floors is really tiring. Thank god there s cafes inside to sit and eat/drink.

The worst online shopping experience ever. I have ordered two pairs of expensive trainers - the first time they sent the complete wrong trainers.. the second time they sent a box which included one size 8 trainer and one size 9 trainer when i ordered a size 10! How can they send two different size shoes in one box that are both the wrong size... Then they tell me it will be picked up for a return and the carrier doesn't turn up after we waited in all afternoon. Shocking service and i will never use them again

Very busy but definitely worth the wait! Lovely food! Lovely atmosphere! And very lovely customer service. A lot has changed since i was last there but its much easier to find your way around with help waiting at every floor by the side entrances

I love popping into Harrods every now and again to get a sense of the trends and pick up the odd item here and there but they were closed when we got there around 7:30-8:00 pm, as where most of the other shops; probably due to COVID

I tried to visit Harrods summer 1991, but because my boyfriend had a sleeveless top (it was a hot day) we were denied access. Health and safety, we were told. Now, i live in London and would be interested to know if Harrods has cleared the situation and if it is safe for us to visit. I certainly don't want to pick up any nasty rashes from there.

This department store is very good. I love the way the building is lit at night. The beauty of shopping there is that there are a lot of luxury brands and there are lots of exclusive items on offer. Really nice to visit wine in London just to go look around. Amazing Toy Kingdom for the kids, and the newly opened Shoe Heaven is absolute Heaven!

Fantastic place. Everything you would of expected from what you've heard about Harold's. Exceptional range of products, immaculate in layout and the staff where exceptional in product knowledge and service. Although, your average Joe like you and me would need a second mortgage in order to shop there, there still is products there that makes everyone possible to purchase something to remember the experience by. Its somewhere everyone needs to experience at least once when in London.

Can't go wrong with Harrods! A must visit of you're visiting London. You could easily lose track of time and spend all day in there. Despite some of the high price tags, there will be something for everyone. Food halls are good, potential gifts at all price ranges are everywhere (especially for Christmas) and the staff are friendly and polite. Not to mention the Harrods exclusives! No better department store in London!

Great place to go browsing and if you're lucky find that elusive gift you've been looking everywhere for (see picture and yes that is the price of the chocolates!). You can also find lots of everyday items here as well if a bit on the pricey side. I'd recommend just going to have a wander round though if you've never been.

What can l say.. This is Harrods! It's iconic, and extraordinary place to visit. You can't miss the building especially at night.

The store is an endless conveyor belt of experiences, seducing and enticing departments. Each section is unique, it's worth a visit even if you don't buy anything.

I have been bringing friends and visitors here for years.

Harrods never disappoints! As a Londoner I have been visiting this store for 40 years, and it is still as amazing as it was on my first visit at age 13!
Sunday we visited the Tiffany cafe for the second time and again a fantastic experience with brilliant service and food. Even in these difficult times Harrods has maintained it's high standards. Well done to you all! Keep it up!

Harrods was always a part of my trips to London. It has changed tremendously under the new leadership but remains a must-see for fashion and lifestyle shoppers. I miss 'classic' Harrods with the Egyptian escalators and pizzeria in the ground floor. The new layout feels a bit cold, but nevertheless it has great dinning and retail. I'm partial to their Christmas menu, which is our family tradition.

Harrods, a department store not for the faint hearted when it comes to shopping lol.

The decor is superb, I am simply fascinated by their food halls and their souvenir section.
Glad to see they have upgraded their interior over the years. I used to enjoy shopping for their overpriced souvenirs, now Harrods is just another attraction to admire from a distance and from within.

The closest toilets will be on the first floor, don t think they have any toilets on the ground floor :)

Possibly one of the oldest and most famous department stores in the world located right in the center of London and the Heart of Knightsbridge. This place has just about anything and everything you could possibly imagine most definitely a One-Stop shop for all your needs just make sure you have a large wallet. And a GPS to get around the place as it is designed to be a labyrinth for you to get lost in. They make sure to cater after any need you may know that you want or not even know that you want. The only bad thing is sometimes they have too many people just standing around doing nothing and other times when you need someone you can never find them. Other than that it's a great place to spend the day in London.

Here is a picture of my black Americano. I had to drink it black as they had no soya or almond milk. No dairy free alternative. Also the service was really slow. After waiting for 20 minutes to pay and leave we decided go a wait by the till until someone come.

This was the most incredible store that I have ever been in. I don't have any good pictures on my cell phone I took them with the real camera. Anything you could imagine that you wanted was in this store. It is considered a high price store they sold caviar starting at $200 an ounce and there was a display of chocolate for sale for $35,000. Yes it had gold in it. They have a very thick catalog of the stores. There are 27 different restaurants this is the most extravagant food court ever. Well they're not food courts there restaurants. It is within walking distance of Buckingham Palace Kensington London. The store is like a museum itself. A must see if you come to London. The staff was very nice and there are plenty of armed guards all around.

What can one say about Harrods. It's one of a kind Department store in the world. I found it a bit over rated and of course over priced for me. I believe majority of visitors are tourists (like me)
