I love Harrods, the atmosphere, the fanciness, the luxury, the boutiques, everything. A whole new world

Surprised that the prices were actually decent, better then even Amazon. The services was on another level though. The gal at the Tom Ford cologne area was fantastic, even gave me a bunch of samples of my favorite cologne there.

Fantastic department store. If you go to London a must visit

Harrods is located in the heart of London.the most magical and expensive place to experience what shopping should be. You will never disappointed .you name it, they have it. From market to luxury brands, quick bite, amazing bakery, great people there to guide you .

Love shopping at Harrods always have great pieces and amazingly well trained staff. The food hall restaurants are all excellent!

Harrods is a great place to shop, it has several levels, each level has its category, there are a lot of staff and they are friendly, there is a restaurant in the ground floor.

A One in a million kind of store. A "bit too expensive" for us. Each time we visit London we visit Harrods for the experience.

As you'd expect the place exudes class and has been the pinnacle of high end retail in London. I like to visit every year and treat myself to a new suit, or some shades.

Posh mall. Very nicely decorated. Plenty of wow factors. Will visit more often.

Harrods is a good place to shop quality things even though it costs substantial amount of pounds. Luxury!

Everything you need in a first class store. Must visit this luxurious store.

Very nice building. All the items where overpriced. You can find the same items elsewhere for much lower prices. If you are a tourist it's a must go.

Huge, classy, astronomically expensive. Doormen are very strict about too short shorts and kids carried on shoulders - both are a no no. A visit to the Food Hall is a must but don't buy anything unless you're prepared to take out a second mortgage.

Love the perfume section. You can purchase real Classy perfumes here. The staff is so polite and helpful. Must try the tearoom. Cakes are amazing.

Love harrods exclusive food and the best from all around the world, a bit pricey but you get what you pay for. Amazing scenario

Easy to get lost here as it is so huge from the inside. Beautifully constructed and you can find almost anything on your mind that you wish to purchase. Some nice little cafes and restaurants to get something to eat as well. Don't forget to sample the famous British High Tea here.

The Egyptian staircase is beautiful. And the food hall is amazing. Went around Xmas time and it was so busy we were packed in like sardines, go when it's quieter to really enjoy it. It's a massive store you can spend hours here if your shopping. But if your going just as a tourist you will probably be out within an hour just because of how busy it is

Very disappointing experience in the new food hall with the various outlets. They have managed to take and authentic and distinct premium experince and turn into a sterile ambience with poor culinary rewards.

I love this store, even if almost everything is out of my price range.

It s worth seeing the most famous department store on Earth

This is the place to go to see all the high end brands. I felt the building was huge from the outside and tiny from the inside. The fragrance section has its smell and it lingers all over the place. Had to leave cause I was getting a headache from all the smells, large crowds and small hallways.

You can find all the famous brands here. To explore it you need a whole day. This is a place where you will go back again and again. You can find variety of chocolates, best for gifting to your loved ones.

Spectacular from the moment you see it on the street. It's hard to create a unique experience for shoppers today but Harrods still does it.

Overcrowded and full of nouveau rich people. Nonetheless beautifully designed and friendly staff. Just not everyones "cup of tea".

A must-see place in London. Especially recommended is the Food Hall.
And the escalator, claimed to move in the same velocity as The River Nile...

My favourite department store! It's a luxury store, you don't have to buy anything, just enjoy the ambiance of the place and try something from the food court, you will not be disappointed. Experience the vintage Otis lift! The Gift Shop is also worth checking out for souvenirs. Staff are friendly.

I wanted to sample a truly traditional Christmas shopping experience in London so I decided to visit the ultimate department store Harrods.

TRAVEL: Luckily Harrods is accessible via buses 9&14, or underground station Knightsbridge on the Piccadilly line or you can arrive in style by taxi. If you are driving there is located at 87 to 135 Brompton Road in Knightsbridge

EXPERIENCE: Wow Harrods likes to do things in style. If you enter Harrods by one of the main entrances you will see a Doorman dressed in style who will open the door for you. The central corridor, which contains the elevator is absolutely stunning. It's a must see as it feels as if you are walking inside an Egyptian temple. I felt as if I was going to meet a movie Star. The staff are very helpful, knowledge and very professional and proud to work there.

SHOPPING: Harrods really is the best shopping experience. For example, I found the widest variety of Apple IPAD covers from normal priced covers up to the really expensive. I found myself feeling like I wanted to spend, spend, spend. It's really true they try their best to give you all the help you need to get that special present for Christmas

Five Stars are awarded for a truly memorable experience and I would recommend it for tourists and locals, especially if you are looking for quality of that special present.

All round store, can be pricey but good for a souvenir

Something for everyone and fantastic customer service. Food is outstanding and all departments meet every need. A true favorite to say the least.

Great historic building and a very famous store. However we did not get around every part these was too many people in!

A world famous department store worth a visit for the sheer quality of everything in it. Wearing jeans has recently been an issue for entry!

Ultra high end, their shopping bag, reusable, is $23 British pounds

Bought something for my wife online on Saturday. When buying there were 7 items in stock. Next day I receive an email stating item is out of stock. What is worse is that the stock still show "7 items available" and it is Tuesday.

Not sure if they rely on a century old technology to update their inventory or just lazy.

You are Harrods. The least you can do is be reliable let alone provide a "luxurious" shopping experience.

Extremely pricey food but also of the highest quality with sit down meals available. Highly recommended for gourmet food!

Great stuff altogether wanted to bag this beauty....but a small bit out of my league.

So I am not belittling Harrods or saying they're rubbish. I mean, the name has been around for decades, and will out last me and my opinions. However we couldn't even get in as we had baggage.





But i mean, watching people get chauffeured up in vehicles worth five times my annual wage to go shopping was fun. And the staff I did have the pleasure of interacting with looked sympathetic

Very over hyped store, very crowded and so confusing to navigate

Nice looking store, but proof money doesn't always buy style. Not overly impressed with what was on offer. Staff were helpful. I suspect most of their trade are tourists who want to be seen carrying a Harrods bag, or people with more money than sense.

High end shopping as can be expected. Best service. Surprisingly, we found some food items there cheaper than at the market. Enormous.

What a great visit. No wonder it's one of the main attractions in London. The security guard treated my little girl like royalty.

You have to go there in the evening time, so you can see it with and without the lights on. I do not like the perfume section, walked past it and it s so hard to breathe very stuffy. Food hall is amazing, very neat and clean also expensive.

Too expensive! The only thing that makes you wanna visit again and again is there are do many shops and so many different things inside a huge venue!

All the super high quality items at prices to make your eyes water. Service is impeccable but the customers around are usually self absorbed and arrogant. Place is as well laid out as Labrinth, so buy some lipstick to mark out your journey.

I love this place. I delivered there several times staff are the key to smooth running.

This is as ever a good place for a wander. I will always think it overpriced for what is honestly average service. A Teabag is however still teabag even if served in a silver (plated) pot and a quality suit can't change that.

Harrods never disappoints. The food hall is simply fabulous and so are some of the high end products they sell. I bought some food items which were divine. Worth a visit for the spectacle alone.

This was once my favorite shopping excursion in London but has since changed ownership and the customer experience has declined.

Came 12000 km to check out an item. Only one in stock. Couldn't compare. Better choices on line. Sorry Harrod's you disappointed me

A very Luxurious Mall, I was surprised by the many people who were there in a normal weekday. Of course I think I'm not the target client for this store but the lots of details in the design of the mall is awesome. Check the Egyptian scalator, you will love the figures andetails of it.
