Great to visit, but was super crowded. The cafe was good.
Great to visit, but was super crowded. The cafe was good.
A-maz-ing food halls. If you're in the area you must visit it.
I called to see if a product was in store. I was put through to a lady called Fiona and what a wonderful, amazing lady she is. Your customer service is above and beyond 5* and I cant thank you enough for all your help today. Just you alone has made Harrods my "Place To Go" Thank you again
Not the shop it once was when it was owned by Al-Fayed. Unfortunately it has lost it's special feel in my opinion, however doesn't mean that others won't enjoy visiting it.
This store is an absolute nightmarish abomination that should not exist. You will love this store if you like the feeling of suffocation. If it was possible to rate this lower I would.
Wasn't this the most amazing department store in the world? You need days to stroll along all the floors. Here you can buy anything
Tea room is more relaxing to gathering with friends, staff are nice and friendly, prices are reasonable. All those variety clothes for women is good for looking for , quality is fine although some of them is a bit expensive. The souvenirs are good. I had bought various kinds of the souvenirs in this department during these years while I go to visit .
Lovely champagne bar! If you are in harrods I reccomend you try it!
Interesting to visit but but not the sort of place I'd shop! Prefer Harvey Nichols.
I mean, it's a big department store. If that's your thing, it's quite impressive. It's just not my thing. As far as department stores go, it's tremendous. However, if you'd ask me to choose between visiting Harrod's or the nearby museums, pick the museums.
Very nice place to be beautiful things expensive but it worthy
What else is there to say about Harrods? Simply put: Unique, Incredible and Amazing!!
Many people from all over the world come here, making it a cool place.
Not sure, whether to call Harrods a mall or a gigantic store spread over 100s of thousands of square feet, where they sell almost anything and everything.
From clothes for men, women and kids, cosmetics, perfumes, watches, purses, accessories for men and women, kitchenware, toys, chocolates, bakery, fresh produce, furniture, interior decorations to multi-million apartments. Yes, you read it right, they do sell luxury apartments, located at different locations in London as well as in Dubai.
All of these items mentioned here, and those which are not mentioned here, have their exclusive display area covering 1000s of square feet, royally spanning 7 floors. In addition to all this, there's also multiple restaurants serving you exclusive cuisines/drinks in a grand ambience.
And of course, all of this are sold at a premium pricing, making most of the stuff out of the reach of common buyers. Nevertheless, Harrods is a must-visit at least once, whether you are in London for tourism or settled here for long term.
You don't want to miss out on a fascinating shopping experience (even if it is just window shopping). So, be prepared to spend about half a day to one full day here, based on your interest.
Love coming here everytime I'm in London, just to get stuff from the food hall and take a look at all the other things I simply cannot afford.
Lovely to kill and hour or two dreaming. Food hall and florist still amazing .
This place is an amazing place I would recommend going there prices are really cheap food was amazing all the stores and suits works so impressive
The service was amazing the customer experience was absolutely fantastic
One of the best place for shopping at London. You can never miss it.
If there was something they didn't have or that wasn't displayed beautifully I couldn't spot it.
An amazing venue.
The staff were only too pleased to assist in all the departments.
It's wonderful. Can easily spend the whole day here!
Went to use Fendi cafe it's a small cafe with limited items on the menu. It's not worth it to join long queue.
Great place to shop if you have money to spare, not so great if you want lunch on a budget. Prices are higher here than normal but it's a London Shopping Landmark, you got at least go in to experience it.
Very expensive, but a fun, exciting, and unique experience.
Filthy expensive. But a good walking tour on how opulent the world can be :)
A must-visit store when you visit London. It's always mind blowing to see how the super rich shop!
Nice shopping centre but to be honest hasn't impressed me .Prices are horrendous especially for items you can buy on high street for less the half price compare to Harrods. And it was funny to see one toy that it was theirs top one at the time I was there for some silly price and I already bought this toy a year earlier in different country for much less then they wanted. There are some good staff for sale as well but in general nothing special. The best things there are ....car parked outside.
Too many people, too expensive, but Harrolds is Harrolds, still have his glamour. Specialy on stores where almost nobody else enter...
patisserie, coffees ,tea, and bakery is 1st class. Must try after shopping in the building.
Of course the reputation of Harrods precedes it. Having lived in London my whole life, I was always aware of the quality that the store itself presents. For the past 3 months I have had a temporary job as a Harrods customer service adviser, meaning that I could treat myself to a bit of shopping. Today I went with my mum (AKA my travel companion), and the whole experience was very enjoyable. The staff in the cafe were attentive and polite, and the lovely representative in Apple was highly informative when I was looking into buying a laptop. Even when we were just "window shopping", staff would say hi and ask how we were. All in all today was a highly pleasant experience and has cemented the fact that, despite not being an employee in a few week's time, I will continue to shop here.
Super expensive place but very fun and interesting.
This place will blow your mind. Expensive but they have it all. The food court was like nothing I ve ever seen. If your in London this is a must see.
A lvly experience where me my son and a friend had Chinese lvly food at the Chinese restaurant amazing food and service
Just a bit too busy but it is Christmas. Still love the football.
Always a great fan of Harrods until it lost it's royal mark now just a glorifide shopping centre with only a few traditional touche's nothing special
The environment inside has an overindulgent and sickly feeling. Its overpriced and overrated. Paying to use the toliet is ridiculous. Its solely for tourists and for people who don't know any better. Won't be going back.
Absolutely amazing department store. One of the best in the world easily. You can find practically every type of food in the deli and bodega, and the desserts are absolutely amazing. Plus there is a full grocery store, but not for anyone on a budget. Also find everything here from Gucci to Cartier. Amazing to walk through, and find a restaurant for coffee or lunch inside as well!
It's Harrods, outs the best department store I've ever been in, you could spend a week here! Great service stand out at the YSL counter, thank you
A place full of luxury brands and Harrod local brand. Worth to take a trip down and take a look at the gift store! The coffee bar at the G level great tasting coffee and mocha get there early to get your cuppa be expected to queue up for a seat !
We visited the Hublot store in Harrods. Even though we didn't buy anything, Faisal was very polite, patient and welcoming and showed us several watches. We were impressed with his impeccable, warm service and his extensive knowledge of his products. We will definitely buy a watch from him in future if we happen to like one of them.
Really great exteriors as well as interiors. You can do a lot of things in here like shop, eat etc. It has some high-end designer showrooms and over the top pricing.
My favorite shop ever
Can not think of any thing and dont find it there
Fashion all over the place its heaven
You can find most of the brands
Cloths, bags and shoes, perfumes, makeup
home and kitchen goodies
The best part is the harrods section
You can find really good things in there especialy for gifts and souvenirs, can not forgot their delicious chocolate
A lot of resturants and cafes, my favorite is Mezzah lounge, Pizzeria and Laduree
A must must must visit
Holiday season will drive you crazy offers every where
Very nice selection of items and very friendly and helpful staff
Enjoyed the day here , however we required another car for our collections
A beautiful experiance .. Excellent service. A nice place to visit even if you do not buy anything.. You will find unique things here to buy that is hard to find elsewhere.. While there try the food section for unique food from around the world, or eat and snack at one of their unique restaurants and cafes
A must visit London landmark...lunch here for an upscale experience & a hole in your wallet!
When in London, you should pay a visit just to Harrods to brag you been here. No other name carries so much prestige. Even if you are not buying just browse around. We ended up having the best (and priciest) Fish & Chips in London at the food court in the ground floor. Definitely worth it if you don't mind the hole in your wallet !
What a place to enjoy
I live there food court
Very good quality food.
Very nice. Very expensive. Sadly the toilets let them down today, which is unusual.
The store that defines " the department store"... beautifully appointed on every sens and on every floor... great architecture and details on the facade and inside as well. A very colorfull palete of stores, designs, ideas, gourmet shops and restaurants, lovely champagne bar and terrace. Would stop by every time when in London.
This department store is pretty good. I recommend you to visit even if you don't have anything to buy :)
Very nice and makes shopping enjoyable but expensive
Amazing shop. Expensive but it's a must see if visiting London.
Very expensive stuff but a nice place to visit even as a tourist. Be prepared there will be a lot of people. Easy to get lost there isn't very good signage, maybe intentional.
This review is for the coffee bar. The best coffee I've had so far (I had an Americano from here). But the coffee bar was ridiculously expensive, especially if you eat anything. My order of one Americano black coffee and one slice of More
Great product range and top end brands, appears to be being refurbished in places now, which obviously detracts slightly from the shopping experience. Plenty of staff to help with your shopping needs, friendly and well presented, but to be fair feels dated in a lot of areas, if you shop in dubai or some areas of the US big stores like this feel more modern sharper and offer the fantastic shopping experience you would expect from a top end expensive retailer.
They are trying to be lavish, but for me, just seems VERY creepy. Really trying way to hard. Not in any way fun. Plus the cheese counter was pretty much closed down, due to re-building. Just go to Selfridge's or John Lewis.
Excellent. Top Ambiente. Luxus. Everything your heart desires. Fascinating in architecture. International Designer. Parfums, bags and more.
Extremely busy at this time of year as you'd expect but a great buzz inside. Visit the gift area to see the full sized dressed teddies and yo find affordable Harrods products.
I m a regular shopper here.
Staff are so attentive.
I always find what I m looking for, plus more!!
I love how it s changing every other week.
Best place to shop for exclusives.
Fine jewel in the crown department store that is truly British. A must see for all tourists.
Attentive, polite staff, excellent displays & a good visit, even just to browse. Not overcrowded on an evening. Floor to floor access could have been labelled more clearly as quite difficult to find way around.
A really nice, well kept store and the cafe goods were amazing, well done Harrods
It's a great store! The building is fantastic, the displays are beautiful, and the choice of items is mind blowing.
We played a game - who can find the most expensive item in store. It let us explore the entire floor space and see some truly wonderful products.
We treated ourselves to some chocolates and their brandy butter. Extremely tasty!
Obviously high end shopping! The food hall is fantastic - try some of the chocolates! The rest of the store is as good as visiting an art museum. As you'd expect, top end service. The toy section is excellent with competitive prices. Now, if I can only win the lottery....
Nice store but it is way too big so you get easily lost.
The one of the best mall in the world.Sale season collection is really cheap.Quality product and service.Ease of doing tax refund.Food hall is amazing with variety product.Luxury department can touch it.Beautiful display.Restroom is excellent.
This oh-so chic cafe was a pop up cafe by Fendi in Harrods and has been super popular. Other than the queue for nearly 30 minutes, when we got in, it was absolutely amazing. Food was fresh, loved the coffee and the desserts. Had a great time in lovely ambience. Staff were polite. The monochrome designs were fabulous. It felt like a little luxurious treat for the girls catching up in a fancy cafe. Loved it. They should do this every year. The designer cafes are doing great. Reminded me of Prada cafe in Milan.
If upscale shopping is your thing... There are few out there better than Harrods.
Very good place to window shop, bcz it's very expensive but everything is quality here
Highly recommend you drop in. Harrod s is excellent.
Shopping for rich people. Everything is expensive but it's because you are buying the experience of buying in Harrods. Makes you feel fancy just looking at clothes. The interiors are beautiful, definitely recommend just strolling around the different sections. Bring your Platinum Rich Person Credit Card if you want to buy any quality good. Can get an easy souvenir from their gift shop section, but you know a 10 pound small plastic bag saying Harrods.
Huge place! Very expensive, they sell everything. Nice to look
Always an EXCEPTIONAL OPPORTUNITY to find treasures from around the world! Last week for me, it was shoes! The 5th floor has "SHOE HEAVEN". This weeks treasure, perfume that can only be bought at Harrods because it's made in Italy for Harrods!
You can stay here all day too! There are restaurants inside.....go, be amazed, you deserve it!
Wonderful tea "Harrods" in Roast and Blend Department on the Ground Floor
Really nice place to see when you are in London. The whole building is really fancy. I ate fish & chips here, and it is the most fancy fish & chips I've ever had. The champagne bar is great too. The whole place is like a museum, a definite must-see!
