Too many to name but i will try. Been coming to Harrahs for 20 years. The rules on the beach are getting worst. No lounge chairs to sit on unless you pay $25 per lounge chairs. The Palabas are $200 to rent per day and lounge chairs are locked and no one can use them. We pay a resort fee to use the facilities and now they want us to pay more. No umbrellas or canopies allowed no shade in the roasting sun. As I said other issue. No more Harrah's for my family.

Well where to start. 1st we did on line,it said no resort fees, buffet tickets each day of our stay. Well they charged 40. 00 for resort fees, buffet ticket first day only And 75.00 each day for security deposit. So 225.00 from my account and not sure when I will get that back. That's beside what I had already paid for our 3 night stay. Then we had requested lower level as playing senior ball and in and out alot. Well we got 15th floor in another tower and parking is terrible. Then when the motel started getting in bus loads of tourists, guess where they got. Yes lower levels. The buffet was push and shove. The elevator was same. Lines everywhere. Will never stay there again. We go to Bullhead alot . Not a fun trip this time.

We went on a invite. Unless you rent a car or walk to public transport you are captive. The cafe food was the most expensive I've seen for a cafe and casino, $17. For burger no fries! The waitress Christine was a rock star making us as comfortable as she could. The front desk offers no business services, and the gift shop employees were for the most part very unfriendly. But knowing all this I would go again but more prepared.

Never again! Not given the room we booked because of a concert & were charged $225 holds even though we're both diamond members (should be no charge) just because we opted out of housekeeping! Was told in both instances that there was nothing they could do. Not even a free meal. After being a lifetime diamond member I doubt I will ever stay at this hotel again. Manager missed the mark! What's wrong with closet picture? What a joke! Glad I'm not an employee here! Caesars should sell the place, get out and run away!!!

Booked through Priceline. Somehow they lost my reservation. Hours later I finally get guaranteed a room. Not the room I needed once I got there. Wrong beds. Then new room AC breaks. Dirty. Poor slot selection. Restaurants all close by 10.

All the staff was friendly and help until you have a problem with higher-ups. They are rude and unprofessional, they lack customer service skills. We spent over 1000 dollars there and that does not include the money we spent playing. Avoid this place is u can the only thing they have going for them is the beach. .

The resort is the southern most resort in the chain of resorts along the Colorado River shoreline in Laughlin, NV. The architecture is Spanish Mission with plenty of self parking and valet. We stayed in their North Tower, which is designated for all ages/families and contains a rather large arcade on the main floor. The other hotel towers are closer to the gaming areas. The room had older, yet well cleaned carpet. Since the resort was built in the 80s, there are a limited number of electrical sockets in the room and no built-in usb charging ports. There's a single hvac in the corner of the room next to the windows, so circulating air is limited. The restroom was vary spacious. The northern gaming area (just north of the hotel check in) is smoking-free, which has a mixture of slots and a small table pit. The resort fee allows for free wifi connection for one device per room; however, if you're just stopping by, you'll have to pay for wifi. The waters of the Colorado River stays a constant 50 degrees Fahrenheit throughout the year since the waters come from the bottom/base of the dams. Also, since the waters are constantly moving, the sun doesn't have enough time to heat the water as it moves south.

The rooms are ok, bathroom looks a bit moldy. The bed is pretty comfortable. Would've rated higher if the employee at the gift shop didn't charge over $7 for 4 band aids. When questioned if that's really how much they are, she snobbily replied that was the price. She was shocked that a receipt was requested and didn't want to print it out. On the receipt was the band aids for a little over $3, and random hot cheetos for a little over $3 and there were no cheetos nearby that were accidentally scanned. My boyfriend pointed it out and asked for a refund. She said she'd have to get a manager, and couldn't track down said manager. Boyfriend said forget it and she grabbed some cheetos for him to take and he left. It's not like we expect people to know the price of everything in the shop, but have some common sense, even in a hotel band aids don't cost that much.

Good to revisit Laughlin, NV and Harrah's. On the weekend of reopening, it was a little surprising about the numbers out in force. But I guess we all need a little change of scenery. Harrah's is back open mostly. Was a little bummed that Guy Fierri's El Burro Burracho and the Range Steakhouse weren't open yet, but pretty much all the other eating venues were open.

Casino floor is open with reduced capacity, less machines, table seats were available. But Friday/Saturday night was probably 95% packed like normal. Although masks are wore by all employees, half or less of customers did. Social distancing? What's that really. People needed to get out.

Beach area was full of families and others. I rented a jet ski and went up and down the river. It's cool, clear, clean and fun! A definite must-do, and it's not too badly priced - $89/hour, with 2 hour minimum.

Ate at Smashburger which was good considering the wait time. Partly because reduced capacity, plus I think they were all overwhelmed with unexpected number of visitors. Check your order before leaving, missed things both times. Beach cafe had a good breakfast though. Fast, hot and service was good.

Maybe by my next visit in July, they'll be back to normal and shortcomings will be fixed up.

Just qent to Smash Burger and food was what you expect from Smash Burger. Only real issues was they did not keep elevator very clean. It was actually gross with spiders nesting in ceiling of elevator

YOU & YOUR THINGS ARE NOT SAFE HERE!! DO NOT STAY HERE! Stay Anywhere, but here. I booked a room weeks in advance pre paid a $338.00 deposit. When I got there I waited 45 minutes just to check in. They didn t have the room I booked and down sized me to a standard free room. When I got to the room it was someone else s room. I had keys to someone else s room with their stuff in it. I literally walked in on someone else things. Hours later I finally got a room that wasn t being used, but it still wasn t what I booked and paid for. I spoke to the manager the next day and he changed me to the room I originally booked, but not until 4:00 pm. I had to change rooms 3 times and the first 2 days of my vacation was ruined. When I finally got the room I booked and paid for, I was surrounded by pot smoke, long lines, broken air conditioning, and the furthers tower from gambling. I paid way too much money for a HORRIFIC STAY.

This was my first stay at this place, a pipe broke and the server went down so I waited at a machine for 15 min, then my keys didn t work and had to sit on the floor in front of my door eating my food while I waited for someone to come open the door (I already got a replacement key). When I express my disappointment, I get my resort fees waived (I didn t use anything even the WiFi) and they give me a $40 comp for breakfast and when I told her I had to get to work she said I can use it at Starbucks. So a $40 for a $5 coffee, when I called corporate I spoke with Tammy who is the assistant to the General Manager and she submitted my concerns and called me to tell me that the company would not do anything and I was fine with that but during her first call she treated me stupid by telling me the people are not mind readers, did you tell them what you wanted and now saying we have no way of verifying what you used the comp on so she lied because I told her I have an audio recording of everything as well as the time so they can watch a camera and I was calm the whole time she was talking over me and after saying she is lying, she said I am rude and she s not going to deal with it and she said I cannot talk to anyone and then she hung up.***UPDATE*** I JUST GOT A CALLED AND WAS TOLD NOT TO RETURN TO HARRAHS OR I WILL BE ARRESTED FOR TRESAPASSING, SO I HAVE A PROBLEM AND WHEN I MAKE A COMPLAINT, I GET TALKED DOWN TO AND OVER TALKED AND WHEN I TRY AND TALK I GET HUNG UP ON AND THEN KICKED OUT.

Run down casino with poor customer service, their was a problem with our AC we could not get resolved, also took two days after telling three people that worked there to get broken glass cleaned up from in front of the elevators. The only reason for the three stars is the room was clean and cheap.

Descent place with older crowd . Not much happening for night life. Beautiful view. Had problems with AC in our room but they did move us. This casino is 1-2 Miles south of others but there is a water taxi available. Adult pool is nice and there is a small beach on the river. Much much slower pace than Vegas so if you are looking for a party pit, go there .

I went on July 3rd 2015 with my family. my 2 uncles and 1 aunt and my mother to eat at there buffet. and it was the worst experience I have ever had. Waiters took forever to get us our drinks or refill them. Also we told a waiter that it was very hot in there and he said there was no A/C. That it was swamp coolers. I mean as much money the casino and there restaurants make you would think they could afford A/C Units. And also how are you going to serve crab legs and not have the tools for your customers to be able to break them open. even though you say there kind of sliced but when you have an aunt and mother who are senior citizens and have no strength in there hands to break open the claws. its' RIDUCULOUS. After we had our dinner I had to go throw it up cause I was so dehydrated and couldn't enjoy my meal at all. prime rib was to raw and they said they couldn't cook my piece. I almost slipped cause there was butter on the floor and no one had cleaned it up. I don't think I will ever go again. Not worth it at all. Bad experience over all.
