We arrived on Christmas day we had nicest person checking us in. He along with the other employees we came across wished us a Merry Christmas. There was no bad attitude anywhere. The casino was decorated nice. We ended the evening with a dinner at the steakhouse. The slot machines were generous. Had a relaxing and quiet sleep. Will be back.

We went to eat at Guy Fieri's Mexican restaurant. Portions were very large, we ate too much! Chips & salsa were good. Our server was very attentive. Enjoyed watermelon radishes for the first time...yummy!

Mixed up the room reservations and was sent to the manager to fix the situation. It was 8am and was on hold a very long time. The manager has poor customer service and first reaction is to scold or blame rather than make things right.

Wondering about air conditioning. Read several reviews about "not working", I sent email and Harrahs said they have motion sensor units that turn off if no motion in room. I asked if they turn off if you are sleeping and not moving. They said, Yes! What the heck? Not very smart in the desert area. I might cancel and find another hotel. Thoughts, experiences with poor air?

Terrible!!! Where do I start? First and most important thing to know is that the rooms use a water cooling system, not freon compressor air conditioning. It is humid, very humid and hot in the rooms. Second, they actually charge for WiFi...$15 A DAY!! Third, the $20 per person Buffett....charges you $4 for mimosas, not even unlimited! Every small one is $4. RIDICULOUS.

One person behind the counter at check in and several people pushing the kiosks that didn't work started this nightmare....will never stay at a Harrahs again.

Harrahs has always been a FAVORITE of ours, and the Laughlin location is about as good as it gets!
Where else in the desert can you find a white sand beach, tiki shade umbrellas and jet ski's to rent right outside your hotel room? yup, its just as nice as any beach resort except that beach isnt on the ocean! The water is cold, but its clean and plenty shallow! It can be smokey, but the nonsmoking section is large so we just stay there.
The restaurants are not that good however there is a high dollar steak house and a Guy Fieria mexican place, but its OK imo...
The rooms are clean, the pet stay program is AMAZING! They give you free food/water dishes and a bag of dog treats for staying!
The machines can be tight, but you can win. keep your bets low, and stay away from the $5max bets, you should do pretty well!

The hotel is clearly getting old. Very little sockets in the room wifi is ok. Badly cleaned. The pool was crowded At the Arizona, the hotel has its own access, it was very nice, clear cool water. The breakfast buffet was excellent.

The rooms and hotel ate very nice but the casino slots are very tight. Spent alot of money asked for drink when the waitress came back I had stopped playing, was going to move to another machine and she said really kinda snotty "next time you better by playing a game" as it was going I was putting in at least a twenty for a drink. You are stuck in this hotel unless to take a cab. They are down in a hole, long ways up tp walk and far away from other casinos

Nice safe atmosphere. Great views.
Food was good and fresh. Great ventilation.
Hardly noticed the cigarette smoke. Over all good experience.

The casino and it's rooms haven't aged well or kept up with modern amenities but for that cheap room cost and very friendly staff and service I wouldn't be too upset if I had to stay here again.

Rather disappointed that smokers were smoking in the much smaller designated non-smoking area and no one asked them to stop or move over into the designated smoking area. Also disappointed that the room next to ours had a yappy dog late into the early morning. Learned the next morning that our floor was a "no pets" floor, but no one did anything about that, either. Seems not enough help available to offer any customer service. The help that was working were kind and good at what they were doing, just overworked. This place could use better relations with their patrons.

I have a long time fondness of Harrahs. The main reason I stay there now is for The Range Restaurant. I am usually there only overnight on my way to Vegas and want the best food and it is at The Range. The hotel and casino staff is always friendly - even when I used to wheel my granny around in her wheelchair! Some of the rooms are icky so make sure you get the upgraded rooms, but over 20 years there I've really only had a few icky rooms. I love Starbucks there and despise Cinnabon lol.

The casino has a variety of machines and a large non smoking area. The Hotel is in need of an update, but the beds are comfortable and the rooms are clean. Unfortunately, it is hard to get from Harrah's to any of the other casinos in Laughlin. Travel requires use of a Water Taxi or regular taxi.

I like the access to the Colorado river, the view and the service. What I didn't like is that I had to keep going to the front desk to ask for a room key because most of the time it didn't work. They only had 1 person at the front desk and I had to wait in line just to get a replacement key...

The place has really declined, rooms old and dreary . Diamond Member and I can not even get a room upgrade. Takes forever to get a drink while playing slots. Overall comps with Caesars entertainment declined, fewer and not as good as More
