We took a walkthrough of the complex, and the facility is very nice!

The room was a bit dirty when i arrived like the carpet and some towels were a bit dirty as well. When I tried to connect to the wifi they wanted to charge to use it. So it's a lie that they say it's free. They also charge additional to use other amenities such as the beach pool and the spa. Other than that the workers and staff were friendly. Overall my stay was good but not great. Will be looking for other options around Laughlin when I go back

The casino and hotel were really nice. It was clean, no really problems. Only concern is the check in line was about 30 minutes to just ask a question.

Staff was really friendly and maintained a clean safe environment the only thing I would recommend to the hotel is shower curtains because you use lots of towels to cover the floor the shower design was awful,other then that I enjoyed my stay can't wait to come back

It was ok. We got stuck in a handicapped room, so that was different. Everyone that we had contact with that worked there was very nice. All the food was good. We had a lamp that didn't work, and some other small issues. No deal breakers though.

This is my hide away. I love LAUGHLIN. The rooms are very nice and the food is good too.

There is no fridge, coffee pot, water in the western part of the US.

Harrah's casino is nice. I wish they would add a walk so you could walk along the river to other asablishments. Also I wish they had more slot machines and eating options.

Harrah's Laughlin was a great get away. Friendly staff. Clean rooms. Comfy beds. Bathroom shower door design No Bueno! Mny tables and slots options.

The room was average, but I did have a river view.
It's ok, older slots, older people, and very smokey.
It's at the end of the strip so you can't us the river walk.

Everything was good here really hot weather but don't go to fastrip ski rental will rip you off

This trip was planed and booked by my friend and co-worker of 10 yrs to celibrate his birthday and 1 week vacation. I switched jobs a couple yrs ago and I was only giving my regular 2 days off to go with my friend Mike Cracker. We checked in after a 5 hr. drive to Harrah's. The hostess was very nice and upgraded our room from non smoking to smoking. The 2 day and two nights went fast. Tuesday afternoon mike went to Harrah's beach and rented a jet ski at $98.00 an hour with a $200.00 deposit. Note: they did ask mike for a credit card (I recalled.) Went to check out early wensday morning returned keys to desk clerk and he quickly started typing on keyboard and said 'sir', you owe $93.00 for youre stay with us, 'how do you want to pay this matter? "What are you telling me this for?" I had all ready paid in full already with the female desk clerk at check in! 'Sir, you're card said here it was declined'.. then why didnt she tell me this at check in? Then why did my card go threw when I rented you're jet ski?? That is not my mistake and clearly Harrah's mistake and you should have to see that and not our fault and im not paying you twice!! So they called security after about 5 mins. And im just not believing this problem is not being resolved! So damn it I gave them my debit card and knowing I had about $80.00 bucks in the bank. I said 'go ahead' but make sure that my family and friends know the facks and lack of communications with you're guest are very 'poor and unprofessional and dissrespectable by not wieghing the fact that they made this mistake!!!! I'm sickened by there actions as they took' my debit card and told me it went threw they had said.

Great place to gamble and they keep the place spotless

Been here 2x in past 8 mths .... Wonderful experience.. Hot in July and extremely pleasant in Nov... There is a water tour to Lake Havasu that I'm going to take next time ... water taxi $5 each is a great way to casino hop...

Only Caesars owned property in the area. Our room had hair in the bathroom and one on the bed. AC was terrible. Had a technician come very quickly once called on @ 130am. Didnt seem to fix the problem tho as we had it on the lowest setting and it still never went below 67. Especially being 110 outside this was very disappointing. The Colorado River is a beauty tho, nice and quiet. I dont know what it is with any Harrahs all over the world but there always seems to be a condition with the AC. Caesars always good along with all the other Las Vegas Caesars owned properties.

Will not come again. They only service roo. when you leave.

Great location next to the river. Room was clean and had all the necessary essentials. Selection of restaurants was great only that I would have liked Starbucks to remain open later. Overall good experience would stay again.

They crowd of people that come here is pure trash. Families with like 20 kids all in one room . The restaurant. Menu was very limited. The beach part closes at 8pm. My first and last time. Coming to this place

Ate at the buffet and it was horrible food was either overcooked or tasted bad.

Customer service has gone down in recent years. Food value is not what it used to be either.

Went to the gift shop the manager was very rude. He call me to the register like I was a dog! He was talking poorly about his employees in front of the customers. He would of gotten $1,500+ from me because the Star Wars crystal figurines, the sunglasses, also the regular size alcohol bottles!....I just put my things down at the register and left!

It's getting pretty dated, I haven't really been back since 2006-2008. The beds are nice, but definitely not the cleanest rooms.

It was very expensive the blues bars like they were supposed to be but it was okay. Me my daughter out of the house

We was there for 4 day's and we had a relaxing time.everyone was very nice and helpful. I would stay again.and tell all my friends and family.

We stayed on a monday. The room we stayed in had an unpleasant smell due to the carpet being wet. The staff can't explain either why it was wet. We were immediately offered a replacement room which was great but it only had one king bed, we needed two beds so we decided to just stay in that room. We ran the central room fan to dry the carpet ourselves. The ice machine on our floor was broken too. Check in took 45 minutes as there were only two agents working the long line of guest. The staff should smile a little more they all looked too serious. We had fun at the lake behind the casino. The jet ski rental was reasonable and equipments looked new. I gave 3 star instead of two cause we only stayed for a day. I think it's unfair to give them a really low rating based on a day's stay.

We ate dinner at el burro boracho. The plates were shareable, and the mini trash can nachos were excessive. The food was great, the tortillas to be desired. But expect the prices to be a bit up there. Even for sharing.

Bar service while gambling is slow compared to 3 years ago. Waited 45 min while on a machine for first drink, and 30 for second. Riverside casino I get a drink evry 15 to 20 min

I was forced to stay for a group tour.

Harrah's has always been or favorite Laughlin hotel and casino. The staff is always friendly and the rooms and casino are always clean. The have great dining options and a beach along the river. They are starting to upgrade the rooms in 2017, and there pictures we saw of them look amazing.

Checked into my room on Sunday and was upgraded to a suite for no charge

Dated casino. Beautiful beach on the river. Nice room for shows-events.

Room was very nice. Only had bad vibes from one dealer. I hit a seven card flush at the game high flush. He seemed almost upset because I won. After I was paid, I play 2 more hands and left. Rick Thomas was amazing and very funny!! We'll be back!!

People guest are rude in this casino and guest service look at u like u did something wrong you have to spend 4 dollars for one point on the players card machines you have to find what your looking for to play scattered all over no two machine are the same next to each other

I have been coming to this hotels for many years. But today is my last one. Very disappointed. You re not allowed to bring alcohol to the beach anymore, a new policy that started 3 months ago. I reserved a palapa and Vanessa Juarez never came she is the one In charge to unlock the palapas . We waited 35 minutes and asked them twice to unlock the palapa.

I wasn't impressed with the rooms in the central tower. No safes to store valuables and the A/C barely worked.

The staffs here are so freaking racist. They just assume every Asian can't speak English, they talk behind and roll their eyes. Especially the one at the cashier in the casino, who had the distinguish tattoo on his neck, had pierced both of his ears.
He rolled his eyes right in front of me and gave me a dirty look. It was totally insulting, I asked his name but he made a dirty face and covered his names tag, What the F.
It felt extremely insulting and he totally killed the buzz. It was horrible experience and I feel sorry for that stupid racist guy because he just proved that he is not educated and he is the racist.

You are very nice to spend a few days of relaxation !!!!

Harrah's is an old iconic favorite. We are here in Laughlin at Don Laughlin Riverside and walked the boardwalk Boardwalk to Harrah's unfortunately, it stops just before Harrah's then you have to go out to the street up a hill and down many steps to get to the Harrah's Casino door. Don't despair oh, there is a water taxi available for five bucks and once you're there you'll have fun lots of things to do many varieties of slot machines table games and roulette. They have a swimming pool and also an arcade area for children under 21.

If you by the Colorado river this is a nice casino to visit! I had a good experience gambling there food is great.

Delicious food! Great staff. One of our favorite fine-dining restaurants.

The elevators looked like they were falling apart. There was a raccoon in the trash can just outside the elevator in the parking garage making it scary to get to our vehicle.

Suites on 20th floor were nice great views.awesome widow seating..layout of suite was nice also.

The hotel and its employees are very friendly valet parking delo best very friendly very helpful At the front desk very attentive to the client was very good service the distance, but the terrible service was the cleaning of the room that had to be talking to be to clean the room because the House Keeping did not clean it up on Friday afternoon and I left on Monday morning. On Saturday I had to talk to them to clean my room because in the morning nobody cleaned me, they were able to clean Friendly House Keeping in the afternoon but did not take some boxes of garbage that I had there I left them on Sunday I had to talk again because I had to wait five hours for them to clean up and they were not And I went back to talk And finally they were to clean my room the afternoon shift everything else was fine, nothing, the terrible service was the House Keeping Department very bad service I was disappointed in the service.

The only problem in the parking for the disabled, we found no place and we returned until the next day ..
More places are missing for INCAPACITAFOS.

Breakfast and dinner buffet is okay, there are many foods and taste is good.
But,
Not too manageable for hotel size and number of rooms.
The elevator is not operated during check-in and check-out times, so the waiting time for Elbe is 15 minutes. Things that must be improved. Lots of room cleanliness problems. Looking at the walls and ceiling, it feels like sleeping outdoors..

Love going to Laughlin! Harrah's is always a great night place to play, and stay!

Dead. Late night with more staff than customers and felt like a funeral. How long can they keep going like this? Diamond lounge was closed so we could print out free drink coupons for casino bars. P.S. drinks are free at the gaming area, but thanks. Glad I'm a valued Diamond customer. LOL. GREAT landscape outside and at beach, (doesn't help in December wind storm) mold and mildew inside. DO NOT BOTHER.

Suite had not been updated in 20 years. Chipped paint, scratched furniture, dusty light fixtures, dirty, stained carpet. Hard to return to spend money at a casino where accomodations are sub-par.

It's not Vegas less crowded and good drink service draw back is gaming tuff to win here

Was ok, a/c in the room didn't work very well. Pool wasn't all that clean.

They have online only promotions and then their own website blocks you from booking online. Customer service both on the phone at the hotel and Caesar's online were not helpful at all.

Bathrooms were not clean. Liked the drinks very much. Restraurants closed too early.

The elevators were not working good, new employee at desk questioned why I had an emotional support dog wanted to know the reason. She told me she was trained that way and it was her 3rd day of employment. I never had been questioned like that before at the Harrah's Laughlin. Room clean , friendly employees.

We was not treated very well when they sent us home because of the virus.

Staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Rooms were updated and modern.
Water from the faucet has a strange odor.
Hallways could use a shampoo or steam clean. No continous path on the Riverwalk from Harrah's to other hotels.
Overall my stay was pleasant and relaxing.

Good place for god time buffet chopping things Moll and casino too play clean please

Couldn't check in because they had a power outage due to an accident on the street. Can't really rate it because I didn't stay. The host was extremely nice, even though she has been working more than 6 hours in a hot environment.
