Harrah's Laughlin Hotel and Casino Review

I can't believe this is a Harrah's property! This place felt like a Tijuana flea bag hotel. You can literally feel the ick on you in here. Very run down and dated.

I generally eat here at the buffet. I call in advance to make sure they are open and don't always get a correct answer. Drive over 1 1/2 hours and they are closed. There buffet is not open parts of the day but the employees are not aware of this that give out the information. The food is fresh and warm and the staff at the buffet are very friendly.

This place is getting very old and the rooms seem tiny. OK for a budget though.

Property is improving with updated rooms in the adult tower and some fresh paint outside. The video poker bar in the non smoking side of the casino should be updated to more games and also Keno like the video poker bar on the smoking side!

Good or bad?

There is no refrigerator in the room and free WiFi is not connected.
It's a big bed, so it's comfortable to sleep.
There are some people who like and hate food, but I think they can enjoy it because it is a buffet.

I'm sure it would be much better without Covid-19 issues, but the property (and Laughlin, NV in general) is a great alternative to Vegas, if you're looking for one. Guy Fieri's "El Burro Borracho" is a must visit. Convenient water taxi availability to get between other casinos down the Colorado River. Absolutely gorgeous scenery.

This hotel is very disappointing. 1. Laughling is far from everything 2. The hotel is messy and the service very slow 3. Although the facilities of the hotel are interesting, all were too busy (queues for lifts, full pools ... ) While the hotel was not full 4. Our room (north tower) was unhygienic (carpet stained in several places, bath room, decor worthy of the '70s). In short, even at ridiculous prices (weekdays) I do not recommend this establishment. P

Sadly our room did not even have a microwave. Also, the drinks were so weak, I didn't realize they had any liquor in them. The gambling was ok. But it would have been nice if we had somewhere to buy coffee since our flight was leaving before starbucks opened.

The machine are tight and I played a lot of machines and didn't have any luck on anything some of them just swallowed the money and didn't even let me play for a while That's all I even care about is just to play a little bit didn't even enjoy it so I will not be going back there at all.

Great accommodations! Venture out for a good meal .

The rooms very badly modified, cold and with a single lus when entering without air of subtraction for the bathroom, very beautiful on the outside but inside very disappointing,

This time was a really nightmare , staring with the reservation , I request 3 rooms with 2 bed each for my friends and me, so I got 3 rooms with one bed I say what! (for 4 people one bed in each room) so they send us to another room, this was flooded they keep us up and down , we were tired and frustrated and disappointed, I don't know what happen this time because this was no our first time , but will be probably the last one,and plus they charge me about $30.00 more of the regular price and don't really understand why , hope to have a explanation?

I ate at the little cafe inside the Harris and got sick ruined my whole trip.

The bathroom is a little narrow and there is no bathtub. I went to the seafood buffet on Friday because I usually eat a lot (but the oysters and the only seafood). I also enjoyed the BBQ, ice cream, brownies and watermelon. It's in a corner where you can not see the drinks and the water.

Was not happy and didn't even stay the way I check in and checked out Let then 2 hours later

First time here. Great Casino and Resort. Beautiful location. It is definitely worth taking advantage of the diamond reward program available.

I rate this hotel 6 stars fast ck in and out system very clean,modern rooms quiet, all the amenities ,comply luxury beds .. i highly recommend this hotel in Laughlin, NV.

Bait and switched on the room and when questioned they said that's all they had, there's hardly any costumers. Room was cold as the air wouldn't shut off. Huge draft coming in from the hallway ,so I put a towel on the floor. To much hassle, I'll not go back

Slower pace, but always enjoyable,
Hotel room much better, after replacement..1st one was view behind Pilar and large air conditioner unit...
For me the view makes my trip.
Not always the best gaming floor for me. But nice variety of old and new slots.
Have my favorite places to eat, around the city, don't always eat in the casino. But overall experience.

Rooms are all older and need updates. Pool was nice and cold also the only one in this area with beach access to the Colorado River. Very family friendly area... lots of children running around everywhere but casino floor. Lots of choices for food. Water taxi available for only 5.00 which helps with the distance to other parts of town.

This place is a horrible place to stay. I was treated with disrespect and rudeness by security. I forgot my i.d in the car and when they asked for it I realized that is where it was. Before I even had a chance to go get it I was unjustly trespassed for the property. This place has no decency and waste of time and money..

Just returned from a weekend at Harrah's Laughlin. Management has really let the hotel fall into disrepair. We arrived a little after 2pm and checked in the room was not available and we had to wait until after 4pm to get into the room. The room was filthy dust on all of the furniture mold in the bath tub. One day it was after 7pm before the room was cleaned. We have been going to Harrah's for 15yrs I think this will be the last.

Casino floor is well laid out and fun. Good variety of restaurants. The only downfall about this hotel/casino is the distance from the rest of the hotels along the river. Also, the river walk doesn't not extend all the way to Harrah's. It would be nice it if it did.

The hotel room's air-condition is not cooling. Thr room is stuffy. Breakfast is good choices.

It's great to bring the whole family and children because you get a variety of food location they have there own Beach area and swimming pool for adults and one for children.

Very friendly staff. Very dated hotel. Rooms are clean but old. The bed wasnt very comfortable, specifically the pillows. The sealing around the door was pretty much worn off so you can very clearly hear everyone who passes by your door. Definitely not a luxury hotel but if you're just looking for a cheap, clean room, this is the place for you. I would stay again.

This used to be one of my favorite places to stay but every time I do is worse and worse. The place is dirty from the rooms to the grounds around the hotel. It's like they just don't care to make it look nice. My room was disgusting with huge stains on the carpet and a used towel forgotten by the housekeeping. I will never stay here again. It's sad really. So disappointed.

Omg Laughlin is peaceful if you are trying to get away from the city for the weekend...I like the fact that the bars have slot machines which means you get to drink for free lol

This trip was a perk offered by the casino in St. Louis. We had a 4 night stay, airfare and transportation to the the hotel from the airport all for $35! It was so organized and precautions were taken to keep us safe. Yes, there was money spent on gambling but there really isn't much to do for entertainment these days. We had a blast!

Room Service is the bomb and the slots keep you here.

I am dissatisfied with having guests line up for breakfast at the hotel. There are many kinds of dishes.
The scenery along the Colorado River is so good.

1st room was moldy.and vending machine didnt work.bigger tv and bigger pillows.but room was fine

Not much to say. Enjoyed my time there playing and relaxing.

We stayed in the third tower on the 8th floor. The hotel rooms were FILTHY! When we opened the doors, the rooms smelled like B.O. and a litter box combined! The bedspreads did not smell or look like they had been washed or replaced same with the towels. Pubic hairs were found on the beds, floors, and showers.The bed skirts were stained as was the carpet. Though it is out of our control, the other guests on our floor were running and screaming in the hallways at all hours of the night. The walls are paper thin, we could hear everything they were doing. I wouldn t recommend this place to my worst enemies. Totally disappointing. The silver lining, however, was that guest services were pretty accommodating as we had a dog with us. We were greeted with smiles (under masks of course) and the staff was friendly. I wish I could give a better review but our stay lasted one day and decided to stay elsewhere.

I enjoy playing the slots. There are many machines for selection. restaurants are adequate and rooms are clean and comfortable.

Went there for the buffet. It was pretty average although the staff was very nice. However the price was confusing as, to my understanding, the one listed was only for people with a players card.

Clean casino, beautiful chandeliers. Nothing really special about the casino and I did like the stairs that was kind of like in the middle of the casino but I would have had them in the grand entrance way make it more different. For getting a Player's Club they don't put any new member points on there to play with it make you wanna stay so that was disappointing walked around and left

My first time going to Laughlin and was great! Most of the people there are around 50's+ so wasn't expecting much but we didn't regret it. We chose the room with the river view and was absolutely beautiful. We didn't get in the pool nor played in the casino. We spent most of our time in the river lounging. The Mexican food restaurant has amazing Margaritas and the food is fantastic. Overall service was great and very convenient room location. Will definitely come again.

Sat in the bar all day, drinks and gaming its all great.

Cheap and clean. Just like all mid-level casinos. Clean, service with staff parking the car for free. The in-house restaurants are not the best, we went to eat at another casino. One flaw: it is not said on the hotel card that there is a $ 75 deposit which will be refunded after a few days. However recommended. Just as well as the mid-level casino hotels. Hotel staff are nice and helpful... Bed is very comfortable. Not much to do there during Covid-19 ... River water really cold. Did have fun in the casino, and even won some money. Just wish there was more to do than gamble. Staff at Guy Ferari restaurant said there's a 1.5 hour wait for orders to go and you have to wait in their bar. Steakhouse was closed the days we were there.

Place was nice, room was not cleaned when we arrived and the elevator wait is TERRIBLE. They are so slow

Took 3 keys to get into my room carrying luggage. Rewards card had to get reprinted twice. Hotel says it's because cell phones deactivate the cards.......beware.

I will not go to any of the other casinos in Laughlin. This Harrah's has the best dealers and staff in town and even rival many Vegas locations. They even changed a table limit for us. We drank and played all night and were treated like VIPs the whole night without spending crazy money. All in all the best around.

Employees who work here are outstanding. The health facility for working out is completely abysmal. There's no water in there the equipment is 50 years old and broke if needs a complete revamping. Food is very good and the rooms are too small

It was an odd experience, some provided excellent service and others provided horrible service. I paid extra for a newly remodeled room and I have no idea what was new. Basically there was nothing there great enough for me to return.

Drive the extra mile and just go to Las Vegas.
