My husband and I checked in yesterday to celebrate our 7th wedding anniversary. Starting with the valet guys. They were very nice and courteous and helped us with our bags and parking our car. at check-in we used a kiosk for easier check in and there was an attendant there to help us through every step of the way. She was very helpful I am glad that she was there. Our bags were taken up to our room by a young man named Jesus. He helped us bring everything in and also gave us suggestions for a place for dinner. He suggested The Range Steakhouse which is located right in the Harrah's Casino. The food was absolutely out of this world. Our compliments to the chef. We had a wonderful seat right at the window looking out over the Colorado River. Our waiter his name was Gasper and his attendant. They were very tentative ,friendly and professional. So far we are having a wonderful time spending some time relaxing in our room which was clean and we had the view from the third floor Riverfront. I can definitely say that we will have no problem coming back to visit at Harrah's and Laughlin Nevada.
Very fun place with good promos. They have a poker room. They offer good comps my fiance was offered free rooms at harrahs and she is just a recreational slot player. We got a basic room and a upgraded room both were decent. Thanks harrahs Laughlin.
Had a great time at the Harrah's casino in Laughlin. Awesome food and lots of the newest slots. Had fun and plan to go back next summer.
What an amazing place to visit and hang out on the River the entire day, the rates for jet ski rentals are cheaper than any place in the area as well.
Nice and relaxing hotel and casino. Cafe had good service. Fyi to parents pool is 21 and over only and lake area was closed while there but kids were still able to get in water just could not swim.
Room was not properly cleaned per covid 19 standards. Elevators were dirty. Food thrown in front of rooms were not cleaned up. People not wearing masks. Very disappointed for a Ceaser owned property.

Decent room, comfortable beds. I liked the newer deluxe room with the TV mounted to the wall. Friend had one of the rooms with tge big TV cabinet and there was no room to move. Pin up pizza restaurant was awesome.
Find an orange under the dresser, a bottle cap on the floor, the air worked ok... but wish it would have worked better, staff was very friendly and helpful, but the cleanliness of the room was not that great.
Most of the time we have a Great Time, but the last time we where there, it took forever to get our Room and the even change the Tower.
Best trip to Nevada...the beach on the river was fantastic when it's over 40 degrees. Golfed Laughlin Ranch for 3 days and it was spectacular. The service at Harrah was second to none. Went for breakfast every morning and one of the servers Billy was over the top good at his job.
Great for a weekend getaway. Friendly employees and winning on slot machines made for wonderful trip.
Updated rooms made Harrah' s very comfortable.
Harrah's staff is always extremely friendly and courteous. Signed up for their club and won two free buffets. Water taxi will take you right up and down the river to Harrah's if needed $5 a trip each way or $20 for the whole day. Definitely worth the trip!
Don't gamble here or Tropicana, machines are set to pay back nearly nothing,ever since new owner purchased,and is way too busy to run them. Food is better at an old folks home,stay away
If you want to escape the hassle and bussel from Vegas prices. This is a great Escape. Having the hotel next to the Colorado River is such a beautiful experience. A great place to visit.
Always fun!! Beautiful grounds in the back of the casino. Beach, flowers, etc. Great buffet too! Lots of various games.
$15 minimum blackjack table, not sure if there was anything smaller, but the staff (pit bosses, dealers) were all very friendly! Definitely going to go back, hope I find a $10 table!
Dirty room, dirty sheets, broken headboard promised a credit for housekeeping only to be charged at the end of stay. Thought a suite would have been better. Room was run down furniture was beat up. Overall experience was not worth it. Would not recomend!!

Worst experience, a/c didn't work in room!!!! The free buffet offered by hotel was bad. Pool was dirty, room also needed to be properly cleaned. Advised staff but nothing was done or even an apology. Would never go back again!!!
They offer good complimentaries, the diamond lounge is a must and I suggest a 20$ buy in for video poker to keep the drinks flowing.
I stayed at Harrahs laughlin back in may of this year. And everything was great. I stayed and one of the newly renovated south tower rooms. I must say there's nothing bad that I can say about my stay at Harrah's Laughlin. From check in to check out all of the staff at harrahs were always willing to help. I didn't experience not one problem in my 4-day stay there went extremely well. Everything from the food the gaming jet skiing on the Colorado River. Being my first time ever in Laughlin I must admit this was a memorable one. So much that I plan on going back in September for a week this time staying in one of their Central Tower Suites soooo.
The automated check-in made it super easy to check in and get into my room without having to stand in. The staff was super friendly helping us with the automated check-in. The room was clean. The automated checkout made it super easy to check out as well.
Laughlin has become a bit run down. We have Helen here many, many times. The hotels used to mail put invites to come back or come visit and they..ncluded free drinks, free food, match play, room upgrades etc. I think now, since we live in Vegas, we will do Staycation.

Great place for the whole family. We had the best of times at the private beach, the family pool. Buffet's food was delicious and service was excellent. We even won extra cash at the casino.

I've been to Laughlin before (3 times) and two of those times were spent at Harrah's usually the rooms are nice and clean. The beds provided by the hotel are not the best, but they are comfortable enough. Recommended for Harrah's televisions, you guys should have HDMI cables for them. One thing I seriously loved was the amazing view that the rooms provided.The view is made up of the Harrah's swimming pool and the gigantic Colorado River, which you go visit.

I really enjoyed most of my trip to Laughlin. Harrah's hotel is probably the nicest place around, Aquarius looks impressive, but others look really worn down and close to bankruptcy. Buffet was excellent, the 24 hour Cafe was excellent and reasonably priced.
Gift shop is overpriced, so don't forget anything, because to get to the stores you'll have to pay for cab or water taxi, or walk 72 steps to get to the top, plus a mile. Adult pool was fantastic, with music, bar, and a ice cream shop, Dj on the weekends. Rooms were clean, nothing fancy, but adequate. Casino is has a great layout, easy to navigate, and some machines actually pay off. I've been to better hotels, but can't beat the unique scenery of the Colorado River and the water taxi for weekend getaway.

This hotel was poor because our beds were very uncomfortable, our room was tiny, the elevators were slow, we only had a lamp as lighting, and it was crusty and dusty. The pillows felt like some stuffed tissue paper inside of a pillowcase.
DO NOT STAY HERE..............We have been going to Laughlin for many years, this July 2017 we decided to try Harrah's so reservations were made for three nights. I have always seen the hotel from Casino Drive, never drove into the parking structure. To my surprise when we arrived the hotel to me looks old, not maintained (I have stayed the Harrah's San Diego and Las Vegas) but this hotel looked old, I tried to look passed it. When we checked out I left behind a pair of pants, a blouse and sandals in one of the drawers in the room dresser, when I got home the following day I called, filed a report with Security/Risk management the employees in certain words accused me of lying, I have been calling Susan at Risk Management left her over 6 messages to call me back to get status and a month later no call from her. For my own personal experience make reservations at any other hotel but Harrahh's the price you are going to pay here it is not worth it. Someone either in the cleaning crew or lost in found kept my clothes. The employees have access to your personal items any hour of the day, They fail in cleanliness room or halls, maintenance, cleaning crew, management need to improve.
The rooms and halls smell, had a damp musty smell, old cheap bed covers, carpet stained not properly vacummed, slow elevators, heated, the arcade was not clean, dirty windows. Expensive room fee and Resort Fee this place has to go...........
DO I RECOMMEND HARRAH'S, TO ANY ONE? , the choice is your ABSOLUTELY will never stay here again

Fun place to go, and vacation for summer. Seadoos are only available in summer time but its very convenient because its at the back of the hotel which is on the Colorado River.
This is a top-notch place. Clean and friendly everywhere. Casino is fun and actually pays a little now and then. I saw a young lady win $118,000 on an eighty cent bet! Amazing!

Room furnishings were a bit old and the elevators for tower 3 were one step up from death trap status but otherwise the hotel amenities were nice. Decent pools and fitness center and the restaurants were adequate.

During my only day in Laughlin, I did visit a Laughlin Harrah's restaurant where I had to walk through that horrific stinky carcinogenic tobaccowall, & the eardrum destroying hundred decibel noise pollution. I have eaten gardenburger many times over: "... the original veggie burger made with real, natural ingredients." This one was awful, either due to kellogg &/or due to Harrah, either one. It did taste as mush, as though someone could not decide between a vegetable smoothie & a meat substitute, meat analogue, therefore creating an horrific mush.
In early 2011, my, younger, brother, died; then my father died. They had each spent huge amounts of time in Laughlin Harrah's, as well as other tobaccowall casino locations in Palm Springs, Rancho Mirage, Palm Desert, Coachella Valley, Desert Empire, Riverside County; each casino had made their tobaccowall cancer contribution. This tobaccowall is, as well, @ the average grocery parkinglot, & the average sidewalk.
Clark County is Vegas, Henderson, Laughlin & Bullhead adjacent.
Looking @ the child arcade window, I do think that Harrah's has a child slot machine in order to pleasantly addict them in kindergarten. Harrah's & harass are near homonym, near homophone.

7 of us ate at Guy Fieri's El Burro Borracho food was excellent. They accommodated us a nice size seating when we got there with plenty of elbowroom as we ask for.

Rooms outdated, refrigerator charge of $10 per night but we didn t get it brought up to the room until 2am, car charging stations have locks on them so you have to find an available front desk person to unlock them. Carpet is sickening and detached from the floor. Just doesn t feel clean and not cozy!!!! 2 day stay is not short enough!
We got a petfriendly room. Was overpriced for this room. 2 doubles, were as lumpy as a camels back. Did not sleep at all. Feels like we were downgraded jus cuz we have a puppy. At least the golden nugget upgraded us to a suite for free and the beds were so comfy. The buffet also got my mom sick. It wasnt all that, should have went to in n out.
NOTE....A bit of false advertising for those who think that they can actually use the beach/river.
My husband likes to gamble a little, he has siblings who live in Bullhead City....and myself....I had been coming here for the beach...I grew up on a river, so, I did really enjoy the beach......until Harrahs decided not to hire a lifeguard because they are too cheap. Also, those palapas, umbrellas on the beach, they are going to charge $150.00 per day.
So, you can probably guess by now, we will not return.
