Hotel is not kept up very well. Huge screw sticking out of the elevator floor to the garage. Dealers were nice.

I was very happy and enjoy playing the table, price was super great. Hope to come back soon
They have very nice rooms here. The beach cafe has delicious food. Many gambling games to choose from.
It is a place for both tourists and people from all over, good for holidays, there is a good cervicio.
Love Harrahs Laughlin the best place to stay on the river.
I've really started to like this casino. Clean and the slots pay it out very well. $400 in and $2900 out an hour later!
This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Okay, so my family and friends received a horrible room when we expected a nice updated room. However, we did not. The hallway leading to my room smelled like piss and vomit and the carpet was disgusting. My room was outdated, one of my pillows had a red spaghetti looking stain, my tv was small and glitchy, such bad experiences. Also, we only had wifi for two devices only or you pay a fee of $5 for another device with wifi. For what you pay for, this hotel is not worth it.
We had the presidental suite and it was amazing. The bathroom had a jacuzzi tub for two s did the shower the accommodations were wonderful. It was a great time
This hotel its beds are old and they are deformed. They smell horrible. AC. does not cool. The cleaning service does not exist to the rooms do not have. The two armchairs that have the fabric as a rest are red but they are blacker than red.
Host was rude. Lied to use about our room being a suite with a river view. Decreased benefits for Diamond Members. Bathroom vent fan didn't work and the shower door doesn't have a door! Its a three foot piece of glass so even though the water is hot your getting hit by cold air the entire shower.
Nice casino and hotel but a little removed/remote from the rest of the "Strip". South Tower has recently renovated rooms, but showers have a half door so the bathroom floor does have a tendency to get wet.
There are three or four places i like to stay in Laughlin Nevada. Harrah's is one . Two pools and a private beach on the Colorado river. Located at the very south point of the casino row. It's about a two mile walk to the Riverside hotel and casino. There is a water taxi 5 bucks.I also like the. Golen nugget. Harrah's is well run and has a massive amount of rooms.Everything is expensive. If you stay here ask for a Riverview room.update Laughlin is reorganizing. Needs improvement.
Wi-Fi not free ($ 14.95), dirty rooms, corridors that reek of beer, pool without rules, inefficient reception.
Only pro: free parking
My family and I went here July 13th and 14th. We made a reservation months in advance because we have a dog and wanted to make sure we would have a room for her. when we got there, the valet staff was great and courteous. But when we got inside it was a whole different story. There was a small line, like at any other hotel. The thing is we waited for over an hour and there were only a few people in front of us waiting to check in. when we finally made I to the front of the line we were met somewhat cheerfully by a receptionist. we gave her our name and reservation information, and she was just about to give us our room key, then we mentioned that we had a dog, and she told us that we couldn't stay there because they didn't have a room for us. even though on our reservation it said we had a dog. she told us that she didn't even have a regular room for us at all either, even though she was just about to hand us a room key. turns out we aren't the only ones with this problem. we ended up chatting with another family that had the exact same problem as we did. and they were the next ones in front of us. we ended up leaving and going to the Riverside. Harrah's used to be a top of the line hotel but right now they are probably one of the worst, and we have been going to Laughlin for years. also they charge 10 dollars per day per device for WIFI. that's 30 dollars a day for my family for wifi. never staying here ever again.
I have not been to this place in 20 years and it has changed a lot for the better. A lot more slot machines and table games. And the servers are a lot younger now.
Thank you so much for taking the time and extra precautions to make our trip enjoyable. We visited on June 7 through June 11 and had a fantastic time from the plane ride down to our stay and play. Your casino hasn't changed but we love the Southwest theme, it was clean and inviting as usual and the staff was helpful and friendly. Our room was clean and fresh but we wish we could have been looking out towards the Colorado river. The eating establishments were clean and spacing was adequate and as usual the food was great. The one change I would have liked was to know what eating establishments were open and the times this also applies to the room service. We totally understand you also need to take precautions when it comes to the all of your services. Things that we would like to see implemented or changed are ride services to get around easier, we had to go back to the airport to get a rental and had to wait for a taxi which took some time. Again thank you so much for such an enjoyable trip and look forward to returning.
Machines are very tight, one positive is that they do have a poker room.
Home deplorable, nerdy atmosphere, decoration viellote, catering to be desired, paying wifi (15 dollars). Rooms opposite one another (practice with children) and to top it off, as far as we are concerned, magnificent view of the parking.
Fortunately we only planned one night! Positive point: we slept well and were able to leave early the next day.
Not good anymore. Food and drinks unreasonably high.
sucks have to check in and out on kisk it sucks big time will never stay again
The hotel has a terrible service and the north tower is disgusting. by heaven, the prisoner and they don't let you take anything of yours so is my opinion
Its time to renovate refurbish update or just start all over. Stayed two niites and after no winnings decided to try other casinos. Nothing within walking distance and water taxis stop operating early. Buses dont run often and taxicabs are not cheap. Had to notify maintenance to come in and service A/C vents need to be blown clean and cabinet/closet door is hanging on hinges. Its broken and its obvious. Carpet needs yo be shampooed. The best hamburger you could ever eat is there; big and juicy. The market buffet is great, lots of food choices. I would select another hotel in that area
The hotel and room were great!
We ended up eating at the Ranch Steakhouse inside the hotel. The service and food were amazing, good portion sizes and a great view.
Great place to stay at, their beds are super soft you'll fall asleep in seconds
I have stayed at this property in the past in the same place the north tower, i had great customer service, great stay and a good and clean room. I stayed here the second time thinking there would be no hitches in my stay I was wrong, see I booked this room only to get rest, coming from vegas where i saw a show. I get to the check in where we were encouraged greatly to use the check in kiosk, I personally don't like to use these machines i used them in the past and they never worked right for me. This interaction went without any hitches but I did not appreciate it, it really did seem like we were forced to use these machines while the platinum guests had a live person to serve them. It disenfranchises your lower level guests and make them feel lesser. the only difference between the two is one spends more than the other on entertainment and gambling but your still making money on both.
And so i go with my receipt of my room which I'm satisfied with because my only concern is getting to relax and get some rest. I get to my room I take a shower, go to the bed lay on it, I feel as if the bed has old springs (maybe its an older bed) which is fine I am use to that I do stay at the riverside. I get up to get something from my bag to find out there are lumps on my bed and there is a noticeable dip. Now I've stayed at older hotel rooms in Vegas,Reno and Laughlin I've never had this problem and I'm shocked to find a hotel would even rent this room out. Either the bed needs to be flipped or replaced either way the engineer or maintenance should have taken a look at the bed. I go down to the front counter front desk person he switched me rooms he had good customer service. And said the room he was putting me in was an "upgrade". I get to my room to find out its not an upgrade I don't appreciate that being told to me its just a standard room I've stayed at 10+ resort casinos this is what is called a "location" upgrade either you get an upgrade of where the room is usually people prefer height and the view, the only upgrade i received was where the room was I was going up from the 6th floor to the 17th floor.
I go in quickly get my bags went to the 17th floor, 17th floor reeked of marijuana but i thought nothing of it as long as my room didn't smell like that I was fine went into the room took a quick peek and found that there was a used soap in the bathtub and the towel rack had been ruffled and I was missing a towel. Observed the rest of the room everything was in order and tip top shape so I decided to keep the room because I did not want to go through the hassle of again going down there to switch rooms again.
I got the buffet which was great but closed a bit too early at 8am but that wasn't much of a deal breaker, I then left to the laughlin strip where i went to the colorado belle to see the mardi gras show they had there for about an hour. I went back gambled a bit then called it a night.
Went back up to the 17th floor and smelled an even stronger stench of marijuana. Got back to my room the stench did not reach my room. Fell asleep all night I heard constant banging, people being loud in there rooms and doors shutting, I was in a room that was far from the elevator. At 5am it was even worse I could not go back to sleep and contemplated leaving the hotel at 6am because the noise was unbearable, after 7am the noise died down and I was able to get sleep until 10am.
Great weekend escape with my husband. I was worried when I read some of the reviews, but the hotel and staff were awesome. Extremely friendly and we will definitely go again. Nice rooms too. A shout out to Billy and his wife that work at the Beach Cafe restaurant inside the hotel. They were very friendly! Great food there as well.
Good buffet. Rooms can be hit or miss. Isolated location from the other casinos on the strip.
We stayed here for the weekend. LOVE the Burro Barracho Mexican Cantina....just wish they opened earlier (4PM). BEST mexican food ever. The rooms are outdated, but clean, comfortable and not bad for the price. My only complaint would be no hot water for shower at 10am :( I think they must have a hot water tank for the entire hotel and everyone must have been taking a shower.
Great hotel with casino right next to the river, with all the services designed to avoid having to leave there
Had my USB charging station and my casino chips stolen from my room by their maids. And I fly the charters for this casino. Some awesome place huh? Hire employees with some integrity instead of trying to save a buck by hiring dishonest Chinese imports.
I'm a little disappointed. I think the hotel is dated and it needs some upgrading and modernization. For a Caesars World property, it's below par.
Nice location. Love the flight package we came in on. Staff great. Rooms nice with good views. Wish they had free WiFi. Most negative complaint.
Needs some updating and cleaning... carpet's worn, furniture outdated, pool areas need cleanup
Lots of fun and nice restaurants! Beautiful location!
Better then other casinos but also much more expensive.
It was nice when we checked in that we had a lake view, but the room smelled and the sink was plugged up and had a funky geeew coming out of the sink. We heard people complaning and saying the hotel sucks. No one was winning at all. We gambled alot and it's sad we had a bad stay.
American tourism ..... large hotel with overcrowded pool in need of upgrading. Rooms outdated and not clean. Hotel beach is mini. Fine, but site mirrored a bit better than the actual situation.
We booked a room there for our 1st Anniversary. We were treated horribly by everyone we talked to. We arrived to a dirty bathroom, and a view of the parking lot. We had never been to Laughlin before. There was no coffee pot in the room they gave us, dirty bathroom. The maid woke us up at 9 am even though we had the room all weekend. The workers seem bothered everytime we tried to ask them something. I guess they had a big promotion for regulars and since we weren't regulars we didn't matter. Very disappointed!
It's just meh... old casino with overall friendly staff.
This is the nicest place on Casino Drive in Laughlin Nevada. It is very well that and all the dealers are really nice people not that they're not nice and other casinos but they have a special quality. The buffet is nice. I like the place and I think you will too.
It was decent .clean and cheap! The staff was amazing! I came to Laughlin for vacation and also to get married! I did get married at a chapel across the river but mist of my time was spent @ the hotel and the hotel gaming area..and of course the restaurants. Everything was awesome and it made my stay a breeze! Maybe next year on my 1 year anniversary ..my partner and I will come back! If not then for sure another time! THANKS HARRAHS LAUGHLIN!
Foam party was out of control!!! Can't wait to do it again next year!!!
Played slots and had some drinks. Great place to do both
Friendly bar staff.... Loose machines... Great times
Great view of Colorado River from my room. Friendly staff. Great little private beach with palapas. Only complaint is the look and appearance. Perhaps the constant beating of the summer sun has worn it down a bit. Needs a bit of TLC. But that being said I would still stay here again.
Buffet was clean and the food was good. Pretty busy for a weekday and the emptying trays were replaced with fresh food quickly.
We got one of the new rooms in the south tower. I really like how the elevator takes you down directly to the casino, I feel like the pools and river could have easier access though. It's a some what difficult trip to make with kids in tow. :)
Our group checked in and when I got into my room I stepped on a small piece of glass, when I looked for more glass I found a broken picture and the source of the glass. We just checked in so we called down to the front desk. The front desk did nothing but change our room. Not the experience you want when you just check in after a long travel. My biggest concern was the room was clean and looked to be turned over. If the room was turned over it blows my mind they could miss a 4 ft x 4ft picture shattered. If they are missing large mistakes like this what else is being missed and not cleaned, what else is not being kept up with during the Covid 19 soft open? I was so excited when I booked the rooms and left looking at any other option.
Buffet amazing as always!! Arcade a little ran down but still enjoyable.
One of the good ones in Nevada. Laughlin reminded me of Old Vegas. It has everything that has been removed from Las Vegas, a fair gamble, reasonably priced food, and drinks at the bar w/o stupid lights telling if you can have "Just one more"
Really nice get away,Colorado River is so clear,Just amazing.Staff were friendly and warming.
Room cleaning is poor
