The room was comfortable and the staff was professional

So my parents got a room here and as soon as we entered it smelt like the room had old vomit inside and the carpet did not smell good and i do not recommend staying here.

South tower newly renovated. No bathtubs only showers . Nice pillows,very comfortable bed and a big tv. Excellent price $17 dollar room .

I'm a TR member and will always be. Harrah's is the best Casino in Laughlin.

I stopped to check on my job applications. I was directed to the security booth to get a temp ID. I was then directed to the HR office. The ladies there were very pleasant. The security guard, Bob, was very helpful and also very pleasant! Thank you Harrah's, for having such wonderful folks! I hope I can get hired!

I had such a horrible experience and will never stay here again. It all started out great. Everyone started out treating me really nice during check in. The nightmare started when I was at the casino. I saw a waitress walk by and I asked her for a drink. She gives me this nasty look and ignored me. When she finally came over, I asked here for a Pepsi. She said she needed to see my ID in this hateful tone, and I said for a Pepsi. Then she preceded to lecture me on the fact that I couldn t gamble without an Id. I asked to speak to her manager. Then the manager came over and she was more hateful than the waitress. She proceeded to tell me I couldn t be gambling without and ID. I explained to her my husband was gambling and I be glad to do that but I have to find my husband. She stated that I couldn t do that and I must leave the casino floor immediately. I stated that I am staying at the hotel and if she wanted my ID she could ask the hotel staff, if not I was going to find my husband and she was more than welcome to follow me. After I found my husband she then preceded to lecture me on how I needed to have my ID on me at all times. I was carded again another 4 times during the night for Pepsi and a couple of the waitresses carded me even when I wasn t asking for a drink. The following morning I got carded again and this time I asked them, after my husband suggested it, if they had a stamp or something so I wouldn t keep getting carded. She told me that security would provide a braclet. Sure would have been nice to know that the previous night. So after I got the paper braclet, the hateful waitress from the first night came by and was getting ready to ask me for my ID and then she saw my braclet and she said oh you got one of those and I felt like by her reaction it was suppose to be a secret. That night we decided to try another casino and I never got carded once. I am 38 and it was ridiculous for me to be carded and I felt like the only reason Harrah s was carding me was to be hateful. Oh yeah, and back to the first night, then they wanted to be even more hateful stating I must be actively playing to get a drink. Are you serious? The second casino we went to gave me a Pepsi and I wasn t actively playing, I was watching my husband playing. Everyone at the second casino was super nice. The only reason I gambled at Harrah s was because they allowed my dog with me on the casino floor. But after the horrible treatment, I will never step foot in that establishment.

Love Total Rewards. Slots stink. Takes forever to get free spins on most games. There are better casinos in Laughlin.

Nice hotel, the staff are very friendly. The rooms are large and comfortable. There's various eateries in the hotel and free parking. The surrounding area is quite nice too. Perfect for older people and families.

Very nice friendly place. Good selection of places to eat and lots of games. Probably what Vegas used to be.

I like this hotel, pity that the rooms were not clean

I have been around this property for 15 + plus, I grew up in local Bullhead City. the Biker days back in the middle 90's late 90's was the best. Before the shooting @ Harrah's. My mom was a cocktail waitress here, Buffet is good, lot's of options. I recommend you visit this Casino.

Very dated rooms,housekeeping could be better. Staff friendly. Slots pretty tight.

Room was ok. Air conditioner was weak. Some entrances in the back smelled. The staff at the buffet were arguing making breakfast awkward.

The rooms are gross. Carpet is filthy dirty and the room completely stunk like cigarette (it was a non-smoking room)!! Will not return!!!!

I gambled while wife went to the spa for a massage. The non smoking section of the casino was great. I usually don't like to go to casinos because of cigarette smoke. It was very nice to just play video poker without breathing in the smoke

Great Buffet. Good selection, food and service A+ Gambling was above average.

This place has an arcade, food cort, beach, etc. Great place to come with kids.

Drove from Vegas on a spontaneous out of town dinner trip. Was on the website and the restaurant we wanted to go to said the hours, and should have been open when we got there. But when we walked in, there was a small printed out sign that's said closed Monday Tuesday and Wednesday. With no sign of that being the case on the website. That said, it seemed like an average Nevada casino other than the inconvenience of the restaurant being closed.

By far the best hotel/casino in Laughlin. The place is nice and bright some of the others appear as they did 20 years ago when casinos were very dark and stink like booze and smoke. Harrahs also has beautiful outside areas to enjoy the mountain and rivers views, including a private beach. The rooms recently been remodeled. You can't walk the river walk or down the strip from this hotel it sits far out with a mountain between them and the rest of downtown Laughlin. They have a taxi boat the cost $5 each time you board that takes from casino to casino.
I was surprised in remodeling of the rooms they failed to put a full length mirror anywhere in the room. But everything else about the place is wonderful. The restaurants are great from inexpensive to 5 star. Two coffee houses, Starbucks and Seattle Coffee. The staff is outstanding even on the busy days it was easy to get a drink as they have plenty people working. Everyone was so friendly and customer service was outstanding from the stores to casino floors. It was a great trip. Thank you, Harrahs. For those who gamble seems it was all about luck some people winning, some people losing. It was not an entire casino of people losing. I seen people get royal flushes on poker machines. I got 7 four of a kinds including aces twice in four days. I also got 4 deuces twice. I was winning enough to have fun playing the entire trip. But some of us lost as well but everyone had fun. We didn't feel the need to go to the other casinos to play. There is plenty to do at Harrahs.

My only complaint is there was no microwave in the rooms so could not warm up leftovers and had to waste them

Redone rooms. Get one if you can. They are really nice and clean. Casino floor is big with lots of new slots. Cool table games. Fun restaurants.

Nice property on the river with its own private sandy beach. Most Laughlin riverside hotels do not have a beach, just a pool. Harrah's has both, so if you want to play in the river, Harrah's is the place. If the pool is your main/only focus, other hotels have larger, nicer pools.

The rooms at Harrah's are large to spacious depending on location and price. Many have a river view and for a bit extra $$ there are river front options.

Harrah's is a bit isolated from the other hotels on a slight bend in the river which creates a cove and a private sandy beach. The other riverside hotels are a short drive from the property. There are separate smoking and non-smoking casinos and food options from fast/casual to buffet and full service restaurants.

Food IS AWFUL ....this sure isn't like Vegas Harrah's....can't get to it easily either...the well educated clown that designed that place took this company for a ride.....YUK...poorly ran....

We had our dog and Harrahs was very accommodating, we found a new water and food dishes and treats we could keep. Someone has to stay with the dog so no nights out on the town

STAYED 3 DAYS AAU WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP. Great stay. Harrah's treated us very well with no problems. Great customer service and follow up. I'll be back.

The review is exactly as the title states...a great weekend getaway! The visit was nice and relaxing. The employees were exemplary in their comportment and the food was very good! I would absolutely recommend Harrahs Laughlin

Wowwwww!!! I havent had crab legs like this in so many years!!! Best Crab Legs Dipped In Delicious Yellow Melted Butter!!! I cant wait to come back again!!!

If there was a place to rate a zero, I would have - having stayed in the Las Vegas Harrah's property, I thought this was a safe bet...WRONG!

The room was dirty, 4 hairs in the shower and 2 in the sink! Missing wallpaper, carpet ripped from bathroom to entry, carpet coming loose from baseboard. Dust thick enough next to the night table to change the color of the maroon rug. We should have known as we walked down the hall and noticed the lack of vacuuming done there.

We had planned on eating at the Range which is wonderful in Las Vegas but decided a place that does not care about the cleanliness of there rooms probably has a filthy kitchen. We took our money elsewhere. Also took our gambling money to several of the other casinos just as a protest.

I didn't complain to the front desk, they were inattentive at best...I just won't stay there again.

Honestly, it was bad.

Good overall, sink was clogged but it was repaired quickly.

Not staying there anymore. Was bitten by a bug on leg at night and itched for 2 months.

We went for breakfast at the restaurant there. this is my mom's favorite casino. Whe she comes here this is where she stayed. Nice rooms, excellent service, and that access to the beach is really nice. They also had a very friendly and helpful staff.

Seriously needs a makeover. Our bathroom fixtures were made up of old, unmatching pieces. For a Harrah's property that's always busy, seems they could afford to keep up with the time's? Very outdated.

Mask patrolled. Harrassed by security and waitstaff for moving your mask for a drink or smoke. Had a terrible time there

No TP in the room, or tissue...rooms need updating.

Had a great stay. Dylan at hotel check-in was amazing. Helped us with everything. Employees in hotel and restaurants were great. We would definitely stay here again. Room was very nice and big.

We stayed in the South tower - the room was acceptable. It was a place to sleep without any bells and whistles. The Beach Cafe had amazing food - diner style. Jet ski rental is available, pretty reasonably priced and really fun. Pretty disappointed when the casino ran out off all beverages but small Coke cans, they even ran out of ice. To keep things in perspective, staying at Harrah's wasn't too bad considering our whole trip was comped.

My party and I went to the hotel to enjoy a fine restaurant quality buffet. Sadly that was not the case. My party has been there for their buffet before and they said it was better last time. heed caution when you go there is good days for the buffet and bad. I guess we went on a bad day.

Checked in on a Caesars Rewards Charter from Grand Rapids, reservation said we had North Tower river and mountain view. Our room was Center Tower 4th floor, view was the parking lot and parkng garage. AC was not working set at 60 still not cold. Sink slow drain, shower lukewarm water that night and next morning. We tried calling front desk several times, no answer. Went to desk, very nice lady called manager asked for a river view for us. none available, She found us a room on 14th floor Center Tower, room would be available after 3. We had a rental car so wevleft for the dsy got back to hotel that night, went to room. AC was working room was cool at lowest setting of 60. Looked like burn marks on carpet even though its nonsmoking. They allow dogs here, why? Lots of families with small childten. They charge 14.95 a day resort fee. Ate at Smashburger pricey but really good burger. Hertz will come get you to pick up rental car. Slots were not paying.

Nice rooms, bar tenders not very nice and dirty mouthed. My first time back after 5 years. I'll think I'll continue to stay with Tropicana , edgewater, riverside and Colorado Belle and I really wanted the 24 hour adult pool that's no more. And tight machines. Thanks Bryan

Well, let me first start with the rooms, they are dated and could use sprucing up, 2nd, the slot machine are way too tight...the staff was awesome, the food delicious, but pricy

One of the most worst gaming experience I've had at this casino very luring and absolutely nothing I know gambling is gambling but this casino just takes ur money with really no chance of winning, fair warning stay clear of this casino unless u wanna lose ur money.

Was very disappointed in the dining. Cafe was the only thing open and very pricey, food ok but wouldn't go back for it

The casino and the hotel is up to par however the beach cafe would get perhaps a two star rating , breakfast was dried up gravy pored over hard biscuits and laid around the kitchen for 10 minutes or more before serving me 20 minutes after I arrive. But don't tell them I told you I need to keep in good standings with them.

I just called to check prices for 2 adults and a small dog. $75 charge for the pet fee is not pet friendly. Please put this on your website to save potential travelers the time from calling your hotel. Your adds show rooms start at $75. The additional $75 better be the adjoining room that my dog will enjoy having to herself.

Harrahs casino is great and the rooms are great my only complaint would be the food I have. Always had to go to the buffet to eat dinner during family get togethers and I have no problem giving multiple chances to change my mind.I just never have enjoyed the buffet food l know everyone has their own opinion I mean you could always use the some people are picky excuse and that's true but I don't believe it is in this case let me first make it known that the waiters and cooks and everyone that works there I give a thumbs up very friendly and helpful all the workers. I have never had a problem with any of them it's just the food everything else is thumbs up but the food always looks boring no color it's never up to temp I seriously doubt that it's 140 or above in the selection it's just terrible I keep going back hoping I'll find something that I would like to eat but I don't it's never that fresh the only thing I do eat and could stand is the pizza but tonight I went there and even the calzone was burnt on the bottom and the cheese wasn't even melted in the middle and it definitely had to be about 120 degrees the fruit was okay but most of the time for fruit isn't even right everything else about Harold's I like the room the pool the services that you were given the machine and the people are very friendly but maybe the buffet is just too big and too many items to where maybe you should make it smaller and more quality type food fresh that would make errors over the top it's just an idea I know AVI has a small Buffet but because their food is fresh it's okay of course I've only been to the breakfast buffet anyway Heritage is a thumbs up in my book except the food you should look into that the only reason I am reading it for Starz is because of the problem I mentioned with the food thank you

First time in Laughlin. Smaller venue, retirees abound. Casino not great, very pretty area on the river.

Dated facility. Feels more like a motel than a hotel.
