I want to personally thank you for all you have done to help my mom and dad Norma and Harold Tincher when my Dad had a major stroke in your hotel casino you have done so much to help my mom we want to thank you so much. Words can't express the kindness you have shown to our family to take care of her their and made shure to get my mom safe and sound to Las Vegas and set her up in your hotel there when they had to care flieght my Dad to a be in better care facilitie.

Better hotel/casino among Laughlin's choices. However, it charges a resort fee.

Great casino right on the Colorado River. Have lots of entertainment on the weekends. And two swimming pools one for adults and one for kids

We will probably not return until the rooms are remodeled. The linens were stained and the bathrooms was disgusting. Garbage was not removed when room was serviced.

Most of the casino staff was great. Food in buffet wasn't tasty however the other restaurants were okay.

Old, dirty, employees are rude, rooms are dirty, bathrooms are falling apart, stains everywhere from carpet to ceiling to gaming area. Only reason they deserve 2 stars is they have a decent selection of nexer food options.

The only hotel in Laughlin with a beach. Adult pools and separate children pools.

Nice little hotel/casino on the outskirts of town. Not as busy as others. Rooms are nice, although we did walk in and find an empty Starbucks cup, used spoon, and a note that read "thanks for cleaning the room". Everything looked nice otherwise.

Room was basic. No outlet near the bed. Only chair was hard back and seat - like a dining chair. Nothing comfortable to sit and read. If it wasn't for the no smoking casino I'd stay somewhere else. Employees were very nice though.

No stars for this place. A/c doesn't work. Complain to front desk no one ever came up to see if they can fix it. Paid 117 for a room for nothing. Judy the manager I was told does not call people back nor does she get on the phone. This place sucks. I will never come back here nor will I recommend it.

Just returned from a four day stay,had a great time

Like it in Laughlin better the machines paid better too and the drinks were nice

6 of us had dinner at the cafe and was surprised in how good there food was and desert was even better you dont want to miss it if your hungry and service excellent

It is the first time I am disappointed is not worth what you pay $ 200 dollars The super small beds and smelling dirty feet the small room and smelled of urine and very dirty the best and the only nice thing is the beach but now they charge you I think that $ 400 or $ 500 for using shadows and chairs ... ...

First time to Laughlin and we had a blast love just chilling on the river....

Had a great time at this casino hotel very great service. The spa was very nice.

Well ... my stay was not very good or very bad. Depending on how you get to the hotel and casino you might find the lights off making you believe that it is not the right place, but it is. Do yourself the favor of following the GPS instructions because they will take you to the appropriate entrance. The best thing would also be to park in the parking structure as it facilitates the entrance to the hotel and casino. Anyway, the room was not one hundred percent clean when we arrived, but we did not complain. The view from my room was good as it faced the sea, and the hotel pools. During the day it was pretty cool also because it had dj, bar, and beach. Up to a part is only accessible for you to stay there.

It hast to be the nicest place on the river, nice shady beach.

I loved the pool and the river me and my family had a fun time. The food especially the pizza was great. Also the beds were so comfortable.

Best hotel in Laughlin ! Awesome beach and jet ski rentals. Adult only pool and family pool. Fun for the whole family :)

Harrah's is pretty busy but they have great amenities. The Burro Burracho is excellent and although pricey, worth it. Rooms are average.

The room was OKand the bed comfortable. Disappointed if the fact that the lamp in the room was cracked and the lamp shade was broken. There's a wall mirror over the dresser but no light near it so the mirror doesn't serve a useful purpose. Overall poor lighting in the room. No coffee maker in rooms in tower 3. Really? It's not like the rooms are cheap.

The slots were not very loose today. If I played the maximum I would lose faster without getting any bonuses, etc. When I would play the minimums I'd get the free spins, more wins, but the payouts were much smaller. I've always had better luck at other Harrah's locations. It is a very nice casino. There is a pool & beach for hotel guests. They have free concerts outside for everyone, regardless if you're a guest or not.

Clean, good food. Fairly friendly staff. Lots of smoke from the casino. Expensive snacks.

A little too outdated / old looking and the carpets are super dirty, no one came to clean our room in the 3 nights we stayed there... ive paid way cheaper for better places, the playground/arcade was super dirty too and the machines super old and every other one was broken... The location is great but they could do much better...

Dirty, packed full of foreign tourists that they bring in 10 bus loads at a time, tightest slots ever seen. Our room was disgustingly dirty when we arrived. Food all over the floor, on the bed and inside the sheets. Wow has this place gone down hill!

The room was nice. The bed comfortable. The parking was a long walk to the rooms. The reason i am giving the low rate is the upcharge in the name of mandatory resort fee, which is internet. No choice. The $11 room booked ended up costing $37. Plus a $75 deposit that they return a few days later.

Very nice view of mountains and river. However rooms were not properly cleaned. Found 2 sets of socks rolled up in room. 1 in closet. 1 by the window. Had to call room service because when we first walked in then the connector door would not lock or stay closed. Very dated. Probably won't stay at this one again.

Went for the casino. Very nice and clean place but not a lot of winning going on.

Went to Ferro Mexican restaurant, the food is great and the trashcan nachos were awesome, so much food it's hard to eat it all.

I was not a Hotel guest. I am a local. I went to see Willie. After we went to the Beach Cafe. Service was poor, I had to ask for coffee refills, and the coffee was cold. The food was bad, as the cook didn't know how to cook.

Dont waste your time unless you like having everything going wrong rooms smelled like sewage and I'm in a suite paid extra for bad service smashburger messed up my order and apparently couldn't refund me stay away

Smell like cigarettes even in you room.The rooms are ugly and dirty.

For the entire day of tuesday they never had regular roulette open. They had 3 zero open which has worse odds. Very disappointing that they make a conscious effort to have an entire regular game closed while having a worse odds game open.

Amazing place to come for family and friends the hotel lately remodeled and very classy

The parvite beach areas are nice, and they have a children 's pool an a adult pool.

Rooms were nice but the front counter messed up with rooming. Someone else was trying to get in our room claiming it was the room given to them. We had our stuff in the room already. It was just scary having someone barge in.

Navigating through the hotel was difficult and the beach and pool offer little room for the people

The worst experience ever, terrible service. Reserved 1 night river view, which was confirmed and paid for...Arrived and was told the room was not available. They put us in a parking lot view room that someone had heavily smoked in. We are both highly allergic to smoke. I called the front desk and they advised a machine from maintenance was on its way up to clear out the smoke but they were fully booked. We were told to stay out of the room for more than an hour. The machine never arrived. They sent housekeeping up to clean the room?????, after we were advised that manager found us a room. The front desk then sent a bellman to our room with new room keys, since management found us a room with the river view and no smoking. I moved the bags to the new room (which did not smell) and went to dinner. After returning from dinner our new keys would not work...So we go down to the front desk again...only to be told they had rented the new room which we had put our bags in to someone else. Security and a "manager" accompanied us back up to the "new" room retreived our bags and advised we had to back to the old smokey room. We had little sleep and left early in the morning...Do not bother to book this hotel in Laughlin the management is terrible...the staff is less than mediocre. They obviously have a hard time managing anything...

All kids 20 pileing in one room just to use the pool kids running through the casino why do they allow the kids in a casino in the first place. Rooms are dirty dust balls in every corner to us it was a dump
