Harrah's Laughlin Hotel and Casino Reviews

Enjoyed the atmosphere and location. Games paid well and the non-smoking portion of the casino is very nice! I like it here.

Very rude. They kept bringing busloads of people in and we couldn't even get our kids out of the arcade. The arcade was fun for the kids and the attendant was great with kids.

Love Harrahs. They have beautiful beach on the river, pool, hot tub and great views. The buffet is very good. Smashburger is great. They have a steak house and a mexican restuant too. Starbucks coffee & gift shops. All the staff are friendly and service is number one. Lots of machines, table games, keno. Big non smoking area, but the smoking area is ventilated very good. The rooms are nice in the central tower but I think the north tower could use some help! But they are all very clean.

The place it's ok; the casino area is small. We we're gambling, having drinks, minding our bizz... my friend usually talks very loud but not profanity tho. However all the suddendly, Security was around us because of it. Please assess situations properly, let people enjoy their time away from life's problems and pressures.

this is the most neglected of all of Harrah's properties . We have stayed at almost all of them and were brought into this one on a flight offer. First off, the front desk staff are rude and completely unaccommodating. It was 41 or 102 degrees this week and our A/C was virtually non existant. I called the front desk, to no avail, they wouldn't move us, What the H? I called supervisors, asked for a fan, it took six calls to six departments, on the third gruelling night we were given a fan, little it did to relieve the pain, as we were facing west in the hot afternoon sun. I am in travel, and actually left two messages for the General manager in this property, left him a voicemail, he did not care to take the time to contact me back. It starts at the top, so not surprised the staff could care less about you, only your tips! The rooms are outdated, dirty and the bed is the most uncomfortable old bed I have ever slept in, again, we have travelled the US and the world so we are experienced in what to look for. I was worried whether there were bugs too, but didn't dare to lift to the mattress seams. considering the lack of empathy from this property, the dreary casino environment, with no music and no ambiance, certainly nowhere near Las Vegas experience in the Harrahs Casino. There are many other properties closer to action, up the road a brand new with beautiful pool and rooms resort better for your soul!

We had dinner at the Steakhouse. Awesome steaks and great waiters. Shrimp was wonderful. Never saw shrimp that big.

1st time making this trip. We had a very good and relaxing trip. Ready to go again and would recommend this trip.

The restraunts are ok at best. But so nice to walk right down to the river from our room. Also nice to have a fresh cinnabon in the morning which is also on the casino floor. The employees are nice too. The casino is good as well. Pretty good experience overall.

Nothing impressive at all. Not sure how it's a part of ceaser entertainment and probably the second worst casino on the strip looking wise. Hotel room is nice. South tower

Very nice and clean, plenty of customers and staff was great making sure everyone was wearing their mask, the slots were nicely spaced and everyone appeared to be enjoying themselves.

It had been a while since I'd been to Laughlin and Harrah's was one of the nicest places to stay on the river. Unfortunately they have lowered their standards. My family and I stayed in the North tower which is in need of a remodel. Room was old and outdated and the TV was about the same size as my iPad. The line for the elevators was ridiculous and the pool area is basic and not very kid friendly. I will probably look elsewhere next time I visit Laughlin.

Room a 4 casino not very attractive. Dirty looking.

There for breakfast buffet.Just wonderful. Friendly staff, bright,.. cheerful.Good way to spend the morning. Great start to my day. Thank you again Harrah's.

Room in very poor condition, safety latch broken, lamp not working, tv remote not working. Food at buffet very disappointing.

Besides not paying out on the slots, I have enjoyed visiting here. This was my second time coming to Laughlin.

The valet guys are amazing!! Professional and friendly. Miguel and crew are terrific.

A great place to stay in Laughlin and the people there are wonderful!

I stayed in tower 3. The room was decent, nothing super special. Good for the money though. The sink backed up and the shower was slightly uncomfortable. Overall it was an okay night stay.

Booked a suite specifically with a jacuzzi tub. The tub was there...however jets no longer work. Seems they no longer maintain them, as the permanent note and subsequent call to housekeeping confirmed.

Beautiful day out by the river. Races and comedy this weekend! Harrah's a great family getaway!

Free rooms for 2 nights. Left after use only 1 night. No bars open, no bar poker, yet, table games like blackjack and poker did not have to adhere to social distancing. Will visit again in future but stays will be very limited.

Really clean. Great people works. Love there Starbucks.

Saw Coolio and Tone Loc and had an amazing time! Hopefully they have more beach parties over the summer!

Everyone is friendly ,it's quiet during daylight hours.food at the beach cafe really good,plenty of it for reasonable price..

BEDBUGS!!! Wish I could give 0 stars. We stayed here a couple of weeks ago and there was a bed bug in our room. I called front desk and they sent security to make a report and take pictures. I asked for a refund and they said no but they can give me another room, a room just a couple of floors down. I said I need to be atleast in a different tower or something. So they gave me the "presidential suite" probably from the 1980's because it was so outdated and the AC wasn't working, I called the front desk again and they sent someone to fix it, they guy said he had to go up on the roof. He fixed it and it worked for like 3 minutes before it shut off again. At this point I was tired of calling front desk and dealing with all this.. it was already late and We had to pack all our stuff to go to this other room, i had a 3 year old with me so I just slept with no AC. When I checked out I told the front desk that I needed a refund for all the issues I had I did not want to pay for that. They said they can only reimburse the $15 resort fee and told me to call back in a few days after the investigation to get a refund. Well ofcourse their investigation was "negative" and they refused to refund my money. I will never step foot in this place again or any other Harrahs properties.

I stayed for 3 nights. I took my small dog w me and they gave me a room that looked like it hadn't been cleaned for a while. The reason why i mention my dog is because they have a whole different floor for guests that bring their pets. Obviously because they don't want pets peeing on the carpet, these rooms have no carpet, wich it's understanding. What i didn't like was that, the floor was dirty, looked like it hasn't been swept in a long time. There was a pair of dirty socks under one of the chairs, sugar packets on the floor by the edge of the bed, one of the beds was VERY SQUICKY!! It was annoying!! Other than that, The housekeeping ladies were nice and gave us what we needed. Ballet parking was good as well. But it'll be nice for them to keep all rooms nice and clean, even if its rooms where pets are allowed. Having a pet and getting a different room doesn't make it any different for them not to clean the rooms the same way as the others.

In one of the rooms I found a dead roach. My air did not work properly. My room was so warm. This is the worse experience we have ever had at this hotel.

Although this being my second visit at Harrahs, in past I gave a very high mark from my first stay. This recent stay May 19, 2018 is my second visit with tickets to Pitbull. The reason I mention Pitbull is because that is the only good fun part of our trip. I was shocked to realize the cleanliness, and up keep of the rooms we stayed in. Out dated rooms, with a bathroom I felt was like going camping.The showers were so disgusting I wore socks while showering to keep my feet from touching unsanitary cracked tile, with both bathrooms in each of our rooms were without a fans! Are we still living caves before the fan was not even invented, come on, really, it's 2018!!! I'm sorry a new shower curtain and new soaps on the sink will never make it a five star let alone one star!!
I wonder why they even book rooms so poorly kept. I'm sorry my retired mother and father had to be dealing with such an experience! Not to mention the disgusting doors,windows, elevators thur out the whole hotel with finger prints guaranteed germs infested party waiting to be touched every entry way! You smell the order of tobacco in the majority of the Casino. Maybe because the biggest area to gamble caters to smokers! I'm talking about smoking section right next to all the restuarants!! If you looking for a guaranteed disappointment, by all means, book your rooms!!
Don't be mistaken with the one star I left, it's only because they will not post any review unless a star is punched in by you! They get 0 stars by yours truly!

We went to piff the magic dragon show and ate at the buffet. We loved the food and the venue period was a great time and we will be back for more shows and entertainment

The casino is in need of a facelift but still overall satisfied with my gaming experience!

Staff was very friendly. However, the room we booked online was not what we received.

Well the room left much to be desired, had a damp musty smell with a very springy bed. The shower was the best part, lots of water pressure. Found that it was very busy with lots of children (we do not have children). Elevators were slow and heated, awkward to take.

This place looks new on the outside. Dirty disgusting hot rooms AC like swamp cooler awful. I am not rich. But I am a guy who likes cleanliness quiet comfortable. The beds are very uncomfortable. Do not I repeat do not stay here

Excellent place, good visits, the location, everything very clean .... I loved it.

Myself and my wife went on a mini vacation to Laughlin and stay at the Harrah s. It s was sooooo fun. The view of the river was soo nice. Saw the jet ski and boats passing by. The hotel room was nice and clean and the food at the Beach cafe was soo Yummy. The staff at the cafe were so nice. The games were good to play for gambling. Won some money playing slots. I would recommend this hotel any day! Every staff member was so welcoming and the views are so peaceful. They have a smash burger and a Cinnabon place in the hotel. If you want to jet ski I would recommend crossing the street and finding rentals.

While it looks good I was a little shocked because each of the elevators was in need of repair with one not closing when we got on then being stuck there and two others having the doors open before they reached the destination.

Love this place!! More laid back, peaceful and less crowded than Las Vegas. There are some nice touristy things outside of Laughlin as well. The staff at Harrah's has always been friendly and helpful. Can't wait to go again..

My room was non smoke and it was amazing. The room service was great and the people working made the stay relaxing.

I like the place but $5.50 for a beer was kind of steep. I should have sat at the slots I would have gotten my beers for free! Oh well, live and learn.

Went for the Rascal Flats Concert was outside didn't like that didn't Feel the same, so I won't see a concert there again. Very disappointed was really looking forward to seeing them too

Wow come on guys. Service checking in horrible. Waited in line 2 employees not doing anything looked at us and walked away. Waited then one came back after 10 mins. Said can I help You. Wow. Next get to room and what a rat hole. Dirty motel 6 room. Casino very tight i mean very save your money!

A star really seems a lot for this place I thought it was horrible just to get there they charge you 75 per night of deposit apart from 16 dollars per person that if they are not refundable to be able to have an internet that does not work and use a pool that is a bathtub porq is super small for such a large hotel and also the rooms if you touch the tower 1 congratulations all remodeled but if you touch the 3 all old had no refrigerator or coffee maker although a worker who did not hear talking we put one in the room that I think that was the only thing that seemed good about that place, plus you have to do a tremendous row for the elevators and the buffet food was not bad but I think it's a little expensive as well as the super expensive drinks so for all this I really do not recommend it to anyone

Traveled during pandemic, only to be treated badly. Caesars charter staff and program were flawless, but casino was stressful. Not a vacation experience...

Was pretty and clean. Didn't stay overnight, just visited by water taxi before leaving. The beach looked nice.
