As good as Harrah's gets great service and easy to get to water taxi
i have stayed at most of the Ceasars properties,,, the staff here is by far the best, love this place
Lovely view from our Suite, laid by the pool, also went to beach, also went into the hot tub. Our hostess was superb, we were treated excellent. She gave us some amenities. I would highly recommend Harrah's in Laughlin Nevada. We have been going there since 2002 and we plan on continuing visiting Harrah in Laughlin Nevada. We Love the scenery, we love the dry heat. Because in Oklahoma we have so much humidity. I would recommend this place to anyone. Since 2002 we have been assigned two three different Casino Host, 1 was no longer there, and the other gentleman that took her place he got promoted, and now we have a lovely lady who is our hostess. And I would recommend this place to anyone. Who desires a place of comfort, security, beautiful scenery, and a beach has been made on the Colorado River.
I haven't stayed the night here nor gambled; only visited to eat at Buffet and El Burro Burracho. Once I spend a little more time there I may have a more detailed eeview to share.
Was excited to check in early, but the room assigned was still dirty. Called the front desk and spoke with a really nice representative that got us into a clean suite, which had the potential to be great. But the room was in desperate need of some TLC, peeling paint, broken closet door and lamps... and everything (the whole hotel) is kinda dirty and dingy also seemed extra, extra, EXTRA smokey. My first stay and I guess I expected higher quality from staying at Caesars properties in Vegas. Little to no social distancing, or masks, everything was packed, they were counting people coming and leaving the beach but it was literally body to body! We left without going down. Friendly staff at the Guy Fieri restaurant but most of the food was just gross....just a completely disappointing stay. So glad we were only in town for one night!
Harrah's Laughlin is an excellent place to visit. We always have an awesome time and the staff and people in general are friendly and fun!
Economy rooms were cozy and riverside views we're nice. Best buffet in town, but food quality was inconsistent especially with the steaks. Omelette bars were the most consistent food in the buffet. Did not gamble.
I had a great 5 days 4 nights here. My suite was comp'd. Service was great everywhere I went. My comps were great, friends here with me were jealous...lol. The casino is great! Most of all the staff here is very friendly! They greeted with a smile, they were very courteous, they remember me here in January. The staff at ALL the other casinos seem to be crabby. The last time I was in Laughlin, I stayed at the Aquarius but came here to gamble. The staff at the Aquarius seemed like I was bothering them. We walked up and down Laughlin to all the casinos, in January, in all the casinos staff was not friendly at all! Harrah's us definitely my home! Everytime I come here, it's the same great service! Good Times!
Very Good Price! Loved that they had casino's right in Hotel! Won a few bucks happy to know that you can do pretty much what you want from the comfort's of the hotel!!!
Very old Vegas. That's why we love it. It also has the best steak house around. Everyone's very friendly.
The first time staying in this hotel & I have to say I was NOT at all satisfied the room we got was outdated not clean write or maybe because we got it the same day & at a cheap price we got what we got. THEY DEFINITELY NEED TO UPDATE THAT SECTION OF THE HOTEL, to top it off we got a room that was for handicap people, don't get me wrong I have nothing against handicaps it's just that we aren't handicap, I mean we only over drank that's why we had to stay another night & that's why we stayed here.
Room was a lil dirty when we got there but everyone was so nice and happy to assist with whatever we needed.
The hotel had a beach. I think that's enough right.
Indoor smoking in casino, but it was not intolerable and my non-smoking room didn't have any smell from it. Great service and fun machines. Food was good, too. I would go again. Definitely use the complimentary valet parking.
The hotel was nice, the staff was always friendly. I would have given 5 stars except they upgraded my room without asking me so I ended up not getting the amenities I paid for. They must have overbooked the rooms but I made my reservation months beforehand.
Diamond service was great. Rooms were clean. Just dont like the outsource operator in Philippines. They were not friendly and knowledgeable
Nice and calm great staff ...food was amazing gotta eat at Guys place yum yum
Was in town for the afternoon, decided to go to the steakhouse for dinner, excellent food, and excellent service, will definitely be there again next time I'm in town
Nice rooms, facilities and I made some money on slots. What's not to like?
Okay. Basic room, no frills. Was here for one night (a Monday). 6th floor, was quiet.
Good amenities and a decent over all time. Food options have improved.
They offer the worst service to customer.
Horrible service !!!
All right but the only problem for us is the elevators
I really do like Harrahs it's my second pick in Laughlin. The buffet is pricey and the food is good. The rooms should be more updated and all elevators should work but they dont. Staff is friendly and you have a nice time there.
Totally terribly designed hotel casino combo the walk to tower 3 is like the walk of shame from their ruthless slots and dungeon brick walled rooms old TVs and broken light bulbs
Really nice place and they take care of Military by giving them a Platinum status card in Honor of our service. I will be back!
It was a good vacation there but four did not have a refrigerator.
Thanks for the trip but far from free. So disappointed in machines so tight couldn't hit anything. Will think twice next time.
We use to stay here but the room cleanliness has go e down hill. And all the new extra charges is getting out of hand. They charge a resort fee now and you have to pay for the beach palapas. They were free for years and now all of a sudden it's a huge cash cow for them charging $100 for them. Sorry harras you have lost all families business, we did ha e some good times there but we enjoy the free park across the river now.
The room was nice, comfortable, and clean. The gaming floor actually pays out and doesn't just eat your money. The restaurants have great food, and staff is awesome.
If I could rate Harrah s zero stars I would. This is the worst experience my family and I have ever had staying at a casino/hotel. We travel and stay and different hotels quite often and this by far has been the worst experience ever. Beginning with the disgustingly, filthy rooms, which I m sorry I didn t take pictures to add to this review. The beds were hard as rocks, the bathroom was dirty with hair on the floor and bathtub. Carpet clearly had not been vacuumed. We just dealt with the room as we were not going to be staying long in them, just to sleep.
What topped this horrible experience was the racist lead lifeguard, DWAYNE RIE, on the beach. My family of four had been on the beach during the morning, as we were waiting for other family members to arrive that were also staying with us as we had THREE rooms booked. When our family arrived they met us down at the beach and went back up to use the restroom to change into bathing suits. After coming back down Dwayne stopped them and refused to let them by, getting in their face. I asked him why he was not letting them by, and he said because they were not staying guests. After explain to him and going back and forth with him, arguing and yelling at us we asked for a supervisor and he responded that he was the supervisor. So we asked him for a manager, he responded that he was the highest authority there. He ended up calling the Security Supervisor who asked us to register them to the rooms and they would be fine. While my husband and I (Diamond players) went upstairs to register them, he kept harassing our family waiting downstairs. My husband decided to file a complaint for the way he was treating us. We went back downstairs to notify him that our guests were registered and he still refused to let them by. He wanted to see everyone s ID to check with registration to make sure that they really were registered. After showing him ID s, he didn t even acknowledge the identification he said that because we were giving him a hard time we were all not allowed to go in period. The security supervisor, LUIS HERNANDEZ agreed with RACIST DWAYNE RIE and refused to let us in. My children were on jet skis and were very sad to know that we had to leave because of RACIST DWAYNE RIE AND LUIS HERNANDEZ. We then proceeded to the family pool where he followed us all the way there. This was beyond the most humiliating experience we have ever experienced. WE have NEVER been asked to leave anywhere in our entire lives or been yelled at by an employee in front of other guests. I will never return to Harrah s.
Everything is expensive and the food was lousy! I'll never go there again.
i called harrah,s in laughlin from salt lake city as they advertised pet freindly we made a reservation for two nights. after driving 500 plus miles to get there i went to registar in the vip check as we diamond players and have been harrah,s customers for more thank 20 years. they handed me a form as what i had to do with my dog. i said i do not have a dog, we have a cat the lady said we do not take cats. i said you do not consider a cat a pet you advertise pet freindly and when we made we said we had a pet which was fine. had her call the manager he said we do not except cats. well this is great false advertising as a cat is a pet just like a dog. so at 7 p.m. we were out looking for a motel that had vacancy and took a pet. which we found in bullhead az. .this created a lot of stress after driving 550 miles to get there i have consult my attorney as this kind of advertising needs to be taken care of. jack knippel
Rooms were nice a little far from rest of hotels. Has it's own beach which is nice. Resraurants are pretty good
Staff are not as friendly but the hotel and casino is nice with great amenities
Room with no towels when we arrived. Can't use the beach area because the hotel did not have lifeguard in duty. No personal in front desk. (Now is only computers, can't help you in answering or fix issues. ) I am very disappointed with this hotel. I will not recommend it to nobody.
It was a good time, didn't get rich but not leave poor either.
Great service, clean and fresh. Affordable betting levels.
The hotel and surrounding property are dated and appear like their on deferred maintenance. Stayed here 25 years ago when I turned 21, doubt much updating has occurred since. Buffet was best part of the hotel. Stay away from the arcade.
Nice property...outdated rooms and decor.. But a nice clean stay..
Love the place, the people are real nice, could definitely see my self living out there in that community. .
Our room was outdated. 20 year old carpet, no refrigerator, view of a dirt ditch. It's 116 degrees outside & the hotel is nowhere near full.
I live in Las Vegas and I was unpleasantly surprised on the poor quality of the rooms. Our rooms were in the North Tower. These room's are old and worn looking. Beds were hard as a brick, caulking coming undone around sinks and bath tub, no drain stop so unable to take bath, wall paper separating from wall, scuffs on toliat seat. These are basic maintenance that should be addressed before room's are rented. Passage way's extremely hot! Positive, love the private beach and staffing was very professional and pleasant. Clean bedding and no staining on mattress.
Sorry to say our room was dirty when we check in hairs in tub, shower wall, floor (hairs every where). Was too tired to complaint after gambling in your casnio all night to 8clock in morning.
North tower river view Love this place I stay 5 night great price great staff
Fun place to go to. Bartender vanessa Mccracken was very attentive, and very polite. We had a blast at the gold diggers night club.
First time visiting. Was tteated like a human being. As if someone rolled out the red carpet. Thank you for a great two days
It's a little far off from everything there, but it's one of the nicer looking hotels. The room, upon arrival, smelt clean and was well maintained.
Strong drinks good atmosphere was in tower 2 rooms could be updated. Expensive to eat. Avg. Meals 17.00 a person.
It was kind of horrible the bath rooms suck and sorry did not mean to put a 5 star. Also the rooms smell like smoke
