THE SEAFOOD BUFFET IS OFF THE HOOK, AWESOME, DELICIOUS! Staff are friendly. The best casino I've been to in Laughlin so far.

I never write a negative review because its just not worth my time, but i was so mad....
1st room was dirty and the bathroom had mold in it (looked like a high school football locker room. Also, the walls in this place are cheap looking bricks, sort of what you see in a jail cell on TV. The second room wasn't much better other than it was clean.
We booked this room almost 3 months prior and requested a high room with view. We got the 1st room on the 7th floor and the cleaner room on the 5th (there are 20 floors here). We were told it was because of a 3rd party booking but the fact that we spoke directly to Harrahs I guess didn't matter.
Finally, our view was of the rear parking lot! The ONLY thing they got right was the room was non-smoking. I figure its because they knew they couldn't push it that far (and they were right. Finally, i can say that Harrahs should be ashamed to put their name on this place and the company will never see us again.

The rooms are nice and beds are very comfy a and the workers are very nice

We spent 1 night here and the price was right. The room was decent and we had a good nights sleep. Complaints: The WIFI did not work and when I asked for help at the desk I was told to do what I had already done. Then I was told she had no idea, to phone the number on the paper. I had tried this and the number would not go through from the phone in my room. Other than that the cafeteria in the casino was closed while we were there for some renovation work.

Best buffet, great player benefits, friendly staff, beautiful rooms, great pools, beautiful beach, gorgeous view! Also has nonsmoking casino floor!

Dirty! Dirty, dirty! Rooms in bad shape, but still charge normal prices. Rude management. Stay so somewhere else!

This place is really old room was like we went back in time. This place needs a complete remodel won't ever stay there again...not worth the high price for the room they charge.

We had a pet friendly room and I was a little upset we got the last room on the floor it was ok had a little odor when we went in but understandable. Also felt the payback on the machines was terrible.

I am disgusted by my room. I can't wash my hands enough. Went to take a shower and there was hair on the walls. Opened the mini fridge to put away drinks and there was take out from a previous guest in there. The room is out dated, bugs were on the window sill. The sink leaked onto the floor causing a slipping hazard. Just so many things wrong with the room. Stayed in the Central tower 5th floor. The only thing good about the stay has been the view from my bug infested window. THAT'S IT! And the new kiosk check in was a complete nightmare!!! Stay somewhere else. This place is gross! Will update with pictures.

Had a great time. Water taxi's and nice little beach to sit and watch the sun come up.

The beach is awesome! They have some good restaurants and games.

I stayed in the North towed and it was good. The only disappointing thing is the cafe. The cafe is below par.

It's very nice,from the entrance to the interior. Exquisite beach with chairs and umbrellas.

Though it is dry and hot, there's a cool breeze that soothes even my inner soul. I see this chapter coming to an end and am having opposing feelings. Longing for the past 6 years fondly and the excitement of being drawn to, what's next? I love that my faith is in God because each waiting period is followed by a productive period. And I love watching what our Father does!

Air conditioning in rooms dont work all that great. For the casino it self.. Amazing

Who stopped here a couple of times, and enjoyed the games . The staff is generally friendly and helpful. But it is just an average Casino as far as we've seen. The one thing that does stand out is that if you stay there , they have a very nice Beach.

It's a nice hotel the TV's are a little dated though but it has everything else you need to sleep and relax comfortably

I never win in the casino area but I must say if you have kids, they have the best arcade in Laughlin. It's open till 10pm most nights so it's a fun place to bring your kiddos.

This would normally be no more than a one star bit staff helped make up for some of the deficiencies. The room that they gave us in the north Tower had spider webs covering the popcorn ceiling and wall decorations. Spiderwebs covered the outside of the windows which were then filled with dead insects making it very difficult to even see what view there was. The bathroom sink was cracked and broken and there were used Q-tips on the floor. Also had light bulbs completely missing. We asked the front desk if there was some way we could get another room and they were very understanding. They said that that Tower was next on the schedule to be renovated and that it is in pretty tired shape. They then relocated us to another room that was much cleaner and we could see out the window! Personally, I think Harrah's should stop selling rooms that are not up to standard or risk becoming a name associated with cheap and dirty Motel grade rooms. Rooms full of spider webs are just creepy. No excuse. On a positive note, the second room had a great view of snow on the Peaks behind Laughlin. Pretty rare sight!

Beautiful hotel & casino with a beach side by the world famous Colorado river with entertainment for the hard cord casino lovers

The air conditioning unit was somewhat noisy, but they did let us check out late.

Theres a disconnect with this hotel. Beds are not comfortable, no outside activities except on Saturday night theres a beach concert. Yes they have a very small beach swimming area but required a secondary key to access. There is a jet ski rental area. Can definitely see it's an aged property where upkeep isnt a priority. I'm a Ceasars Rewards member and this falls short of the standards I expected.

Nice, older hotel property. Very clean and we'll maintained, not smoky smelling like some of the casinos in Laughlin.
We took the water taxi up to the Aquarius for dinner. Five dollars per person for the water taxi each way. It was a addition to our vacation.

Rooms are very nice, but the hotel is far from everything else

Wasn't informed bout the non cleaning policy. Had to inquire then get clean towels. We booked 2 rooms for 2 nights and couldn't even stand behind a separated divider to watch the Sunday football games. I was understanding bout no sitting in seats without placing 100$ bet. But not being able to stand that was extreme for being a paying customer.

I was disappointed with the quality of the hotel. Dripping faucet, and faulty lighting.
As for the price? Totally not worth it. Next year I'll be staying at a better hotel...for less, too.

Long line at registration with only one employee at desk. The buffet was priced very high, food very bland, desserts disappointing. Room was very nice and rest of staff very helpful

Had breakfast on Veteran's Day; very nice and helpful staff, food was alot better than expected for a morning casino buffet.

Sad, dingy place for a casino.
Love Harrah's but will do Vegas or Tahoe before if go back to Laughlin.
Staff was excellent, and the restaurants we're good, I just didn't like the facilities or Laughlin in general.

Good food, buffet was ok, was hard pressed to find great food. Casino was ok, penny machine was fair played a good hour on 10 dollars. Stay was ok, but air in non smoking seamed to have smoke mixed in no matter where we were. Everything was clean and new.

Went to Ourback in neighboring Aquarious Casino. Dinner was wonderful.

Best place ever, to stay and have a good time you don't have to go anywhere else everything is here on the same casino, 2 pools River beach spot, play all the machine's you want eat the best pizza on one of many restaurants and more. Special parking for your boat.

Amazing food at guy fieri restaurant and the overall hotel is amazing

Our room was great, excellent maid service. All staff were terrific.

The hotel is ok the casino same nothing change every time I go there the same games kinda boaring plus I hate the front desk take over 15 min to respond even as diamond or seven stars the caffe food dont tried gonna be waste the money

BOAT OWNERS BEWARE! While parked in the Watercraft parking lot last night our boats upholstery was completely destroyed/slashed by vandals...As well as several others we saw...

A majority of the Staff was rude. Gambled for four hours on our first night there (monday) and couldn t get a drink or any waiter to acknowledge my presence. Our last night ( friday) there were at least 250 kids in the casino, they were also running around on our floor pounding on doors at night. Pillows were filled with air and had nothing to them, only one actual restaurant open in the hotel. Nothing to do for entertainment besides gamble, ( not paying $20 a day so i can watch a movie at night). No good promotions going on at the moment.

Suite was a little dated, but staff was friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed our stay and would consider staying at Harrah's again the next time we come to Laughlin.

The Service is incredible the room is amazing though it would be better if the. Were bigger the location is amazing since its right in front of the river I really love this place

My family and I stayed here recently. Everyone was super nice and the rooms were great. My son loved the arcade. They have a large pool and hot tub. There are also plenty of dining options. I would definitely recommend this hotel..there is something for everyone!

I give my host 10 stars she is the best!! Desiree you rock!!! But one of the graveyard bartenders is unreasonable. However, the other shifts bartenders are awesome! I come here very often and just love my home away from home...

Very bad service. The rooms are not clean. The floors are dirty. One of the guest checked into their room and found hair in the shower. I met a lot of visitors visiting Harrah's Laughlin. They all had the same conversation. Very dissatisfied. The valet and two of the check-in staff and bell staff were amazing. Overall I don't recommend the Harrah's Laughlin. The outside is beautiful, but the rooms are a mess. They are in process of upgrading. Where you lay your head and dress should be sanitary. Good luck.

I stayed at the Riverside jet ski down to harrahs they have a nice Beach and some good food right there
