By far my favorite casino. Caesar's Entertainment has many casinos, but this one makes me feel appreciated as a customer.

I usually have to rent a car to get here, but it is well worth the extra expense.

Vegas is fun. I live there. Laughlin treats you better. It's a smaller pond, so you are treated like a bigger fish than in Vegas.

Hot, stuffy. Slots pretty much locked down. The place was sparcly occupied. Cigarette smoke was not sufficiently scrubbed from the casino floor like in the other casinos on the river. Only spent an hour and walked away, less than happy. They should, and can, do much better.

Travel to this Hotel for my Fourth of July weekend. It was a pleasant visit. I must admit the view from my room was breath taking. Not only that, but this hotel has a special lake/pool for adults. It made me feel I was away in a mini vacation in Mexico for spring break. Also the bar has great varieties of drinks. I'll be definitely be coming back.

I don't want to spend money on this place. Rather than blaming the hotel, I think there are too many group travel agents. Rather, it would have been better to give them the opportunity to experience other hotels in Las Vegas. At least the hotels on the strip aren't at this price.

The South Tower rooms are clean, modern, and relaxing. I enjoyed the convenience from the elevator to the pool and beach facilities.

Even though the temperature was well in the 100s during my stay I felt comfortable throughout.

There are great places to to eat from The Beach Cafe, Smash burger, Cinnabon to the Buffet.

There are the adult, family pools as well as beach right at the river to cool off.

A great place for the entire family.

I did not appreciate waiting in line 30 minutes then one of their so called seven stars members shows up then gets waited on first think they are not anyone special should have to wait their turn just like anyone else

We ate at the buffet for dinner, its went up since we ate there before (price), we like all the choices, the food was awesome, we had a awesome date nite, we didn't gamble this time, but had fun tho, so that's why I have it 5 star's

The hotel was okay. When I booked it said I would her 2 free breakfast buffet entries, but when I checked in they said that it wasn't part of the room deal. That was disappointing. The room was clean but a little run down. Most of the staff was friendly. It's close to the river and lake Mojave. Overall it was a good experience.

Here is the deal with
Laughlin and Harrahs.
This was a great place to gamble and party back in the day. Unfortunately, that day is long gone.
The good: the rooms are cheap and there is a river ~
The bad: the food is not good and expensive. Coffee at Starbucks is 3x the normal price.
A slice of pizza is $8
And the place is anything but fun, sad, depressing & tired.

The ugly:
Homeless people wandering around like something from an apocalypse.
Dirty!
Imagine a burnt out gambling town preying on seniors.

RIP Laughlin

Love it. Gorgeous room viewing the river. A beach to relax on. Everyone is friendly. Only complaints would be I never win when gambling here, and the water pressure in the shower kinda sucks. Otherwise everything is perfect.

Harrahs Laughlin is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at in my entire life.

We started our adventure by checking in, waiting over 15 minutes for an elevator because only 2 of the 8 elevators are in service, only to find that our key didn't work. Luckily house keeping was there and opened the door to our room only to find someone else had occupied the room.

We then waited 15 minutes at the elevator to get back to the casino floor and the front desk. They then apologized for the mix up and gave us an unoccupied room. After waiting another 15 minutes at the elevator we finally got to our room only to be greeted by a toilet filled with feces. We then immediately looked for another hotel but unfortunately everything in all of Laughlin was completely sold out.

With no other choice but to stay we headed down to the casino floor. After a night of gambling we proceeded back to our room, 15 minutes waiting at the elevator, only to find our room key no longer worked. Security then appeared and said they needed to escort us to the front desk like we were criminals.

After a heated discussion involving staff and security we were then apologized to for "their screw up".

I have never been treated with such disrespect in my entire life nor have I experienced such a trashy hotel. I will NEVER stay at ANY Harrahs property again!

Believe me when you see there 3.9 star average rating it is much, much, much worse then that.

Harrah's Laughlin Hotel and Casino is a great place to stay when in Laughlin.. The hotel rooms in the South Tower are clean with comfortable beds and a nice wall mounted TV. The elevator takes you straight to the casino, so its very convenient and safe. We ordered food from Smash Burger located on the premises and it was delicious. Guy Fieri's Burrito Borrocho restaurant is also in the casino, and in restaurant dining was permitted.

It was a fun couple of days but the hotel accommodations could have been better. WiFi had poor connectivity and only 2b devices allowed for free. The beach on the river was great and loved hanging out there.

This is a terrible place to stay at. Our room had dust on the vent, mold in the tub and the carpet was extremely dirty. We asked for an area where there was no smoking and our hall smelled a lot like marijuana and cigarettes. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

Horrible the room pictured on the reservation was the room we expected when we checked in no toilet paper, no coffee cups ripped carpet. You make a complaint and they just pass the buck. WILL NEVER GO BACK!

Been staying at Harrah's for 25 years now in Las Vegas, Laughlin and Lake Tahoe.
The last 10 times I have been here they never get my room right and say they can't guarantee my room. I am done with Harrahs hotels I will never stay with them again.
As always I get a rundown room that was not what I boot.
We stay here because it is convenient with the beach. After 25 years I am done with Harrah and will never stay here again.
If ou're looking for rooms go elsewhere there are a lot better hotels in Laughlin.
We have stayed at Harrah's in Laughlin, Vegas and Lake Tahoe and will never use them again.
time to move on I guess.

Front desk sucks, don't waste your time trying to call down there. If you are on the top floors it will still be quicker to go down there. We wasted an entire day because they put us in the wrong room. Hope the new rooms that they are building come with new employees too.

Room was average. View of the river was nice. However, the mandatory resort fee was never communicated to me, so I avoided paying it and didn't use the WiFi. Had I known it was mandatory it would have been nice to use.

Got the mailer with a $80 Visa card or $70 free play on Sept 14th Friday, after driving 3 hours to enjoy the day I was told they weren't doing it until Saturday, another patron was leaving in the parking lot with the same story, I'm done with dirty Harrahs and sticking with Tropicana and Aquarius !!

Took a water taxi down to Harrah's to get a late night dinner. It had one of the very few open restaurants after 10pm. The service was excellent and the food did not disappoint either.

Parking is a nightmare! Signs are confusing once you enter property and it's difficult to actually get to hotel, everything near main entrance says valet only so you can't get close to unload. Person checking us in insisted we park in parking garage that required walking the length of a football field to get back to hotel with lots of stairs. Suppose to have elevator but we couldn't find it from outside ground level. Nice new shower/tub. Decor wierd combination of colors in hall and on doors. Some doors open out while others open in like normal. The hinges are not all on same side. I've included the view from my room. Advertised on Demand but when I wanted to watch a movie, it was $20. Don't like that they limit wifi to 2 items. Room key didn't work so had to go clear back to counter to get another. Walking is painful and they have some handicap parking but not enough. Don't recommend. Will not stay here again.
