I loved it everything was great the people, the service, everything the only problem i had was getting places since i flew in i had no car it would be great if they could have some sort of transportation service for going into town

Place wasn't clean rooms seem like they never vacuum. Even the halls weren't clean. Customer service was horrible. I had no condiments in my room. Ask for pillows for my back. Even went to front desk they said they would have them bring the things to our rooms. I stayed 3 days they never came . I would not recommend this place to anyone!

I personally would not choose this hotel for myself but my friend is a Diamond Total Rewards member and got a free 2 night stay so we decided to use it.

No, the room isn't modern. No, it's not the cleanest you've ever seen. Our room had stained carpeting and there was a dirty washcloth left at the top of the shower curtain. If you can, bring your own shampoo and conditioner because all they have is the 2-1 kind.

The resort itself actually doesn't smell too much of cigarettes and there are a lot of slot machines and an ok amount of table games. I didn't lose any money on this trip but played a lot so I'll say that's a win.

I liked the beach area (beware of the red ants though) and the adults only pool. If you go in the afternoon, there will be plenty of shaded areas as it faces east and blocks the sun.

It is farther away from the other casinos and is quite the trek but if you have a car or like to get those thighs worked out with an uphill hike, you'll be fine.

The reason this place gets a 3 instead of a 2 is because every employee was nice. We had a problem with the bill and it got resolved quickly and with no hassle. Granted, we should have never had the problem in the first place but at least we didn't have to fight to get it fixed.

Fabulous..everything here is fabulous! The Valet was helpful and allowed me to jump out of the car to run to the Ladies room right away. Check in was a breeze and the staff was smiling and nice and helpful. The rooms are great and beds very comfortable. The staff on the casino floor were all smiling a cordial and the drinks were served in glasses and all the other casinos use styrofoam. We won't stay anywhere else in Laughlin!

I think harrahs is a good casino what I think is bunk Is the interview process. Putting a bunch of people in a room and interviewing them and then singling them out is humiliating also, just because someone is professionally dressed does not mean they're going to be a good worker. Maybe if they would actually take the time to get to know a person instead of a panel interview they wouldn't have such a high turnover rate. It is nerve racking being in a room with a bunch of people interviewing for a job.

This hotel is very run down. I do not understand the review below me. I was there this past week. Garbage all over the hotel grounds. Frayed carpets in the room. Dirty room windows. This was not a nice hotel. The clientele they bring in is just horrible. Very trashy. But this is what you get when you only charge 25 bucks. I learned my lesson. I will spend more for a better hotel with a better class of customers.

The food was fine at the cafe, though the host stand leaves a lot to be desired. No one was at the stand. 2 servers looked right at me and walked away. Not one word from them. I asked the cashier and she said they will be right with me. "hostess" came up and said "yeah, i see you" with an attitude. Server was nice. The rest of the employees i came across with were wonderful and friendly. That is why there is a second star.

I wont be back to this motel. Caesars should be shamed of it.

It was nice being located right on the river and having the beautiful view of that plus the desert in the background. That being said, there were some problems: there were roaches in the bathrooms, the casino was rather outdated, and in general, it wasn't the cleanest of places. However, the amenities were nice, and when we did have our bug problem, we were swiftly moved to a different room without any hassle. No problems with customer service. We came with a toddler who wanted to play in the arcade the first night, and despite showing up 15 minutes before the arcade closed, the machines were taped up with the message "no more tokens this evening - closing soon". BUT, the arcade attendant was kind enough to untape one of the machines so we could get a few dollars worth of tokens for the baby. Such a nice guy; give him a raise!!

In general, I love the area, but I don't know if I'd stay again in this casino. I would love to see cleanliness improvements before the next time I return!

Lots of fun. Ended up turning a $20 bill into $80 over the course of an hour, so that nice. But what I enjoyed most was that the machines payed out enough little wins that I was able to play for so long off that initial $20

Had a nice two day stay at Harrah's. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The casino was clean and well ventilated plus the on site restaurants were very good. However, only issue was that we had no servicing of our room the second day we were there. Left the please service sign on the door and nothing was done. No making of the bed or fresh towels. Would have inquired if we were there a third day but let it go since we did have enough for our final day.

Very disappointed in the entire experience. Pool is closed, water taxi only running on Friday. Rooms are very old, have odors and no amenities such as microwave or room to move around. We flew in and restaurants closed early, on flight out nothing open to grab breakfast and nothing open at air port so it will be no breakfast until we land in 4 hours. Casino has almost all table games closed due lack of staff and call offs. Hard to get a drink. We gambled over $400 until a drunk came. Twice we were told I will be right back. Lack of staff again. We went next door and totally different experience. Nice shops to buy jewelry I had a massage at spa and many restaurants open inside the other casinos. Fresher air and nicer. Very disappointed in the entire week stay. Only positive at Harrah s is Range Steak House. Exceeded our expectations.

I stayed in Harrah s Laughlin and had a great time in the casino and local strip. Only issue I had was getting ready before checking out. I needed an ironing board, but noticed there wasn t any in the room. I called the front desk and requested one. After showering and about 45 minutes. I called and requested it again and in another 30 minutes, it had arrived. Take it as you will, but I thought the response was to long.

Very disappointed in the facilities. The beach was littered with beer cans and bottle caps, we also found a rusty nail in the sand. No place to shower off sand, staff told us most people put their feet in the stagnant and non-running fountain (ew). Steep beach area, but the river water was clear and refreshing. Can t say the same for the cloudy, crowded family pool. We didn t even dare go in it. The shower at the pool and water fountain were broken. We also got stuck in an elevator off the beach area, emergency call button did not work, but kicking the door in attempt to escape jolted it into action. Some of the staff, Rose from security, and one of the bell hops, were very friendly, as was the service at Cinnabon and Borracho Burrito, which had fabulous food, but high prices. Our room was weirdly humid with condensation on the window and a large wet spot by our door. Maid service didn t make our bed on our second day. We were able to get our resort fees comped which helped us feel better about what we paid to stay here, however I would not recommend it to anyone nor will I stay here again.

Heading out for our 4th trip. Am happy with hotel. Everyone friendly and helpful. Not much luck on their machines the last couple times. Hopefully this time. Rooms are fine for what little time we are in there. Need new blow dryers.

Large casino hotel located on the Colorado River
The first three numbers of the room number are different.
There is a card key, no fridge, no slippers in the room, and the hairdryer is too small.
wi-fi fee.
1F front, restaurant, Starbucks, hamburg shop
Most of the first floor is a casino divided into smoking and non-smoking
Buffet restaurant food is okay.

Stayed over Memorial day weekend. Arrived Saturday around 5 pm. Made pre-paid reservation about a month prior, part of a package concert deal. So paid around 400 dollars for total package including tax for two night stay. When we arrived, they had trouble finding a room for us. Finally someone in a back room approved us for room 030636. When we opened the door, it smelled like swamp gas. I thought it would air out and turned on the ac and opened the window. We went out and came back late. It still stunk when we returned. My wife went out and bought candles at the Harrah's gift shop. It smelled even worse in the morning. I called the front desk and they said they would send a cleaning crew to address the smell. Over a half hour later a guy showed up basically saying there wasn't anything he could do and said to call and demand a new room. I believe they knew this room was not habitable when they placed us in it. I won't stay at this hotel anymore. They ruined our lodging experience and should never have placed us in this room. They did have us move to a cleaner room after all this hassle. But the damage had already been done. This used to be the nicest Laughlin Hotel. NOT ANYMORE!

We always stay at harrah's when we go to laughlin. It's comfortable and affordable. It also has a nice private beach and an awesome buffet. The slices of pizza at pin-up pizza were so good and they were huge! I Would recommend harrah's to everyone.

My room was filthy. Pubic hairs on toilet seat. Shaved hairs in the sink. Soap holder not cleaned. Crumbs all over carpet, and on furniture. Sonething sticky all over dressing table.
Air vent was just caked with thick dust crud. Then I read a paper they left on the night stand that mentioned Legionnaires Disease was found with two guests.

Even the vestibule as you got off the elevator was filthy.
Cigarette butts covering a sort of stand between the elevator doors.

There were children all over the casino itself, running amok...running into people, sitting at slot machines with their parents. Not a great atmosphere.

Management did contact me after I got home and had sent them an email with photos. They did make a nice offer to make up for my discomfort.
Who is responsible for the cleanliness and who is responsible for the children in the casino, I don't know. But the folks I spoke with were very accomodating.

The beach and pool are GREAT. Drinks are way over priced, and the check in process is SUPER SLOW. Slots were not paying out to much either... All in all still a good stay, would go there again.

Inside all this confinement, look to go outside, it is worth the place is nice, the view of the Colorado River and a good dip in this heat, they come very well, food in the cafe, I liked it, I only saw this restaurant open, the Most of the staff attentive and taking care to use the mouthpiece and distance, many machines of all denominations, I am not very fond, but whoever likes it, there is to have fun.

Stayed at this hotel with my kids and the room was extremely dirty. Mold spots on the ceiling. The walls had several spots of food marks and who knows what else. The bathroom had hair and dirt behind the toilet. Several of the other parents were complaining of the dirtiness of the rooms. One of the outlets to the room was caving in. I went t check out and address the issues but was cut off by the front desk and there was another costumer complaining about the dirtiness of the rooms. I was charged twice of my card so now I have to take care of another issue with this hotel. Well not stay there again.

I'm split on this property. Nice to have adult pool and separate family pool. Love the private beach area. It has 2 casinos; one smoking and one non-smoking. The rooms have mini frig, but no safe. They're old and tired. The tub/shower has mold in the grout...one of my pet peeves. The staff all seem to be friendly, courteous and helpful. There's a Starbucks, Cinnabon, and other food sources besides the usual buffet. Not much energy or excitement in the casino. It's at the far end of Casino drive. Not easy to walk to other parts of town. Water taxi is available. I've stayed here before.

We have been coming to this resort for the last 6 years the last two years it looks like it was going downhill but under the new ownership looks like they're fixing it up due to the covid a lot of sanitation stations and mask required

Nice hotel, rooms are clean and the Beach Cafe is really quite delicious. Private beach is small but cozy. Jet ski rentals are more expensive than other places, but the convenience of being right at the hotel and not having to go somewhere else is worth it. Overall a great experience.

Had a fabulous time in Laughlin. The Harrah's property is beautiful, right on the river with plenty of dinning options. Unfortunately the buffet was so good we never ate anywhere else lol. Staff were all very friendly and attentive and our room was super comfortable

As a casino hotel, there are smoking and non-smoking casinos on the casino floor. The buffet has a variety of foods and tastes good. You have to go through the smoking casino.
The room seems to need more maintenance.
It is also a place with many adults due to the local characteristics.
Maybe because there are no breakfast guests. In the morning, the buffet suddenly turned into an American breakfast served at the cafe. I was also embarrassed.

This place is horrible physically/customer service. I have kept quiet until their team investigated our complaint, but they came back denying all fault. When we arrived our rooms were not joined together as the manager stated they would. When we got that sorted out (we settled on two rooms next to each other with a discount) we went up to two rooms that smelled like smoke in the non smoking section, rooms were not fully cleaned, and the AC was broken in one them. This was our vacation not a constant headache to tackle. We have been coming here for years with a group of 30+ people and most of us will not be coming back. The worst issue was regarding my daughter in their gift shop. My wife, my mother, my sister, and my two daughters (3.5 and 2 years old) were in the gift shop as they have done in years past to try and get some souvenirs or just look around. My wife and mother were walking behind my youngest daughter who grabbed what looked like an edible cupcake from a display merely 18" off of the ground without any signage stating that those products were not only not edible, but toxic. My daughter took a bite of the toxic bath salt before my wife or the others could stop her. My wife instantly took it out of her mouth. She started foaming at the mouth and turned red and started to cry. My wife and mother frantically got water from a water bottle to dilute the bath salt in my daughters mouth and get it off of her five and out of her eye. The staff, despite all of the commotion did nothing to assist. Finally, my father walked by and saw what was going on and asked for security to check on my daughter. He was rude and unapologetic not even asking if we needed to call an ambulance. I was watching our baby son at the time and didn't have my phone until this point and came down to see what was going on. I called poison control to let them know what happened and the operator stated that it sounded like my daughter didn't have a life threatening amount of the bath salt but she may experience some adverse effects from ingesting it. I got off the phone and spoke with Harrah's security and I was then offered an ambulance, but after speaking with poison control it didn't seem necessary although we were seeking an apology for having a toxic display with no signage well within reach of children who are not robots and whose movements cannot be controlled every second of every day. Not only did we not get an apology or any offering of compensation of any kind, rather, we got a Supervisor (Russell) that aggressively told me it was my fault. He is a big guy and got in my face to seemingly fight when I questioned him about the dangerous display. This can all be seen on camera and witnessed by several family members/hotel guests. The tension was cut by my father in law and one of the hotel managers and Russell was asked to leave the situation. At that point, I asked to have the police called (incident number: 18-1824) due to hotel staff's aggressive behavior. I was extremely upset that not only was the hotel not taking responsibility for their gross negligence by displaying toxic substances well within reach of a child, but the hotel staff was physically and emotionally aggressive towards us. All the while, my daughter was brought up to our room to try and get cleaned up and rest, but her eye was puffy and red and irritated and she threw up a few times so my wife was really emotional about my daughters safety. After a month review Reid called me and stated the hotel has been found to be free from all liability and we should watch our children more closely. This ruined our vacation because of my daughters health and not feeling safe or comfortable so we left. I am currently pursuing compensation to go to one of the other Caesar's palace hotels so that we can actually have a vacation and for recompense for the hotel staff gross negligence and rude behavior/attitude. Please help me make this review go viral to get their attention and prevent any other children or guests from having the same experience our family did. Thank you!

Ok let me start by saying I am a frequent Harrahs ...

Ok let me start by saying I am a frequent Harrahs patron. Mostly in Socal but I have been to their Vegas property and their Tahoe property so my expectations were set. Well I was highly disappointed. I normally stay at a different hotel when I visit Laughlin but Harrahs offered to comp me and like I said I stay regularly at the harrahs chain but first time for Laughlin. It may be my last. Bad experience from the start. First off unless you are a certain players card level they don't even want to bother with you and send you to stand in a line to check in and out at a kiosk. I realized this after I stood in a long line for the front desk and thank goodness the guy did not realize i was in the wrong line and checked me in. But then I get checked in to a room that is not even cleaned yet. To make matters worse the trip back down to the front to address the matter is like traveling to another city when you factor in the distance and the fact that there was only 2 working elevators in my tower (which I will get to in a min) for a sold out hotel! Avoid the north tower at all costs! It is run down the room could have been cleaner it was so tiny my husband and I were triping over each other and it lacked basic hotel amenities I would have expected from a Harrahs resort. Such as a lounging chair, 2 table chairs(there was only one) a fridge and decent air flow. No matter how low I put the temp it was blazing hot in my room because the air vent was blocked by curtains and pointed towards the window!!!! I previously mentioned the elevator well let me elaborate.....its a packed house you only have 2 working elevators that move so slowly one might think you will never reach your destination and the result of all this.....20 min plus wait in a line to get into an elevator to get to your room. I have heard that the south tower is better but leary to give it a try as my normal hotel never disappoints. I would have given this place 1 star except for the restaurants. I will give props where props are due. The restaurants were A plus and the restaurant staff was also. All in all this place needs to make major improvements and I am shocked that Harrahs would let this property bear it's name.
