Went to a concert here we asked for an accessible table they ended up giving us a high top table they been offered to have my grandmother step on a crate to get on the high chair which was so unacceptable we specifically asked for an accessible table and that's what they told us if they would have told us that it was a high top we would have never got it they didn't even find us a new table I was very upset about the whole situation honestly I think they could have done better and the guy that we were talking to in there when I asked if there was a step stool so she can step on it instead he said no not in here and I said you're telling me this whole hotel room doesn't have a step stool and he said I don't know about over there but in here we don't and I specifically said you can't ask to see if they can find a step stool for my grandmother to step on so she doesn't fall when she steps on this crate that you can get a lawsuit about and he specifically said I don't work in that department but if he's working in there with the theater you would think that they would know who to call to get a step stool I was very upset about that whole situation and I know they could have done better I wouldn't recommend going there if you need an accessible table because they'll lie to you they won't put you a decent spot and they will make you step on a crate instead of finding a step stool in that whole damn Hotel

Good prices and good payouts on the slots and they give you great gifts I would recommend this place for couples or families

It was a nice comfy stay. Good entertainment as well.

Horrible 1st time stay here. Bell desk took 50 minutes to deliver bags. Housekeeping 45 for extra towels. Room was the size of a closet. I don't know why people make a big deal about this place.

It was the last day of a two-night, three-day tour package, and after seeing that the kitchen worker loudly shouted loudly at the dining room, and watched the woman's request to bake with Weldon, I promise I will not come.

There was a water main break and water contamination during my stay. They set bottled water at the room doors, but there was no notice given not to use sink water for drinking or brushing teeth. I like the large non-smoking area in the casino.

Fun casino. Clean, friendly bar tenders. Had a blast!

The elevators are kinda dated and the air conditioning was going mad during the day and never really got all that cool, but the casino floor was fun.

Rooms are great. The casino is not as big as others but it has everything you'd expect a casino to have. I'm used to going to Las Vegas so coming to Laughlin was a first for me. Wasn't disappointed at all with my choice of resort. The complimentary drink service while gambling wasn't as good here however, but I suppose you get what you pay for. We also wanted to enjoy the hot tub in the cold November night but it wasn't as "hot" as I would've enjoyed it. The Harrah's, by the way, is not within walking distance of other resorts. They do offer the water taxi service but we took a regular taxi because it's cheaper.

My husband and I spent our 8 year anniversary here. Excellent service. Loved the little beach, close to movies, great room, loved guy feiri's restaurant! Love my first time experience. Will be back!

Met family there for a very nice dinner in the cafe

We went to harrahs for the breakfast buffet. The buffet is always delicious and appropriately priced for breakfast. After flashing a players club card, the buffet ended up being $14/ person. I personally never have any luck in the casino at harrahs. I lost a quick 100 dollars at the craps table and left. Valet was quick to retrieve my car and we were on our merry way.

Older rooms could use some updating, casino floor was a little lackluster

The only things bringing people into this casino is scheduled buses and the restaurants. Other than that, faculty always have a bad attitude and give terrible service.

Best experience I've ever had they rolled out the red carpet for me.

Loved this casino. Friendly staff, fast service. Our friends needed their room changed and no questions asked upgraded them to a better view and bigger room. Highly recommend

Had overall good experience. The only exception was that it was rather difficult to check in and out of the second room, despite both rooms being under same name and cc, reserved at same time, etc.
highlights: I saw some Inca doves and a striped skunk by the river!

We received a free room at Harrahs in Laughlin. The hotel itself is outdated looking but the employees were very friendly and accommodating.

In another destination city, I wouldn't give this place 4 stars. But for Laughlin, it's top of the heap. The cocktail waitresses come around quickly - especially compared to Vegas casinos. And the Smash Burger inside adds a little something for me.

Room was clean, furniture a little too large for the room. Even non smoking rooms have a cigarette odor. Only one craps table open even when the table is at the new max allowed customers. I will go back to Vegas next time.

Dasapointed ,,what's the point of doing a reservation if they're not going to respect it

The best all around in Laughlin. Service the best. High class. They spoil you. Best beds and a great buffet.

Beautiful Casino and Hotel. Has plenty of activities for children and their parents.

Service and rooms good when tour busses aren't there

The service is why we always come back to harrahs, the bartenders know us by name!

We always enjoy staying here every year for our annual summer & winter vacations. Harrah's never disappoints and the staff is always helpful. Very rarely do we have an issue and if there ever is one, the staff is good and fixing it. Thank you Harrah's for another awesome trip. Looking forward to our next one.

Very very nice! The casino was enjoyable and the water front is perfect to cool off! I love how you get access to the river!

Come on a tour and you don't know what the whole room is like and you will feel small. There are no ventilation fans in the bathroom. It exists, but it is not driven by electricity.
It just exists. And the shower may not be fixed. The hot water drains quickly and does not come out easily.

Dated with minimal extras. Could use new carpet and furnishings. Bed was comfortable. Quiet room. Tv worked fine.

I was very disappointed in this hotel! I booked this hotel as I have heard great things about Harrah's and we were going to Laughlin for a weekend on the river with the kids. To start when we got there they were extremely busy at the check in but only had three people working even though they had a line and several desks/computers that were unmanned! Then when we checked in I advised the front desk that I had a 25 ft boat with a long bed truck and he advised me to park it in the DEDICATED trailer parking lot. We drove to the "DEDICATED TRAILER PARKING" lot and there was a sign that said Parking for vehicles with trailers ONLY, NO CARS AT ALL. We get into the lot and there are no trailer spots available as they were mostly full with cars or trucks with no trailers. We had to drive across the strip to the "overflow" lot and park there, then walk all the way down the hill (no sidewalk to walk safely with kids) back through all of the parking lots to the hotel. We go to the elevator to get to the room and there is no air circulating in the hallway or the elevators at all. Get into our room and it smells of stale cigarettes and was very warm.
We manged to get to sleep on Friday evening. Then on Saturday we spent the majority of the day on the boat and didn't even both to try to pull into the beach as it was way to crowded.
After our day on the water we came back to Harrah's and were finally able to park in the trailer parking lot. We then decided to take the kids to the buffet, only to be disappointed again. The buffet is $24 per adult and definitely not worth it! After dinner at 5pm on Saturday we went and let the kids hang in the arcade (only thing not disappointing in this place!) Later I tried to order the kids a movie in the room and the pay services had been disabled (even though the have my credit card on file for it) I called the desk and sat on hold for 10 min to be told by Debbie that she reset it and it is working. I then tried again and still didn't work, so I called the front desk and sat on hold for another 10 min, Debbie said she was sending engineering up and they would be there is 5-7 minutes. 25 minutes later they finally showed and the guy came in with a different remote and said "OK it is fixed, you were entering the wrong address" I advised him that I didn't enter anything I followed all of the onscreen instructions and it was their issue not mine and they better only charge me once. That brings us to the fact the in room movie cost $18 and I really didn't have much of an option as they have no children's TV channels available for free in this hotel. I understand it is a Casino Hotel but families are welcome there and they should have at least one or two kid appropriate channels that they do not charge for.
Harrah's Laughlin is all about gouging it's guests in anyway they can. They charge over $10 for WiFi instead of offering free WiFi like most other hotels, they charge crazy amounts for in room movies and the buffet is way over priced compared to others in the area.
We will return to Laughlin again in the future but we will NEVER EVER stay at Harrah's Laughlin and maybe not any other Harrah's again!
This is strictly my opinion but being that I have stayed in numerous hotels and casino hotels I was expecting better from a brand such as Caesars Entertainment!

Pretty cool place to stay. I don t have much else to say. PLEASE do not leave your children unattended though, unfortunately it is forbidden here.

The elevators to Tower 3 were down. It was an inconvenience.

Had buffet dinner at the casino while on a bus tour. The seafood was good and varied. We residually enjoyed the crab legs. Service was attentive.

Beautiful view of the Colorado river. Numerous table games and slot machines.

They were not as friendly and also were not anywhere as accommodating as some of the other casino's.

The people were friendly and the slot machines were loose. I saw a lot of jackpots winners. I will visit again.

20 bucks and two mins at our hotel won me 20 bucks then went

Doesn't really count as a review but might help somebody else out. We ate at Guy Fieri's place. Foods was good service was great. Paid my bill with one of my cards. A month later I get my bill and something just doesn't look right, got a charge from the TIKI HUT, in Laughlin. Hey I didn't buy nothing from the freaking TIKI HUT... however the dollar amounts match to the penny. Maybe Harrah's should show that when you eat a Fieri's place the charge should reflect Fieri's Cantina not the freakin TIKI HUT....

Go there every year I have a great time with my family

The rooms are very clean, customer service is always awesome for us. Only stayed for a couple of nights, but I had no issues at all on this trip.

Stayed overnight. Nice clean hotel. Access to pool and river. Great shops. Would definitely stay here again.

Unfortunately, Harrahs refuses to remove smoking in the casino. Although I don't object to a person's right to smoke, I also don't appreciate having to inhale it second hand. The casino has the "adult tower" under construction without stating it online when making a reservation. Finally, and perhaps most importantly, Harrahs removed almost all of the "old school" slot machines, which the older people prefer. People on the staff were very nice to us, but some corporate decisions, especially allowing smoking, makes me scratch my head.

Worst experience ever. We have complementary rooms and we end up having some friends that pay for their room.so we got a combined room, where the heat didn't work and we had a baby. So, we called the front desk then, they sent a person to checked and said that the entire hotel is like that because is really old. And the way they built the heat elements inside a wall. Was impossible to be replaced. They gave us a different room where heat works just a little bit better than the other one. But are friends room had bed bugs. So we called front desk again and they said that they can't do anything else for us. That they will send someone to inspect the room until next day. At this point was around 1:00 in the morning so we end up getting a different hotel and pay a full amount. After we comeback home. We get a call from corporate offering us a room but they never offer's to pay what we have to pay because of their fault. Not only dad the room comeback positive for bedbugs. And they want us to go back. Not even to play. Casinos is we you spend more money than any other place. So everybody should get a great customer service, even restaurants or regular hotels have better service and you don't spend thousands of dollars like in a casino. I will never go back to this place again. Also this is part of Cesar's entertainment and they said that they don't deal with any problems, from that property., that's why thy have a region manager. But that's not what Cesar's entertainment said When they want to sell you all their properties. Just something to keep in mind

Gambled at 5 different casinos yesterday.

Return for our 28th anniversary. Got upgraded. Had a great time. This was a slow time in town so we got to take in a lot. Bad thing because of walking distance, the water taxis costs to much per person. Have to stay closer to other hotels next time unless they come up with guest shuttle.

The rooms had a weird smell other than that I enjoyed my stay very much the front desk staff was very nice . the beach was great

Friendly staff, clean rooms and one of the better breakfast buffets I've had. Casino is half non smoking, dealers are friendly as well

The casino isn't anything special, the rooms were very small, the restaurants overpriced for the quality. If you can get the room for cheap and stick low cost food options, it's okay. I found the bed waaaaaay too soft, my travel partner thought hers was comfortable.

The place It's very nice but the rooms of the hotel stink, there is the El Burro Feliz restaurant of a very famous chef, the service is orrible and expensive, it is desepcionada. .. or crazy I go back to that place
