Nice to live for a few days in the freer state of Nevada. My favorite part about the experience is the text concierge who is able and willing to connect at anytime during the stay. Need some extra towels? Text Want to know what restaurants are open at 1230am? Text the concierge Question about check out procedure? Text Overall pretty enjoyable

Very comfortable and romantic, it has tables and chairs on one side of the lake

Very nice casino with a load of video poker and good selection of slots. They also have sports and off track betting. The location is okay if you don't want to visit the other casino's on the river, long walk with very steep hills. Awesome beach on the Colorado River and super clean. Restaurants were good but a little pricey. Guy's Mexican restaurant is closed Monday through Wednesday but the cafe was excellent. I love Laughlin and this casino is at the very end of the strip.

Got off the bus from the airport and was greeted by Sandra who was awesome and also works in the Beach Cafe she set the vibe for a nice weekend. Also,the waitresses in the Beach Cafe were all awesome (Sylvia,Niama and Christy) It was a great time even though I didn't win any money- that's why the call it gambling. All the staff at Harrah's were wonderful

Busy place..had to check in on kiosk. Newer casino of them all. Rooms nothing fancy but clean and homey. Elevators get busy

Got home saturday. And I booked a trip back in three weeks for labor day.

Really nice hotel. And restaurants. Was really busy and my only issue is it is hard to navigate entering the facility for the first time. Needs better markings to Hotel drop off

Well sadly on the day we were to check in at 3pm ,a guy had crashed into a light pole which knocked all power out we didn't get into our rooms , due to no a.c,no light,or elevator till 12am..,it would've been nice if they gave us a breakfast coupon or some thing in return. .

great balance of casual & classy. not pretentious, fair pricing on rooms and services, good music, and an excellent bakery on site that provides breads to the in-hotel restaurants including a noteworthy sourdough made fresh daily. next day laundering available. great service staff.

Room was too warm, even with a/c on max. Room keys stopped working twice.
North tower needs a makeover, looks and feels run down.

Reasons for my decision: 1.) No Room safe, why? 2.) No mini fridge, again why? 3.) There was a noticeable dinginess that encouraged my wife to wipe everything. 4.) The showers are overdue for replacing as they have little pressure and water runs from the bottom no matter how hard you pull the diverter 5.) The sink was backed up disgustingly and maintenance took an hour to respond! Now, I know we are in the Covid-19 era so why are they packing the hotel so that getting pizza or a burger takes over a half an hour? It's impossible to keep distances and even the elevators had a long ridiculous line. Oh and did I mention the place feels dirty! Not coming back. I'd rather stay at a smaller place and not overpay for the same atrocious conditions.

Changed is more of a hangout at night for loco young adults. Dirty, inside, the doors are disgusting, never use to be like this. Cafe restaurant soup at 9 PM cream of potato, the spoon could have stood up in it,needless to say ,starving but that killed my appetite. Went to bed hungry that night.
Next day took cab to Denny's for breakfast, just not like Harrah's to be like this. I'm a long time member and only seen this 2nd property like this. Whats going on ?

Awsome customer service beds not greatest but services were perfect

The private beach on the river is only for guests of the hotel which in theory would be great to keep things somewhat secluded but that's just not the case. In fact the hotel beach is the most crowded spot on the river with rowdy kids and fat guys using footballs to test their left handed throwing skills within a few feet of your loved ones the riff Raff is so plentiful that the hotel life guards don't even hesitate for a single moment when someone is throwing up they just run to them with a bottled water. And make small talk while the puking continues. It's bizarre and worthy of 3 stars just for that

Love this place. Don't miss the 2 car museums! They have stunning cars upstairs.

This place is awesome. I've been here many times and every time I've been has been a great experience

Hotel is great. If you can stay in the adult tower as the rooms are nicer and newlywed remodeled

It has been the worst experience of my life, the cleanliness and service are terrible, and it does not correspond to the quality price in relation to Las Vegas hotels that being of better category and comfort are obtained at a much better price, I do not give it 1 star, I would give you none, I do not go back to this place in my life

The stay was great. Nice clean room great room service and plenty of things too do.

Food and Service was Awesome, but the rooms were like staying in a 3rd world country.

Casino Staff was awesome however the room was ok. Small pillows and the hallway smelled of marijuana. We stayed in the central tower...9th floor.. I would give a 5 star but the day of checkout the cleaning lady entered the room at 830am I thought I had until 11.

The South Tower Hotel Rooms are Beautiful... But the House keeping Department isn't doing their Jobs Right.
The Room seemed like it hadn't beeb cleaned in some time.
The furniture was very dusty the window sill had old dried up food in the rail and we found used toilet paper behind the curtain... The bathroom was also Very Dirty.
The Toilet water tank was so dirty the towel turned black when i cleaned it!...
I've worked in a Casino here in California as a Hotel Housekeeping Attendent and I can tell you these people are not doing their Jobs Right!!!!
Will Definitely Not Go Back to This Hotel Casino..By the way the Casino is old and Dingy it Smells...

Rooms are not up to par for the money harrahs brings in and kind of run down and lamps are broken , plus check your room for cleanliness. The carpeting was not swept and etc. Plus if you have issues i myself think they don't care if it doesn't affect them. The employees though are almost ALWAYS VERY FRIENDLY. That is one good point.

Not a fan of Laughlin but when you have to go for work, I say at Harahs. Ok I guess.

Called to ask about the "free internet" listed on their site...a very rude lady told me that the internet is included in the resort fee, for two devices per room. We are flying in on a package deal...so she told me they "waive the fee"..."stop at the front desk and give them your credit card for the $15.00 a day charge for two devices per day." THAT IS NOT WAIVING THE FEE!!!!
Very disappointing...did not catch the employee's name before she promptly hung up on me.

Very nice place to spend some time at if you are in the area!

This is a great hotel i always enjoy my stay here it's one of the best here in Laughlin, the food is a bit pricey here but overall a great place

This place is kind of a dump. Get a load of the bowl shaped mattress in my room.

Also wouldn't honor the Wyndham rewards perks like late chack out or free upgrade for diamond status members.

Only one positive to report: the price was dirt cheap.

It's Hugh many slots to play and have fun a lot of different store to shop in plus a small beach to enjoy the water/Colorado River. It's the last Casino it sits on top of the hill so you can see the hole city of Laughlin.
It has a great water fountain in front as you go in.
So if you get a chance to see Laughlin check out Harrah's it's worth the look

Rooms were fine. Could use some updating. Don't appreciate the Resort Fee. It included Wi-Fi but we had to call twice to get connected.

Nice surroundings, has poker, good food its clean and has good service

My husband and I attended "The Range" stake house at Harrah's Casino & Hotel. The food and service there were quite excellent and we both very much enjoyed our time.

excellent Friday night seafood buffet with unlimited amounts of snow crab and Dungeness crab and prime rib and muscles and clams and shrimp and everything in between to the machines are fun

Our favorite casino in Laughlin. Great people that are always doing their best to make sure I have a great time.

I thought the trip was well coordinated, liked the non-smoking area but it could have been a little larger. The employees were very nice especially Melinda our favorite cocktail server. Would have been nice to have a few economical places to eat. Enjoyed ourselves

The Harrah's was fun, but the rooms are not anything to brag about. Won't be staying there again.

Had an excellent time. I didn t mind being one of the youngest people there. Definitely a 55+ casino. Great service.

This is my first review on any rating site. Casino is nice but they pulled a bait and switch on rates. It was supposed to be $95.99 total for one night INCLUDING TAX AND RESORT FEES. When I reviewed my credit card bill they charged me $107.99 and $25.87. I called and they said it was my error and those were taxes and resort fees. Even after showing I had been charged wrong, the customer service rep manager Cynthia in corporate billing who I spoke to was rude and would not refund the difference. It's not the money to me it's the principle and I will no longer stay at any harrahs resorts including Cesar's palace which used to be my favorite. There are plenty of other good casinos like the Bellagio or Wynn that still appreciate their customers.

What a bad experience, first Jermey in front is the only good thing. Where to start first the room we had a suite it was a decent size, it overlooked the parking lot, looks as if you just stepped back in time to the 70 s you get a ugly green from the drapes to the bedspread. Carpet is outdated, paint looks as if it was painted by a two year old. Tv in living room should be in bedroom and a bigger on in living area not a big deals as you don t watch tv but at night in bed or while waiting for wife to get ready. Bathroom was fine his and her sink, tub separate room for toilet and shower. Customer service is poor here front desk doesn t answer phone at night even after multiple calls. Wanted to do jet skies on the day we were leaving wanted a late checkout however they don t do, we were going to spend $180 for two jet ski and willing to pay for a late checkout, well they don t offer it so money spent elsewhere. We have a comp room they wanted us to check out then re checkin just to stay a few hours after crazy. Then the buffet closes early so no food options trying to figure out if they want you to drive after drinking all day to buy food because they close. Then you walk through the casino in the evening and they have black boxes on almost all machines not allowing you to play after a certain time crazy. Vegas is by far way better and this place will never receive business from me again. Slots are tighter then Vegas only good thing is drinks are cheaper. No clubs once so ever so forget about nightlife as there is no. No need to dress nice or bring nice clothes as you will never use them no clubs what s so ever.

We had a view of the beautiful Colorado River from our room. Nice beach!

This place can use some upgrading! carpets are dirty inside the rooms and the hallways of the north tower. Elevators are filthy and not working well. Pools are nice and clean however the jacuzzi jets didn't work. We were a little disappointed.

We ate at the RANCH RESTAURANT every night. George our waiter was the best. We had him every night.

Filthy and smelly. Staff not helpful.. Especially hotel manager. Drapes torn, bathroom had some type of mold, this place was just dirty.

Very nice place very clean and lots of space on the beach to be in the river

The rooms were average and not what I would have thought for the price I paid. Slot selection was fair but lacking. Most of all the pool was overcrowded with children doing canonballs in the spa which was clearly labeled no one under 12.

I'm hesitant to give it above three stars but I'm going to anyway. You might ask yourself why what was wrong well nothing is wrong it's just a run-of-the-mill average casino and to me average is three stars or so. It's decently clean they're taking precautions with social distancing and sanitization and I appreciate that. The pit bosses are a little slow but they still get around you. The servers do a decent enough job. Yes my only real complaint is is that they allow smoking but it is what it is.

Went for dinner and drinks. The amployess were very polite and helpful. They were great with my kids. The bathrooms were clean. Overall it was a nice evening out.

Very nice place to visit as it is on the side of the Colorado River and from the jotel casino a fabulous view is offered

The buffet was good. It's probably the best in Laughlin, which isn't saying much.

The restaurant's seat is coffee fresh on paper napkins. There was a fortune cookie in the dining room. It is difficult to understand the flow line in the casino. King size single bed.

Nice place to go you can enjoy the colorado river at its fullest only here

We liked it a lot. It has access to the beach. And it is the best hotel in lauhglin nv. We recommend it

it was nice in the room. i don't have anything to complain about beside when i went about a week ago and none of the ice machines were working in my tower but it was great besides that

This hotel stay was awful their gym was broken the hotel was filthy the pool was filled with trash along with a horrid smell in our room coming from the bed. We ended up leaving the hotel to go stay at the Avi hotel and casino - Harris is over priced Over rated and under staffed. AVOID THIS HOTEL !!!!

So far so good! Speedy check in. The room is very simple but nice! No fridge but that's ok because there are plenty of options downstairs near the casino. Pin Up Pizza where you can get huge slices of zzas. Smashburger is good I've heard! Cinnabun and a Starbucks!!!!! The view from the third tower is amazing! I'm excited for my massage here in the hotel's spa tomorrow.

The hotel has its varieties of things to do. The room was not as clean as the corridors of the hotel and the elevators were very busy and slow. The good thing was the beach to the river and the rooms and beds very comfortable.

Outdated but comfortable. Need to do better with house keeping. Continued to smell urine when I went to use the rest room and when showered.

We drove 3 in a half hours to get there!! I made reservations 1 month in advance ...I went there with my husband my mom and 3 kids I got the connector rooms well when I get there they tell me that one of the connector room main door it s not working so they wanted to give me two different rooms in two different towers ridiculous I have kids so at the end they put me in one of the connector rooms and I have to wait from 4 PM to 10 PM for the door to get fixed the AC was not working ....there was no hot water and there was no ice in the hotel worst stay ever ..never again ..the drinks are bad I asked the bar tender for a michelada and he gave me a cup a beer and a Clamato mini can so I did it myself ...staff in the private beach very rude specially the lesbian they have there as a body guard ...and I m not trying to offend anyone but she was always with an attitude u ask a question she screams at you !!! She doesn t like her job?? Then get the fu..out of there NEVER AGAIN!!!!

Great place, wonderful people, super food and drinks, lots to do and enjoy.
