Lack of communication mad me take my business elsewhere.

I didn't really care for this boat, it seems to pay more on certain games, but for the most part I think I will stick to the boats in Indiana..

Out if the two casinos in Joliet Harrahs is able to jeep up to date and add in the newer game more often than their counterpart. I have actually came here than their counterpart as the games at the counterpart haven't been up dated as regularly.

Good service, clean place, and a great variety of slots

When I was sleeping in my hotel room a friend locked himself out and needed security to get back in. They walked into my room. Starting going throw my personal belongings and I ended up missing $100 out of my wallet. I will be sitting in front of your establishment holding a picket sign letting people know how poorly you treat your customers

The parking is large enough with the environment very clean and friendly.

Did not get room type booked. Husband and I were given no choice but to take a double even though reservation was made for a king.

The faculty was nice. Parking was convenient and the casino provided a fun atmosphere. (Plus we won a little which always helps)

Just reviewing the booking of the room, I was hopeful that since it was my anniversary and I would be a first time customer they would give some kind of deal on a room but no luck. The person on the phone was supper nice and you only live once so I booked anyway but I expected more out of a casino deal wise because I work at a competitors casino in Indiana and we go way out of our way to accommodate people like myself, at any rate im gonna go and have fun but the price will definitely cut into our gambling and food money also there's an amazing arcade blocks from the casino that's an Awsome bargain. Again this is just a review of booking the room over the phone.

This casino has friendly staff but is way to small to be a casino!! Friendly people but yes I guess u would have to be if u r packed in a place like your in a can of sardines!!

Surprisingly nice large rooms and great friendly staff. Easy parking and access to the casino and restaurants.

For the time and money I spent ..i couldn't get a discounted room for another night..and i didn't get all my points couse a lot of machines where not reading all the points..

Most of the employees were very helpful and friendly but some could use some more training like the ones where you enter and exit the casino.

First of all when I checked in I was with two other friends they opted to take the cheaper rooms. I chose to get an upgraded room. But later on went down to one of the friends room turns out he had a much nicer room than me and paid much less. King size bed couch chair just a much nicer room all together. Oh and here's a hint there is a liquor store about a block-and-a-half away six pack of beer there is 5.99six pack of beer at the hotel lobby is $14. We then went to eat at The Crossroads Grill ended up with chicken nachos that had chicken that must have been cooked 4 days ago add lettuce on nachos huge leaves of lettuce I also got a BBQ pulled sandwich probably the worst meal not very long.. then went to the restroom and found salad tongs inside the trash can. Kind of makes you wonder do they use these in the kitchen cuz the food kind of taste it that way from Cross Road. And on top of all this when I spoke to someone they text me stating they were sorry about all the problems what happened and they were going to refund $50 plus the 1695 amenity back to my card but instead they ended up charging me more then what my receipt I had in my hand . I will make sure I never go to Harrah's Casino again or a Caesars considering they are both the same as I have found out by making phone calls they're not into customer service they are into ripping off their customers. I will be getting in touch my credit card disputing the charges sending them the text and I received and go from there I recommend that you stay as far away from these two casinos in Vegas Louisiana Illinois Mississippi or anywhere else they are the worst

Very nice hotel room. Great shower and very nice staff in the casino and hotel. Very comfortable.

The tables was terrible.... the dealer was winning every hand because they do not cut the card. Nor do they scuffle the cards which is unfair for the players can't win a dame hand they want all the money l will not be back!

For my first time yes i had fun the rooms are very clean and nice will go again definitely...

This place was very dusty. That food was not that good .

Always love staying here. Rooms always clean. Excellent customer service in every department. I commented to the hotel guest check in person once that the employees are always so happy and nice here. She replied that they have a good work family and all enjoy each other's company. It sure shows! We are always greeted with smiles by all here.

Good buffet, fun times with friends. More wait staff needed in casino, though. Takes a while to get drinks.

This is a nice casino with friendly staff and good atmosphere.Hotel rooms are clean and comfortable. I would revisit the hotel again.

I never win and always leave depressed, but it's definitely a nice place to enjoy for a couple hours. Clean, plenty of machines, and free pop.

Excellent customer service. It was a remarkable stay here in this beautiful hotel. Hotel room was nice and has a comfy bed. It was clean and well manage room. Food was good with full of amenities. Surely be back here.

Meaning $800.00 plus and 3 hours of great time. Was amazing experience. Little crowed compared to Hollywood casino.

This is a great hotel. The rooms are very clean and smell good. The employees are great and they are happy to get you what you need. The prices are good too. They have a casino downstairs and 2 restaurants. I will stay here again.

Affordable table games. However, dont expect much from staff as most are unpleasant and disinterested.

The last time I rented a room there pretty clean everything was word should be can't complain really nice Casino fun place to gamble and enjoy yourself and then if you don't want to leave you just get a room not bad I'm price either if you have a card from the casino

I went there for an audition to be a poker dealer. I think I nailed it. All the supervisors seemed pretty cool.

Flavors Thursday buffet was good, lots of selections and a ton of dessert choices. Not as much stuff I liked vs their Friday buffet but still very good

The casino is dated and small. Hotel rooms are large and clean. Very pricey though.

We went to go to the casino and we had a great time! ALL of the staff were very friendly and helpful and the buffet was delicious!

Crab is good when they have it.....dont bother gambling that night you will not win anything they have everything so tight .....

4 stars for the hotel and 2 stars for the casino. Casino is small so it doesn't have a good selection of games. Also the place wasn't laid out very well . And there are some weird Illinois gambling laws you might need to learn if you have never gambled in the Midwest before.

Great place to blow off some steam. Reasonably priced food menu (did not eat at the buffet) and casino workers are generally helpful if you are new to a game.

Nice clean place. Won more then I came with. Restaurant inside is good.

Nice decor,not overcrowded,value for money.Smoke free is the best feature,great selection of cocktails,attentive servers.

Overall nice experience. The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly.
