Harrah's Joliet Casino & Hotel Review

Very quality service, all I know is everyone who works at Harrahs in all of their various service areas do an awesome job. I do not even gamble at all but from a different standpoint I will tell you the food is great, people are awesome very nice people truly which matter so much and Harrahs does an excellent job.

Went to the casino and it was very nice and professional for a smaller casino. Won $60 bucks so that helped!

It's like a mini vacation with all the enjoyment of being able to gamble and enjoy yourself with a great safe and secure atmosphere.

Rooms weren t fully cleaned and customer service was.m by far the worst I ve ever experienced. I ll never return to this hotel or casino.

Nice veriety of play. Slots, video poker and table games. I like the walking distance between the machines as not to bump into people who are playing. Lots of action everywhere had fun. I will be back.

I went to casino which was nice. Clean and nice atmosphere. Will go back next time passing through.
