Incredibly silent, with an excellent treatment to tourism and totally organized. If you sign up I asked you for coca to the room or free in the lobby.

Good service, rooms very clean and the location is excellent

Great place friendly staff. Amazing food and service. Only thing was they changed our room so we lost our balcony. Noisy constantly. And shower head sprayed every wear because it was partly broken. Water temperature fluctuated constantly. Overall happy with the experience.

The staff were very very kind and the room was clean and cozy. I hurt my leg and they helped me go to the hospital easily.

Nice, very touristy square. Aguas Calientes is especially for the tourists. If you want to leave early for Macchu Pichu, this is the place to take the mandatory bus up early. Always busy.
Alternatively you can walk the Incatrail (considerable effort) so that you can admire the old Inca city from the sun gate early in the morning.

Wonderful breakfast! Besides the good food, it overlooks the main square of Cusco, the square of arms. Dedicated and attentive staff. During our stay there were some noises in the late part of the morning due to a small refurbishment, but nothing that would have harmed much. Clean and organized atmosphere! Shower and lots of good beds! Excellent room service, good food in the restaurant at a reasonable price.

I only went to eat. Its restaurant has a nice view towards the main square. The staff is not bad but they take a little longer in the service. The rich and economic food

One of the best hotels in Cusco for these three reasons. First of all the hotel is in the main square. This allows you to travel the city in the best way and be meters from the most important attractions. Second, the rooms are very good. The super comfortable beds and the hotel gets you covered with complimentary bottles of water and chocolatitos. Finally the attention is spectacular and his restaurant, on the second floor, has a wonderful view. I share with you a photo that I took from the window of my room.

Staff is great, friendly, always trying the best they can. Well done! Facilities are average and lack of proper heating and basic things like a kettle in the bedroom are a bit disappointing.

Great place for coffee or dessert. It has a nice balcony where you can enjoy your food and watch all the action in the main square. Would recommend

There was 7 people in our party and we stayed 3 nights. All 3 rooms were super clean. Nice hot showers with great water pressure. The staff was very friendly and very helpful day and night. The location is very good as it's in the center of most everything and the Cuzco train station is not far. This hotel has a restaurant and many others are near by. I suggest that if you are going to Cuzco and are a light sleeper that you take some good ear plugs. The Peruvian culture is to be laud day and night. All of the taxis and police honk their horns and this increases at night. It's not unusual for the police to turn on their sirens to let people know they are in the area at any time. If we make a return trip to Cozco we would diffantly stay here again. We enjoyed eating breakfast and looking at the plaza and oldest churches in the Americas from the 2nd floor balcony.

For the sight and the calm in these days of confinement.

Hermosisisisisisima everything very clean and tidy I wish there were less people offering things since you can not rest without someone afresca a product or a tour, it is understood to be a very touristy place

Window room went into a bunker, no daylight / fresh air! Bad insulation, street noises audible at any time of the day or night... If you have to leave early for Machu Picchu breakfast might not really be ready at six.

The staff is friendly and the breakfast good and varied. It's in the main square, very central. However the rooms are small. The bathrooms have no ventilation and also without very small. There is no space to handle suitcases

The hotel has an excellent location and the breakfast is very good (includes natural juices, scrambled eggs or to your liking, pancakes, puddings, fruit and compotes, toast and yogurt). The hotel restaurant is excellent since they prepare the food to your liking (I was broken and had no problems in arming the dishes to my liking) as well as the attention and predisposition of the staff. The standard room that we had was very small but very clean. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The perfect location to start a tour 'through Cusco, comfortable, clean rooms, very good service, spectacular breakfast, and the best is the wonderful view from the balcony of the entire Plaza de Armas, a success.

Went here for lunch today. The view of the Plaza de Armas is worth a visit in itself.

Stayed a total of 3 nights before/after Amazon rainforest adventure tour. Very clean and comfortable. Perfect central location in Cusco!

It would get 5 stars if it weren't infested with petulant tour vendors, dubious massages, crafts and so on and so forth :-)
In the week we were there there were a multitude of events day and night, simply the tourist and non-tourist heart of this city!

Everything super good in the hotel and cafeteria. Everyone is very friendly and worried about people. The rooms are very comfortable and cozy, in addition to the beautiful views it has is definitely recommended 100%

Great place to visit and shop. Side-streets offers the best prices, avoid too crowded places. Those shops are "overpriced"

Nice little hotel in the middle of the historic old town, up in the Cafe Plaza you can sit outside on the balcony and watch the hustle and bustle of the tourists!
The juices are awesome

There is a very good frozen chicha Morada for only 8 soles here. Excellent in warm temperatures. The service needs a bit long or you have to ask for the bill yourself. Often, no change is present if men want to pay 50 or above 100 soles or must because the machines here only spend these bills.

A place with a very good view, it is quiet. But it is small.

We were looking for a place near Avenida El Sol that served breakfast early in the morning, and this was the only one we could find. Thank God that they had great food, and that the place was warm and comfy. The staff were also quite friendly and accommodating. This is one of the few places that we can really recommend if you re visiting Cusco

Hotel very well located and with excellent spacious rooms and comfortable beds.
We stayed in full date of Corpus Cristi and Inti Raymi, when all of Cuzco is full of tourism and we have been treated excellently.
We shared a triple piece and it was quite spacious, with space to accommodate our suitcases and walk around the room without any problems or stumbles.
The breakfasts were quite varied and the kitchen in the afternoon offered varied dishes and Sandwish.
The Casino offers an unparalleled view of the Cathedral and the procession of the comparsas of the Inti Raymi.
It's worth it, I liked it a lot.

Pretty good place to have a drink and watch the world go by in the plaza. Never stayed here, just been regular for drinks and a chill out.

Spectacular place to observe and marvel at the environment of the ancestors

I only stayed one night at this hotel due to a flight cancellation. The infrastructure is very good, the hotel is clean, comfortable and very well located. The service of the employees is also very cordial.

I stayed for several days at the hostel and the rooms that I got were very cozy, comfortable, and clean.

The hotel has an awesome cafe on the second floor, they have a huge breakfast buffet and serve fresh tasty orange juice.
The cafe has a beautiful view over the whole plaza.
We did not stay in the hotel though!

My review is about the hotel restaurant. The facilities are very modern, well maintained and very clean. Despite returning from a tour and being dirty, his attention was always excellent, very friendly. The taste of the food is extraordinary and the view they have of the square and the church are incredible. I recommend a dinner on site.

To remember the past of the Inca people visiting the Sacred Valley, it fills one with positive energies.

The wifi does not work well, the same is always served at breakfast. Comfortable and accessible.

Quirky. Good location. Cold for our visit. Also the showers.
