Clean ,very friendly staff,several slots to choose from ,clean rooms, room service & restaurant food pretty good as well.. I always enjoy myself when my husband & i just need 2 get away...

Just stopped by to pick up some gift cards and food.

It's not even on a boat...and the penny slots are at least 25 to 50 cents each....booo

It's small and not alot of games. Plus side no smoking.

The store is very pricey .and you never win on the slots

Slow service at the tables. Employees standing around talking to each other . They take there time to rate you on your players card even though you have been playing for several minutes. Only locals win and that's not a lot. No excitement, very tight spot machines that don't go into the bonus . Cesar's should sell the property

It's been years since my last visit but I was pleasantly surprised. Modernization of casino looks good and new food offerings look delicious (but I didn't eat there). I appreciate that the casino floor is smoke free, but that's state law and not really the decision of the casino. Nonetheless I like it.

Can't win anything in the casino but buffet was good, not the best

Would give no stars if possible. Booked no smoking showed up and they tried to put me in smoking. I thought Illinois made a law about smoking in buildings...

The check in was very seamless and I got to my room right away. The staff was very friendly throughout my whole stay. I chose Harrah's because of online ratings and distance from my work

They have great selection of slots and games. I also Love Flavors the buffet. They always have a great selection of food.

Extremely clean and nice for a casino. The floor is no-smoking, so the casino is pristine and enjoyable for everyone, but there is a, smoking area inside for those who need it. The poker room is small, but lively. The restaurants are delicious and reasonably priced for a casino. The rooms are spacious and as nice as anything I've found in Vegas. I highly recommend this place if you're looking for a chill, high-end casino.

They are very picky and ive placed about 15 to 20 applications and got hired after I moved away so i had to pass up that opportunity.

I experienced on 3-30-18 around 3 am a bad experience from a bartender that clearly showed she did not like or consider helping "African Americans" which I felt showed a major sign of RACISM. I approached the bar on 3-30-18 around last call which was around 3 am. I stood by the bar to wait on the bartender to acknowledge me and she never did. She came to that particular area when a Caucasian man entered and asked for a bud light and she immediately helped him right away, and was about to walk right pass me as if i didn't exist until I reached for her attention and then she responded like i was a bother to her. She asked me what I wanted and I told her and then as she fixed the drink, I decided to walk away feeling as if I wouldn't dare pay my money for this type of service and treatment. Her name is NANCY and I'm sure she has been working there for years. This manner is unacceptable especially when dealing with a loyal paying customer. My husband is a platinum MEMBER!!!!! This is the second time I experienced this at HARRAH'S JOLIET!!!!

It was small but they fit a ton of games into the floor. The dealers were friendly and they had free softdrinks.

Place is a little rundown, the casino could use some renovations. All the table games and slot options you need, and the buffet is probably little better than average casino buffet.

I went with a group of girlfriends for the all you can eat crab leg buffet only to find out it no longer exists . Very disappointed that we were not informed as we entered the buffet.

I visited the casino and the best bang for your buck is roulette my friends they have a 10$ minium so anyone can play

Decent hotel and very good casino. Free parking good views. Great shack shop , good breakfast. Casino a bit small compared to other Harrahs, but plenty of new games free coffee and soda on the casino floor. Would definitely go back if I was passing through.

Hotel is nice. Every room has a mini fridge. Clean. Not many tv channels. Close to train station. Connected to casino. Free parking. Some rooms have really nice views.

I spent a majority of the time in the casino area. Staff was pleasant. Bathrooms could've been easier to locate.

Had slots of fun! No luck on the tables but a nice clean casino. Hotel room was very nice, but if you want a view, remember to ask.

This place is a joke. The food is horrible the hotel rooms are dirty and nasty stay away from this place unless you want to get bitten by bed bugs the waitress ignore you very rude I won't come to this casino is it was the only one

Became a diamond member after thousands and thousands of dollars in donation to there 5.00 per point machines. Was told id have access to the lounge.. Well thats a lie. Went there to eat dinner with my wife and this crazy money hungry low life people say i have to pay 10.00 per person to come in. NEVER WILL I PLAY A DIME HERE. SAVE UR CASH. GO TO HOLLYWOOD CASINO WHERE ITS 1.00 PER POINT EARNED AND A PRODUCER CARD GETS YOU IN THERE LOUNGE.. LIERS AND THIEVES. WORST PLACE TO PLAY.... BE ASHAMED HARRAHS... YOU JUST LOST 2 DIAMOND MEMBERS... LOW LIFE SCUMS...

The hotel staff always exceeds our expectations when it comes to customer service.

Gambling, not so fun here, eating is...who doesn't like a decent casino buffet. Also their smaller snack place has some good sandwiches!

Convenient location in downtown Joliet, the rooms were very spacious and clean, and the hotel staff were accommodating and friendly.

Not only this casino but any casino in IL is a scam. Every way they can cheat you it will happen. I live in Vegas and I full understand the win/loss ratios. They are not regulated here expect a straight loss at every casino in ILLINOIS

I was only here to donate blood through the American Red Cross. It was nice of Harrah's to allow the Red Cross to use the room.

Tried to eat at Flavors Buffet, but the food choices were terrible, & the person at the dessert bar wasn't too interested in accommodating the customers. Not even worth paying $5 per meal much less $25.

Casino was fun, but they got more of my money than I got of theirs.

This is my second favorite casino in the Chicago area. They have gone through some extensive remodeling in the past years and updated everything. They have expanded the casino floor and upgraded the restaurants. They have a live poker room and lots of table games. The staff and dealers are really friendly

They wouldnt let me in with a valid govenment municipal id and it smelled when we walked in like a sewer

This was a waste of money to be honest. Housekeepers were lazy. I ordered grubhub they didn t let the ppl bring my food up to my room. Every time I m in the hall they ask for my Id. I couldn t enjoy myself

Casino with social distancing applied, feels strange having every adjacent slot shut down. I doubled my money, the exception not the rule. A couple of hours of entertainment with friends.

The hotel room looked newly renovated. The bathroom was big and spacious. The best room in the area at the best price!
