Harrah's Joliet Casino & Hotel Reviews

I visited the hotel to look at it for a future visit and to purchase a gift at the casino. Parking was super accessible. Staff I encountered were friendly and helpful.

Hotel room was great but I don't think it would be a good value without getting it a least partially comped. Valet parking is part of the amenities that you are charged a "resort fee" for so be sure to use it. Casino is small and what table games they had were usually full.

I was here to gamble (slots). I like that it's smoke free, and while a bit dated it was clean and all the machines were in good order. But there floor is small, they have free newer games, not a fan of the 2-cent denom they have on much of their standard video games. I'd probably go to either 4 winds or Potawatimi for future trips. I also got taken to the cleaners this trip, but can't really blame the casino for bad luck.

We went for the seafood buffet. Everything was great.

4 stars for the buffet-0 stars for the gambling. I didn't see anyone winning all evening.

Visited Harrah's for a wedding morning. Bathrooms are lush, beds are beautiful and comfortable and plenty of natural light should that be what you want

Interesting that some one broke into the vending machine on the 3rd floor of the garage and it was left open .harris needs to lean on joilet to clean up the rif raff...Brunch was good

I attended a graduation and was charged $2.50 for a 8oz bottle of water. Thats a little too much.

The room and bathroom were large and clean and the hotel was fine. My only negative was a shuttered door on the bathroom. We had 4 adults in the room and you could hear EVERY sound from the restroom.

A good place to enjoy and spend your money too he heh.

Got a love-hate relationship with this place. No matter if you re losing or winning, there s a good selection of table games and it s fairly clean for a casino.

Grade A quality for service, appearance and hospitality.

Casino is clean and drink service was quick. Only a few tables open and they were all full, but I guess it wasn't a very busy time.

It's a great hotel and casino. I will be visiting again soon.

The employees were very polite and they worked quickly to get you in your room as quick as possible. Very nice people.

Tightest machines ever. Rather go to Wisconsin or Indiana. Was there maybe an hour and $160 down. Really... Cannot even play a little. Thats sad

The staff is accommodative, friendly and courteous. The price is very reasonable and services offered are great.

Went on a Friday for all you can eat crab legs. Didn't even make it out of dinner before having to rush to the bathroom sick. Wouldn't recommend. The casino if it is your scene has alot to offer but if I want to throw away my money I'll do it on something longer lasting then a machine. Staff was friendly though!

Great environment free fountain drinks and coffee. Cards and dice on birthday. Great restaurants

The nonsmoking room smelled strongly of smoke and when asked, they were not able to change accommodations. However, the lobby and amenities were great for the wedding party.

Good place to hang out away from the city. Good service and the room was clean.

wanted to play poker in the casino. was denied entry cuz I had a book bag, and there was no one to check it at coat check

Great atmosphere, professional and courteous staff, clean rooms, and frequent payouts. Not to mention prompt valet service and generous self-parking. Definitely recommend!

The room was very comfortable and clean.The staff at flavors buffet were very attentive for that type of setting and food was better than other Harrahs locations. There is a small amenities fee so be aware of that.

The location is not bad, being right downtown.. Unfortunately, it's downtown Joliet. The rooms were nice and about what you'd expect and the service was very good. Friendly people and clean rooms.

4 words.... Very very very delightful and satisfying! Somewhere you can just get away for a day or two and enjoy this thihn called life!

I haven't been here in years because it use to smell like nursing home and/or the bathrooms were never cleaned. Well that seems to have all changed because now it's nice and clean. Good job!

This stay was comfortable, clean and convenient. We loved this place and the convenience of everything.

Had a great experience even in the age of Covid! Everything was clean and spaced properly. Had tons of fun without tons of stress!

The overall service was great and however the food there is really overpriced such as the coffee from Starbucks

Pretty fun time for my first time in a Casino. The Walking Dead machine was extremely fun. I actually walked out a winner which was nice.

Save your money. They charge you an amenities fee on top of your room fee that they do not disclose at booking. They charge this whether you use "the amenities" or not.

Went there just for the buffet which was extremely good. Our waitress was a little slow at refilling our drinks, but was good otherwise.

Very clean environment and friendly staff. Could use more cheap table games but overall very nice.

Great experience there. Only thing I didn't care for was the bed, which felt like I was sleeping on a slightly cushioned rock slab.

We had very bad luck at this visit. The first night we were woke up at 2am by the smell of skunk weed so strong it swelled my throat and gave us both migraines. Very inconvenient to have to switch rooms at 2am when the offending party had smoke coming out of the bottom of their door and very loud television, easy to find the culprit, staff chose to inconvenience us and not them.. The second night we were both woke up by strong cigarettes smell and slight smell of skunk weed. We were told there was nothing they could do except move us from room to room. We were in a none smoking area. We were given a $30 food voucher. We had black chunky crud boiling up from the tub drain. (I have a picture if required)
I would not suggest this hotel if you have any issue sleeping with skunk weed or cigarettes smoke. They do not enforce their non-smoking policy in the rooms.

Mondays and Thursdays 2 for 20$ is the best deal and so worth the money

Took my mother here for the first time ever and it was more than great. From the moment we arrived security was so polite and helpful. I especially want to thank the gentleman in slots Joshua for being so patient and helpful with my mother, being that she is older and hard to hear at times and she speaks very little English so when he began to talk to her in Spanish I was just so relieved and just happy to see her happy and I will definitely come back again to this property. I ve been to many of the Caesars properties and I have to say Joliet is one of my favorites now and anytime I m in Illinois again I will stop in. Thanks to everyone that made it a wonderful experience for me and my mom, and another special thanks to the young man that helped my mother, definitely the kind of person you want representing Harrahs.

Great rooms and amenities. The steakhouse is excellent. The casino has a ton of great specials and rewards, as well.

Nice rooms, huge bathtubs, and a wide variety of gambling games. The free drink machines scattered throughout mean never waiting for a drink. The free food in the diamond room was excellent. The only issues: location. Directional signs to find it are poor or non-existent. Also, room services prices are outrageous.

If you dont want to walk a good ways, use the valet for parking. 5 stars because we won this time!! Lots of newer slot machines.

This hotel is very nice. It was very conveniently located to where I was going (The Forge). The bed was comfy and the bathroom was big. The whole room was very clean. Because of an early morning flight, I didn't stay here for very long, but my time here was very pleasant.

When I left the elevator for my floor, I was instantly hit by a wall of cigarette smoke - it seriously reeked. My room unfortunately really smelled as well. They delivered my family's service to the wrong room. The shuttle for the wedding was 15 minutes late. But the staff was really friendly and the room was clean.

I enjoyed the atmosphere of the hotel/casino. There was plenty to do and enough games and entertainment
