Just bought a 2008 Ultra and needed to ask a ton of stupid questions. Mark Schwartz took the time to educate me in spite of all the stupid questions I asked. Showed me an exploded view so I could understand what I was doing and even told me about the pitfalls I might encounter. Then I went to the parts counter and told them i needed everything for a fluid change. The guy there was polite and went and got me what I needed. No judgement and no attitude, just excellent customer service. THIS is why I ride from Tumwater to Destination!!
