I should have written this years ago but Tara and Katie have always done a great job when it comes to customer service. I have to say it started with Tara one day when I said I really wanted to get my bike serviced by you guys but I never got a returned call. She asked me a couple questions and gave me the book 51pickup written by Ed Wallace. Great book and yes I read it and love it. Tara leads by example and has sold my wife and I thousands of dollars in clothing from your store.
