Used Hardsoft for the lease of iPad, and Surface Pro, Both machines where delivered quickly and as described. The Apple pencil did not work but was replaced by carrier within 24 hours. Brilliant service.

Great personalised service. Initially leased three laptops and have found it very easy to get more computers as the business grows.

Scarlett Keay is my account manager at HS, and she has been tireless in ensuring that all of my requirements were met. The leasing arrangement has enabled me to procure essential equipment for my new business in a very cost efficient way, with no capital outlay, and costs spread over 2 years as a regular budgetable amount, which is great for my company accounting. I have also been able to gain cost efficiencies by leasing as opposed to purchasing, such as comprehensive warranty and service cover for the entire term of the lease at no additional cost. Scarlett has gone above and beyond the expectation every time, and the Hardsoft support engineers are excellent! I would strongly recommend this company to anyone considering purchasing or leasing hardware for their business. In fact I would suggest that it is a better alternative to purchasing...

I've just had my first taste of computer leasing with these people. It has all gone very smoothly and we now have a new iMac in the office, much to the delight of our resident Apple fan. The service from Steve Hill was very friendly and smooth, and this is a rational way to obtain a Mac. Recommended.

What great service. We had a couple of issues with the wrong screen being delivered and a faulty heard drive, but these things happen it was their response that was amazing. Quick and helpful.

I ve just had a call from Ben on a support issue, and despite it starting at 4:50pm on the Friday of a Bank Holiday weekend, he logged in, fixed the issue, took time to explain what was going on, then answered a load more questions about the laptop, VPN, leasing in general and a load of other stuff.

Emergency Personnel works closely with Ben he is always happy to help in times of need which in the recent months has increased due to various reasons. He is very friendly and approachable dealing with all matters efficiently and as quickly as possible.

The only negative feedback I could possibly give which is not a reflection on Ben is that when a support call is initially logged it may take a while before you are contacted. However, Ben is always there to save our day!

I have bought a Wacom 27 inch tablet and I have never looked back! It is such a good way to be able to afford the latest tech with out the wind fall of having to put down a large chunk on money! Would defiantly recommend.

Very impressive service. The staff all know technology to a degree so it makes purchasing easier as they could advise. Their online system also means quotes are emailed very quickly and with good clarity. The equipment was delivered very promptly too. Only slight gripe is that the online quotes are costed per week, so I had to use calculator to get monthly costs an online toggle between monthly and weekly would be useful here! but this was a minor issue. In general I was highly satisfied and would recommend HardSoft for leasing of Apple Kit, PC, Sonos, TV etc. I didn't realise they could lease almost any technology.

We found ourselves in a position where we wanted to lease a number of tablets for the company, this was the first time we have leased equipment. I done a google search and Hardsoft came up so I made contact and got through to Michael in the sales team, I explained our need and specification on what we were looking for. He went through the options of equipment and lease terms, promised to email me the quotes and within minutes we received them. They were clear to understand and the costs were very competitive. We proceeded with the order and Michael made the process seamless and easy, from the finance docs to the delivery of the equipment. There was a little delay on the pens for the devices as these were new out, Michael kept me in the loop weekly as to the lead time on these. We have recently added an additional device to the lease and this was a breeze. I'd recommend Hardsoft to any business looking for a honest and friendly IT supplier regardless if you need a lease option or not. I'll be using these guys more often and not just for work purposes either.

Good at selling a good product - service has let them down, keep telling me (only when chased) I will get my computer back in a couple of days but some 12 days later I am beginning to wonder if I will ever see my Macbook again?

As a sole trader, a simple truthful update from time to time would have been useful.
