Very impressive service. The staff all know technology to a degree so it makes purchasing easier as they could advise. Their online system also means quotes are emailed very quickly and with good clarity. The equipment was delivered very promptly too. Only slight gripe is that the online quotes are costed per week, so I had to use calculator to get monthly costs an online toggle between monthly and weekly would be useful here! but this was a minor issue. In general I was highly satisfied and would recommend HardSoft for leasing of Apple Kit, PC, Sonos, TV etc. I didn't realise they could lease almost any technology.
