We found ourselves in a position where we wanted to lease a number of tablets for the company, this was the first time we have leased equipment. I done a google search and Hardsoft came up so I made contact and got through to Michael in the sales team, I explained our need and specification on what we were looking for. He went through the options of equipment and lease terms, promised to email me the quotes and within minutes we received them. They were clear to understand and the costs were very competitive. We proceeded with the order and Michael made the process seamless and easy, from the finance docs to the delivery of the equipment. There was a little delay on the pens for the devices as these were new out, Michael kept me in the loop weekly as to the lead time on these. We have recently added an additional device to the lease and this was a breeze. I'd recommend Hardsoft to any business looking for a honest and friendly IT supplier regardless if you need a lease option or not. I'll be using these guys more often and not just for work purposes either.
