Had 6 computers upgraded and installed all very good by Scott on Thursday. Had issues on Monday with e-mails and a computer that wouldn't boot up support solution return the computer back to them for repair. When raised it was only working 2 days and wanted an engineer to attend as this was not acceptable told no engineer available. In the end we found a fix by removing all usb connections. Customer of 12 years disappointing.

I was recommended to HardSoft Computers by Apple when I had a critical problem with our hardware. My requirement was immediate and specialised ... The staff at HardSoft were responsive and professional and managed to get all my items delivered inside 48 hours, meaning I lost minmal development time.

I have have since placed another order, and will continue to do so as we continue to grow.

I highly recommend this organisation.

I hadn t considered leasing until my MacBook died suddenly. HardSoft gave me an affordable and efficient alternative to buying a replacement. And their service so far has been excellent.

One tip - it s a requirement of the lease that you keep the equipment insured. By default, the finance company provides cover. However, I got more comprehensive cover at a quarter the price through my own business insurer.

I have used Hardsoft for many years and have always thought they are fantastic, really simple and great value for money, you really can have a mac for less than the price of a coffee !! i have recommended many people to hard soft who also now enjoy the benefits of such a great company. service is brilliant and nothing is too much trouble if your looking for a 1 macbook or enough for a college IT class room then Hardsoft will support you every step of the way. personally i always deal with Michael and remember to mention Ian from Avant Garde if you call him for a super special deal !!!!

Been leasing from Hardsoft for a few years now and cannot fault the service. Changed equipment after 2 years using their Flexi lease plan and very happy with the new kit. Customer service is fantastic with quick replies and fast and flexible delivery of the products. Recommend them to everyone I know looking to buy new computers for their businesses.

5 stars as the service to set up the lease was excellent, and very speedy. Was served by a chap named Jamie who was very helpful. Was able to get the iMac within a week. Naturally it's a 3 year lease so will see how it goes. But as far as initial contact and service, 5 stars.

Here at Redlaw Resources we've been using HardSoft computers for a good few years (since around 2008). A string of higher-end PC's and a laptop have been essential for the running of the business and HardSoft have been instrumental in keeping my business running! They have always been responsive to anything I need and I love the flexible leasing option.

That sounds very 'salesy' but I made the right decision when choosing HardSoft to supply my computer needs. Haven't changed that opinion in years and don't intend changing anytime soon. Thanks guys with a special mention to Ryan who has always been very helpful.

I've been working with Hardsoft Computers for very long time. So far I bought 6 apple computers from them. It comes with support (or insurance) which includes accidents as well. I spilled cofee over my Macbook Pro. They changed everything, it returned back as just like new.

My company has leased from Hardsoft for many years now and have never had an issue, only top notch equipment and a very easy process to follow. More recently, I have really enjoyed reading the monthly updates from Michael Bailey at Hardsoft, and a few of the snippets he has sent has prompted discussion in our monthly meetings regarding future equipment requirements as we expand.

I cannot recommend Hardsoft Ltd highly enough. An excellent company who have contributed IT wise to our continued success over the last few years.

From the start (several years ago now), HardSoft have provided a service that's consistently among the best I ve ever had easily the best from any remotely similar company. The deals are brilliant, the whole model works perfectly, but it's the service that's best of all. Always incredibly quick, super-helpful, friendly and genuine. I have nothing but good things to say. As we've grown from a one-man band to a team of eight, HardSoft haven't missed a beat. Long may they reign. Fantastic.

We needed some software support on a PC supplied by them 5 years ago. They couldn't have been more helpful. It was tricky due to the time lapse since obtaining the PC, but they came up trumps and gave us a solution that worked and the PC is up and running correctly. Very good support and quick yet professional communications.

I've been leasing from Hardsoft for several years now, on about my 4th computer with them. They always go the extra mile to find equipment, eg. a recommended UPS (uninterrupted power supply), to go with my iMac. Great service!

When I took the lease out I was given an agreement...

When I took the lease out I was given an agreement to sign, I read through the agreement and signed it, sent it back and received the equipment. A week or so later I was contacted by Hardsoft stating that they had sent me the wrong paper work and that they would email me a new copy which must be signed urgently and returned or someone would come and collect the Macbook. I told them that I was on holiday with my family and would deal with it in a couple of weeks when I was back. They told me this wasn t acceptable even thought it was there mistake and I was harassed daily with calls and emails, eventually leading me to complain to Hardsoft stating I felt like I was being harassed by them. I ended up feeling pressured into signing the documents amid fear of harrassment and having the Macbook taken. Having to sign and send this back under pressure and stress meant I was unable to properly read through the agreement or compare it to the first agreement that I signed.





I yet again contacted Hardsoft and spoke to Steve Hill, I sent in a formal complaint and asked on several occasions for a final response but I am yet to receive one. I asked Hardsoft to provide me with both copies of the documents that I signed and I received only a copy of the second set of documents, refusing to give me access to the originals to compare them.

I asked for a subject access request, this was denied by Steve Hill stating I am not entitled to one. This leads me to believe they do not want me seeing both copies of the documents. I also told Steve that If this was not resolved I would take my complaint to the financial ombudsman service. Steve replied and told me that I was not entitled to complain to the Financial Ombudsman service as I was a limited company.

I have contacted the Information Comissioners Office who have told me that I am entitled to a Subject access request, I have now put in an official complaint with the ICO. I have also contacted the financial ombudsman service even though Steve told me I was unable to. They have told me that I am entitled to make a complaint and that they are unsure as to why Steve has told me otherwise. I have now made a formal complaint with the ombudsman. I have also spoken to a solicitor and will be looking to take legal action against Hardsoft computers.

I cannot stress enough how poor this company are and would never recommend that anyone use them. Since being told I have no rights to complain I have been ignored by all the staff at Hardsoft and am no being pursued for a debt due to their lies.
I also have evidence to prove all this and I would be more than happy to talk in more detail with people about my issues to avoid this happening to others so please feel free to contact me. Please please please do not use this company.

Due to a mistake on my behalf we ordered the wrong type of laptop (x 2). HardSoft were understanding and arranged the collection and new delivery of exactly what we were looking for with minimal fuss. The communication before, during and after the transaction is much appreciated also.

I think Hardsoft is a great company. As a small business, spreading the cost out of hardware out with many small monthly payments over a long time is invaluable - so its a great concept. Its well implemented, when you get your hardware the sales team stay with you and make sure you get up and running, they ship the hardware the very same day so you get it nice and quickly, the support team take you through everything you need to get up and running. I may recruit for Technologists, but I'm pretty clueless when it comes to upgrading Windows, getting software to work etc, and the support team are fantastic. It comes as part of the lease-service, they always get back to you quickly and they stay with you throughout the whole length of the contract.
FINALLY their star player, Ben Cartwright on the support team is fantastic. He solve's your problem, he's not in a rush to close your ticket before you've actually understood what on earth has just happened and he patiently takes you through the whole process. Thank you Ben, and thank you Hardsoft.
