I ve just had a call from Ben on a support issue, and despite it starting at 4:50pm on the Friday of a Bank Holiday weekend, he logged in, fixed the issue, took time to explain what was going on, then answered a load more questions about the laptop, VPN, leasing in general and a load of other stuff.

I would be very proud of my staff to hear of that kind of service so thought would pass my comments on to you. I will always look at price on purchases but it is service like that which will keep me coming back to you.
