Well. Full buffet. Eye, I'm talking about the rest...

Really big and nearby everything. The breakfast was colorful and we enjoyed it. The bed was comfort.
On the other hand it's crowded and loud. Noisy in the lobby and if you tried to open the window for fresh air. The carpet on the floor is dirty and smells. We were not lucky since got a room at the corner far away from the left and hence have to cope with the smell and a the sound of a couple of heavy doors we needed to open. The air conditioning is too loud so either to get cold or to sleep sweating. We have told that we got already the extra bed for our daughter, but we had to call with no reply and to go to reception to ask for it again. When we are back late night, we saw the extra bed installed, but we got 3 big luggage suits which are not ours. We had to call again without answer until someone came to apologize and to take the luggage out. Anyway, for me never again.
Great experience, rooms clean ,food very good , service excellent, staff very good and work hard
Great food and very nice location. Very nice and helpful waitress. I can highly recommended!
The hotel was under renovation of the facade, so it was not very easy to locate it on the street.
From the door in, the hotel is perfect and will house a Hard Rock Cafe from 2019.
Room very well decorated and clean.
the hotel entrance is amazing and the team is professional.
the rooms are a bit small and not that comfy.
i actually had to ask the cleaners to add sope and shampoo as she didnt
Location is very good near oxford shops. Rooms are quite small
Only its location, but it is suitable for Indian communities and not the high-end foreign and Arab communities
Shocking that the lobby staff let people go around begging for money. Felt very uncomfortable sitting in the waiting area where we were approached by a woman asking for money for food. .the staff just watched. Disgraceful
Yeah well, don't get me wrong the hotel and breakfast are not bad, but i was awoken by somebody from personal entering my room while sleeping at night - frightening/actual kids of traumatic when you are asleep.. Nice hotel, but that did quite the number on me as since the sleeping in a hotel is not the same and the hotel didn't even come back to me to explain the reason why the room was entered ... Never again.
Stunning place to stay in with a beautiful look out into Hyde Park! Love love love! We had a bit of a mess up with the front desk and after a whole day on a plane exhausted and jetlagged it was very frustrating... but a different desk clerk helped us out and it was all smooth sailing from there! Will definitely be coming back to this place!
Hotel in London in a nice clean comfortable area. Great breakfast. Nothing negative to say. This is my 2nd stay at the Cumberland Hotel.
Very good in terms of attention and service although too "impersonal" in terms of format
Chill place, good ambiance, a bit small rooms but its aight.
I visit it several times, but this time it varies from the cleanliness of the room, unclean and untidy, and the bathroom was not well cleaned, the air conditioner does not work, and the window does not open, and my certainty of boeing is canceled and the highest price was paid to reserve the room
We had the best stay..
My wife and I had, for some time, talked about going back to London, we are living in Denmark, and as "Hard Rock Cafe-holics" we saw a great opportunity to get another HRC on our Reward-list (#29), so of cause we chose HRH London, not knowing, that our first night, in fact was at the Grand Opening day..
We were greated and treated as Rock Stars, and the staff was SO friendly and very serviceminded, where ever we looked.
The hotel is beautiful, the lobby astonishing and fantastic, and the breakfast was in top.
The room had a very nice bathroom with very soft towels and the bed was big and good. A big TV played all our favorite kind of music. I though missed a little more "Hard Rock Cafe" in the room, we only har a picture of Amy Winehouse.
And we met Rita :-)
HRH London is very easy to find, just go with the tube to Marble Arc, and there it is..
Lobby is great, great bar, room unfortunately only ok
Some of the air-conditioned rooms have malfunctions and they do not have other rooms that are replaceable, and I struggle to get a second room ... and above that, even though they know that the air-conditioning is broken, and the rooms are very hot, they return to rent and the continuum sits suffering ... nothing can do but the location
I just wanted to find out where it was, very good location near marble arch underground station. I wouldn't stay there due to a deeply upsetting previous customer experience at another hard Rock location. The deeply upsetting previous customer experience at another Hard Rock Hotel location, I asked for a ground floor room close to the lift as my wife is disabled. I wasn't, I was placed two floors up from the ground floor and a long walk away from the lift. I also was supposed to have a gift in the room on arrival but this wasn't accommodated. I had to go back to the check in desk, spending time and effort which I shouldn't have done and for the money that I spent, the service was really poor. I find it very patronising that you hope that I visit and will provide me with a rocking stay, unless I can be guaranteed better service by a manager and the hotel manager to email me , I will not visit any hard Rock location again
I stayed in this hotel on 21 July. Nothing positive to mention but a lot of negative feedback I can give. I came at midnight and left 1pm the next day. the room was too too small. You cannot pass to the other corner of room without shredding your shoulders!
Only the location is there pro!
Came in for a beer, what an amazing experience to just walk through the lobby, it all looks so amazing. Piece of art this hotel!
Great location but in the middle of a refurb. Towels could have done with being replaced and restaurant was cold
The rooms were tiny and really expensive (perhaps standard for the area!). The bar area was quite nice.
Update: June 2018
I've been back quite a few times, and even recommended the hotel to friends, however I'm disappointed I am never remembered for my loyalty, and feel a different atmosphere since previous stays.
Most recently, the air conditioning was broken, however after a short while they changed my room which was great, however there was an unpleasant feeling generally from the staff.
The next morning I went for breakfast. Being a frequent guest, I was greeted by one of the great familiar staff, however she was subsequently told off in front of me belittling her, embarrassing her for greeting one of your regular guests, and then scared to say goodbye as I left.
I am returning next week to say goodbye to the great staff there as I'll be choosing a different hotel in future. Shame.
Update January 2018
Lately I have been staying in this hotel with work on multiple occasions. These are my comments...
One of my most recent stays I was kindly assisted by Ewelina, nothing was too much trouble and was very helpful, which was great!
The location is great (right by Marble Arch) and the double windows blocks the noise from the road which is also good.
There is a good selection of evening meals which are nicely prepared, and there is a very good selection for breakfast.
A few stays had not been so good, however they have done a lot to turn this around, and have been very attentive subsequently.
All in all a great place to stay in a convenient location.
The bed was very comfortable and the staff warm and friendly throughout
Small room according to the state of the capital in the capital Wardrobe without door There is no refrigerator, but there is a freezer. There is soda water and one bottle of water. The bed is 5 feet.
Location only, the hotel had a lot of construction and staff are not the best
Great venue for conferences and events. Staff are polite and professional, I partially liked the cleanliness of the restrooms and the attentiveness of staff.
Absolutely loved my stay here! The customer service was outstanding from the friendly doormen all the way to the bar staff. The hotel is so new and looks so clean and fresh. I would for sure recommend this place!
Way overpriced and the room's air conditioning didn't work. Staff were friendly and helpful.
nice location in the middle of London. Next to Marble Arch ans Next to a Tube Station
Great property, spacious rooms, central location. Great job of receptionist David Iovino
Great location and service! On one side it's Oxford Street with plenty of shopping including Selfridges. On the other side its Hyde park which is just 2 min walk away. Place is recently renovated and the rooms are very modern. Breakfast selection was good too and they have live band performing at night. It's. A Hard Rock Hotel and you can even borrow guitar and jam in your room. The gym however is Very disappointing. They just put a fee machines in a converted normal hotel room.
My booking is New Superior King Room, but finally got a standard room and no refund of the price differences. Then the water tap is super jam, the toilet always leaking.
the bed is too small for two persons even it is double, but not queen actually. My booking is King bed.
Great hotel, very friendly staff and a good breakfast.
Website or sweeter. A privileged location overlooking Marble Arch and the Hyde Park means between Edgull Road and Oxford, you need almost no transportation and the rooms are very spacious and the hotel is clean
Went there to collect tickets for a football match, from the short time I spent there it seemed a nice place with polite staff and was nice and clean.
Quick check in, polite staff, very stylish and grand, best breakfast I have ever had even more than premier Inn! Comfortable stylish rooms
It works great as a place for 1 night. There are bathrooms in the rooms and there is good WiFi. The location is great. It is quiet and peaceful at night. There is a kitchen at guests' disposal. It won't work for many nights, because the mattresses are terrible. The hotel should replace the towels because the ones they give look like rags.
Very warm and friendly atmosphere, cozy place, full of "treasures" for rock'n roll lovers...all in a great location. Love it!
Bad service , A/C not working asked them to fix it to days ago, NO response yet. NOT RECOMMENDING
Very friendly staff. Very good breakfast
Nice and clean rooms. Good location.
For us dd first but not the last time
Very normal hotel for the stars it has. Too many rooms, a good breakfast buffet for London and a good location (next to Hyde Park and with tube and bus connections less than 100 meters).
Visited the hotel as part of a work weekend event. Staff were great and they hosted a very entertaining event
The rooms are very very very small
So much so, that you cannot open two bags at the same time
Plus a bed for two people is not enough for one person
My choice of this hotel was unfortunate
It deserves two stars for its location only
Hello my name is Julius and I have done work experience early this year as it was compulsory form the school I went. I have done the work experience mainly in the breakfast area it was fantastic I learned new things and it was a very good experience and I also worked at the bar area. The managers were very good. The hotel is fantastic.l never seen a hotel this amazing.
Reception is nice but rooms need modifying. Breakfast is extensive and room rate is very reasonable.
Lovely hotel, acceptable rooms, but simply the worst service I ve experienced on London. Not enough staff, extremely slow and poorly managed.
We come regularly to visit family as London was my home. We stay at The Cumberland as the location is superb.
The Cumberland is amazingly friendly and comfortable. We are always made to feel at home.
The team is professional and welcoming, in particular, Federica and Jose at the desk and also Alexandra at the executive lounge.
Great location, reasonable price, comfy beds and great breakfast choice
5 star treatment. Only let down was lengthy check out.
Sad that the Cumberland shall be no more ...welcome to the Hardrock Hotel this spring ...love this hotel ..very central for all your shopping and Hyde park just a few steps away ...and Pret on the corner...helps a lot ...
Best hotel with good strategic location which is at the marble arch, also there is Pret just next to it and a minute walking distance to the Marble Arch station for easy access to the tube.
Great spot right on corner near marble arch/Oxford st.
Nice hotel, centrally in london, few feets from Oxford Street.
Very clean and tidy. Staff friendly and the service was good
Decent hotel, right in the heart of London. Nothing too great about it
The location is great ... but the service is very very very poor, the decor is old, the rooms are old and the furniture is worn out.
Beautiful hotel, lovely location! Inside the hotel was ambient, the room was lovely and the bed was super comfy! A very good night sleep and an excellent location!
A distinguished hotel with its location .. From the most popular hotels worn by Arabs until the list of requests in Arabic
Great location. Clean, comfortable rooms. Friendly staff. Excellent breakfast.
Attended for an interview/appraisal in their meeting rooms. Very helpful staff who helped me print something last minute! Delicious food set out whilst waiting... Would love to stay here as a guest.
Awful hotel. Hallways and rooms smell like cigarette smoke even though my floor says it's a non-smoking floor. There is little to no service - no one answers the housekeeping or reception phone. They're too understaffed for that so you have to go to the front desk which always has long lines (not because a lot of people are staying here, but because they have so few workers on staff). If this wasn't the only hotel room available near my work, I'd stay elsewhere. It gets a one star because I have an executive room with 2 queen beds to myself so I have a lot of space for one person otherwise I'd give it 0 stars if possible.
Large, good service, too few lifts, messy dining room at breakfast (too big) but good service and service. Friendly staff and relatively large rooms with good equipment.
Great re furb since last.time I went , themed room etc all good, reception very helpful, bar service was poor and breakfast service was none existent
