Hard Rock cafe Roma Review

Fabulous staff and food! Freddie, the girl who attended us, was absolutely the best! Friendly, funny, always making sure we were ok. I am vegetarian and my boyfriend and I wanted to share the starters platter which has got chicken wings in it. We asked Freddie if we could swap the chicken for cauliflower wings instead and, even if it s not possible to customise the Hard Rock Cafe dishes as it s not allowed by the company, she and the manager did all they could to make sure I had something veggie added to it! It made me feel very special and looked after! Thanks again, you rock x

This Hard Rock is located off the beaten path of the city, Located accross from the American Embassy. I make it a point when traveling to visit the Hard Rock Cafe's and buy a pin.

Staff amazing! Quite loud atmosphere. Food delicious.

Having experienced hard Rock Cafes in America and Paris previously, we were a little disappointed with our meal tonight. Service was great, this was not the issue. The food was fairly average with my husband's fajita tasting like it had been stood in the kitchen for a while under the heater. There was no sizzle on the skillet what so ever when it arrived.

Shame as we love the hard Rock Cafe normally.

Quite surprised on how small Rome's HRC is compared to Times Square NY

The staff was friendly and helpful. The restaurant was clean and very nice. Still has the feel of the 'old' Hard Rock Cafes' as I remember them.

Went back with 3 families, 6 kids all ages, we had a great time, service was good and food as well.

Had a lovely time this afternoon my wife had a couple of cocktails I had a beer or two. Great atmosphere and the staff as always were very welcoming. Great way to spend an afternoon

Absolutely fantastic, the staff where great the food was great.. just everything was great. I recommend.

The waiting time is a real bonus, time to see so many really classic artifacts and interact with the lovely staff and other clientele

A favourite eating place of mine.
Always great service from the staff in whatever country you visit HRC.
Music playing all the time and can be quite busy due to the popularity of the venue.
Food always served freshly made for the individual.
Usually a good selection of local beers ,which are invariably cheaper than the outside restaurants and bars.
Must to visit.

We just had amazing drinks but the food smelled amazing

I always like Hard Rock, but in this hard rock the service was poor, one of the waiters (LeLe) treated us unkindly (I don't know why). We feel very embarrassed. Unfortunately I do not recommend Roma's Hard Rock.

Great personell, food and drinks. They also have a Hard Rock Shop.

Perfect place which serves great burgers, and lets spending time in rock atmosphere and admire guitars of top-performers. As always in hard rock cafe we experienced best service, this time thanks to Alice!

We went for a late lunch and were seated with no problems. Food was quick and the atomic burger I had was so lovely. Had such a wonderful lunch there that we decided to come back another night for dinner. Sadly, this experience was not as great. I had the same burger and it was lacking the flavour of the first. I suspect this was because of how busy the restaurant seems to be at night (1 hour+ wait time). So if you are looking for a better overall experience (food quality included), then go just after peak lunch time as it will be nowhere near as busy.
Plus, at lunch we received tap water for no charge. Yet at dinner we asked for water and received bottled water with no option for tap. This was a bit cheeky. So make sure to double check when ordering as drinks can be very expensive.

Our first time in a Hard Rock Cafe. Perfect that it was in Rome. Excellent service and wonderful food. Love the decor and music....loved the 60s, 70s music.

The drinks are not cheap by any stretch, but the ribs were by far the best I have ever tasted.

There was no free tables on Saturday, so we had only couple of drinks. Chatty and helpful staff in the bar.

After all the pizza/pasta, was good to get a big burger. Staff were friendly, prices a little high, but it was well worth the change.

A very long waiting list, especially on sundays, but great food

Popular spot for locals. After 8pm almost 2 hour wait for a table.

Many seats empty but told to buy a drink as 1 hour waiting. Money making scheme. We left and went to a place less price that invited us in. We actually found staff very rude when I asked if seats empty why wait an hour.
It was our last night at Rome and had walked quite a distance purely to goto the Hard rock. I have to say disappointed is an understatement.

Mh.. I've seen the one in Venice, I've seen the one in Paris, I've seen the one in Amsterdam, Vienna, Copenhagen, Florence. They are all beautiful, but this one.. I don't know, it didn't give me that feeling. The staff is prepared and very nice, but forget to be lucky to find a place to seat.

Despite being in one of the best culinary cities in the world, I'll always give the Hard Rock Cafe in Rome a visit. The staff are great, the drinks are potent and the exclusive "local burger" they have there is nothing shy of incredible.

We had a brilliant time here. Sat down quite quickly. Even for a busy night celebrating the 4th July independence day. We had had a great meal. Then spent the evening partying. It was a brilliant atmosphere...

The restaurant is nice as any other Hardy Rock Cafe. It was just very busy and we had to wait the minimum of 2 hours for a table.The staff was nice.

We have been in Italy for over 2 weeks now and this is the friendliest service we have received at any restaurant! It also has a large variety of food for the whole family. Our server was Ulin. She was on top if her game. Claudio the manager was super involved and friendly. We will eat here every day for the next week. This is why this restaurant is always busy. Keep up the great work and smile!

Excellent American food! When you need a taste of home!

Amazing food, 2for1 on drinks in glass part of restaurant. Had the new York strip steak and ice cream with hot fudge gorgeous. Great waitress.

Hard rock cafe ... It's the same everywhere in the world ...the recipe is always the same it's only T-shirts hamburgers and rock'n'roll...but I like it!
