Hard Rock cafe Roma Review

Great place to grab a drink and enjoy great music, wonderful vibe and very friendly staff, a must have in Rome!

It's become a bit of a ritual to visit a hard rock cafe whenever I am near with family. We were not disappointed. Nachos were great, the California-Style Cobb Salad was amazing. Consistently what you'd expect- great food and good service. Our waitress Lina was awesome too.

Great place to go if you fancy a change from all things Italian

As you'd expect from a HardRock... Very enthusiastic waiting staff who can't be faulted, servicing tasty burgers etc.

Standard US place if you like US restaurants then you'll love this and the ribs are pretty good. It's busy so pre book a time before you show up

Foods are so delicious but when it comes to space or tables we are always waiting 1 hr and a half.....

Absolutely fantastic service considering my partner and I had experienced a lot of rude service in Rome being two males trying to enjoy our trip together. However, this place made us feel nothing but comfortable and that was due to the great staff team. Hats of to the waitress Freddie as she provided great, quality service.

Definitely recommend.

Typical Hard Rock. After eating out at Italian restaurants here in Rome I felt like I needed something American. Portions were huge, as was the bill. Great atmosphere and music nonetheless.

Loved the chill but rocky atmosphere, the staff were all friendly and hasty to give you menus, drinks and food, seating was comfortable to spend over two hours with our group on, and the food was exceptionally tasty and worth the moderate expense
Furthermore, the gift shop included a variety of rock music gifts and magnets and hoodies, albeit those were more expensive than UK prices. All in all, I would definitely go again and recommend to anyone who loved pizza, burgers, relaxing but entertaining environments!

Amazing atmosphere, great staff & great music (as usual!)

I've seen better Hard Rock Cafes. The first employee was a bit arrogant when he realised we only wanted some cofee. But it is sooo overpriced! 17 for a cocktail? The second employee was really nice.

Great service and cool decorations! Awesome food such as Alla Matricianna Burguer and the Jameson/Guiness Burguer and the strawberry basil lemonade!

Bartenders are excellent and it's a touch of America in Rome!

The quality of food at this restaurant is horrible to say the least. The meat the brought me was rotten and when I mentioned it they brought me another plate with the same identical rotten meat. There are many other good Italian restaurants in the area which offer normal food. Stay away at all costs!

It remains a great concept and you will never be fooled with the great service standards applied. Interior was fun :)

Good collection of clothes and paraphernalias at the Rock shop but the restaurant was full when I got there for lunch.

Good place. But prices a little bit high but if you come to rome you should come to this place :)

The usuall perfect Hard Rock experience!
One negative point was that we had to wait for 1hour and a half outside in the cold because the bar was crowded while the outside restaurant was completly empty. When we asked if we could sit there to wait for a table they told us that it wasn't possible because of the waitinglist while it visibly was empty for the whole time being.
Besides this everything was awesome ^^

Buffalo wings barbecue flavor and blue cheese dip was the best! Try their legendary burger. Servings are huge. Ambiance suits the theme very well.

Only came here for drinks, the staff were 6 out of 5 however the cocktails were a bit of a let down, tasted nice and very sweet but with no alcohol in :(

A little hard to find, really close to the US Embassy. A Hard Rock doesn't need a review, the name speaks for itself.

Great & greatfull these hard rock cafe, because most attractive products are availables here, good cooking technology, good qualities of desired frame so beutiful chaired and tables, interior designing inner structure so beutiful tinted glasses and good furniture of material so be attractive to this hard rock cafe...

Loved it. The food is surprisingly good! The atmosphere is gorgeous. Seat inside for the best experience.

Waiters were amazingly patient and very caring to how you wanted your meal. Provides menu's in different languages. Ordered the baby rack ribs and they were huge and tasted wonderful. Best BBQ food i've had from a restaurant

Hard Rock shop: Long line of waiting people, and the personnel standing and chatting, without focus on serving the people on the line.

Ate at the bar avoided nearly 2 hr wait... great service and food was excellent!

Very much like all other Hard Rock places although it appeared to me the bar tenders were not too passionate about their cocktail mixing. Apart from that everything is overpriced but maybe that's due to the little museum-ish interior with cool things from artists.

Great food and drinks, and service was excellent. Only criticism is that you have to deal with people walking in off the street and walking round your tables taking pictures of the memorabilia.
