Hard Rock cafe Roma Review

This is the third Hard Rock Cafe that I have been to and i'm never disappointed. Though the food and drinks are usually pricey, they aren't stingy on portions. There is usually something on the menu for everyone and they have a nice list of cocktails and some alcoholic coffees. I always give credit to the extremely friendly and helpful staff who are always on the ball regardless of how many tables they have to look after. The barman in particular that evening was serving drinks left right and centre and didn't seem to show any sign of stopping. You can't go wrong with a Hard Rock Cafe for lunch or dinner, though I would suggest maybe trying to book ahead as there can be a bit of a wait for a table. You can sit at the bar though until you're table is ready. Awesome music and awesome atmosphere! Will be visiting the London one next!

Atmosphere electric! Food great and a worthy & entertaining pitstop

As van be expected from an American formula the food is good, the service is great and the drinks are cold. It's always very busy at Hard Rock Cafe so don't be in a hurry there can be a waiting time but the amazing scenery can be viewed from the bar while waiting.

We came here for American Thanksgiving dinner. Fun night. First time trying an espresso martini, good stuff.

Great place to eat, the food was lovely as expected from a hard rock. The staff were very friendly and we were warmly greeted. We didn't have to wait to be seated at all and the service was very prompt.
Located in the centre of Rome the city itself is a bit busy but the hard rock was great and a must visit for me.

I know, not a Roman experience, but always great burgers. Talk to the staff (at all locations): many travel the world while working there. OK, back to playing tourist.

Wow BBQ burger is the best burger I've ever had! And I've had alot! Choc brownie desert is next level! Not badly priced either! Staff where spot on also. Overall best food we've had in Rome

Would ve given it 5 stars but made a reservation and had to wait 10 mins for our table.

Apart from that it was really good service. Our server was called Stefano and he was very kind and got us everything we needed. He deserves praise as he was very enthusiastic. Cocktails were also good, especially the new ones on the menu.

Busy busy busy! We're American and was looking for American cuisine for a break. This place is full of Europeans looking for the American experience. Still a good restraurant!

New City, New Hard Rock, new shot glass. We have a tradition of a B-52 shot. Rome's Hard Rock is right by the American Embassy, nice bar, ended up in conversation with diplomat's kid.

Worker are very helpful but range of collectibles are limited.

Great atmosphere on Sunday afternoon. Full house with good music and very personal service. Food was also very good.

Have been eating French and Italian for 2 weeks needed some North American food lol. Got a spot at the bar meet one of the most amazing bar tenders name Nick. He keeped us entertain and is so quick with customers stop by and ask him for a Nicks Moscow Mule his creation such a great drink. Thanks Nick and everyone at The Hard Rock Rome. As well dont for get to tip these people they work hard for you to have a good time.

Very disappointed, had to wait an age for our food then it was luke warm when it finally arrived, only saving grace was the waiter bought us a coffee each to make up for the service

best place in Rome for some good ole american food!

Nice restaurant. Food was of good quality however the alcoholic drinks were a little expensive compared to other restaurants.

The food was burnt and it took 2 hours to get a table

Friendly and attentive staff in both the restraunt and store. The classic burger was spot on

Finally a Hard Rock with an original and very delicious Local Legendary. It has Parmesan Crust on it which makes it twice as good as it is already. Perfect Burger in a great location. The Chicken Burger my girlfriend had was also great and the Parmesan Fries and Aioli Dip to die for. Staff where all very nice, our waiter Riccardo was very helpful. Thanks a lot we will come again when in Rome!

Very busy but minimal waiting time. Shared the jumbo combo along with a couple of side dishes. Came beautifully presented and very tasty. I want to go again!

Great burger like always at the hard rock no matter what country you re in!

We sat at the bar and were blessed to be served by the best bartender in Rome, Glenda! She made the experience wonderful!!

Crowdy, at 16h smells like irish pub around 3am, need to wait about an hour for a table... Quite dissapointed...

Cool place nice food but really just go for the novelty

The deco is awesome.. that's about it. Food was ok, not fantastic. And a rib eye cost 30 . Service so-so. Ordered for a pina colada, saw it ready at the bar but took the server 10 mins to bring it over. Lastly, for the price we paid for, it is definitely not worth spending when your coffee is serve in a chipped saucer.

Burgers are soo good and tasty and the atmosphere is amazing

Only four stars because it does get kind of busy and it's in the height of tourist central but the food and service is great and definitely a good spot for a break from italian cuisine.

Outstanding food and service, especially from Francesco, he was so polite and friendly! From start to finish, the gentleman behind the bar was full of helpful information and extremely pleasant also (even though I had a re fill coke)! By far the best Hard Rock Cafe I have ever visited on my travels round the world as some the food has been quite bad, but not here!! Well worth a visit! NOTE; you may want to pre book before your visit we waited 40mins for a table, however well worth it!

Food is delicious. This is a quality restaurant, so dont go if you're in a hurry. Staff is very friendly.

The soundtrack was awesome, as was the Norwegian salmon with smashed potatoes and broccoli

14 Euros burgers is a bit high, but they have great staff... especially for Italy.

Very crowded when I went. I gave up eating there because the waiting time was 45 minutes. Instead, I went to the shop, but it was also full. Nice personnel.

2 hour line up for in the "off season" . We left after buying some souvenirs. Don't go if you don't have to.

If you want to sit outside at this restaurant, you must go inside and get your menu and order your food at the bar. Stupid!
Waited at the bar for 30 minutes to order food Staff looked at me several times but never took my order. Walked out a very unhappy customer.

Fantastic food and instant delivery, great with family.

The big plus is the original atmosphere - rock coffee with lots of royal memorabilia - instruments, LP panels or suits of renowned musicians. Quality of food is also very good. Big minus: too high a price of food and drinks and lots of ice in the glass with juices and cocktails. If you are left with the juice at the end of the meal, you will soon drink drenched juice with more water than juice.

Good pieces and music, American food and large portions ;-) suggested for an hard night in Rome
